Abett operates the Lockbox, a secure "software-as-a-service" for benefits plan sponsors to take control of plan data. The Lockbox differs from a traditional data warehouse. A traditional data warehouse is just another black box. Data goes in, but it never comes out. The Lockbox is like the SWIFT network, but for healthcare. It seamlessly moves data between your plan partners, but always gives the employer total visibility and total control. With Abett and the Lockbox, employers are taking control of their data and becoming fierce consumers of healthcare.
