It brings together, on a single platform, the cap table and share register, exit scenario and waterfall modelling, equity transactions and a personal space for every shareholder. Able is designed for PE-backed (LBO) companies and the people who work with them: private equity funds, M&A lawyers, financial advisors and investment bankers. It also serves VC-backed companies, VC funds, family offices and private companies with many shareholders. Management teams, funds and advisors work on the same data, in real time, from entry to exit. Cap Table Management: a fully digital cap table and share register, kept up to date with every transaction. Able represents your equity instruments as they are defined in your agreements: ordinary and preference shares, BSPCE, BSA, free shares (AGA), convertible bonds and value-sharing mechanisms. Since the French ordinance of 8 December 2017, the share register can be kept on a shared electronic ledger: every validated entry in Able is sealed, time-stamped and never deleted. Scenario Modelling: exit scenarios and waterfalls calculated on the company's own instruments and models, including sweet equity, seniority ranking and value-sharing rules. A scenario stays internal until the company decides to share it. Transaction Workflows: capital increases, management incentive plans and new shareholder entries, from the investment offer to the register entry, with pre-filled documents and tracked electronic signatures. The cap table is ready for the data room. Shareholder Engagement: a personal space for every shareholder, showing their position, their documents and the actions they need to take. AI prepares, people decide: nothing enters the register without an explicit decision by an authorised user. Each company's data is kept separate and encrypted, the platform undergoes an independent security audit, data processing complies with the GDPR and the use of AI follows a framework aligned with the EU AI Act.
