It is slightly hard navigate for a new user especially when switching from the desktop version to the app. This can be a turn off for clients who are not tech savvy. They have a demo client for new staff to train on, but most did not find this helpful. I love how easy it is to build a program from scratch. The layout looks appealing to the consumer and easy to use. I also like that it gives you options for other parts of your business such as forming healthy habits and giving education regarding your health. This will make your client learn more and be able to understand certain things in order to stick to a plan you give them. I also like that if you stuck with developing a program they have some that you can choose from. They also give free classes from time to time on how to build up your business and make it better. I hate that outside of the workout program the habit-forming program isn't as thought out as the workout portion, but this originally started out as a personal trainer app where it was all about workouts. I think over time they will have these habit programs look and designed better for the consumer. I also wish the group portion of the app was better designed as well. Trainerize makes it super simple to teach clients moves and share programs with them online without having to do live coaching calls! I also love that they have a timer built into each workout for rests as well as interval training. The data charts are so helpful in showing a client how much they have improved in their weight loss as well as strength goals. And the clients really love the side by side capability with the progress photos! The ability to upload YouTube videos for demos for the exercises makes online coaching so simple and really helps the client feel confident that they are performing each move correctly. I also love that I can create groups for group training and upload workouts straight to their feed so the can go through the workout programming at the same time. I wish there were more workout formats (AMRAPs, EMOMs, etc.) as well as ways for my group classes to compete with each other. Clients can't even see each other's stats for their workouts, so unless they actually post to the feed in the group, they can't see what each other have done. That is frustrating. The accountability factor and the personalisation with videos are some of my favourite parts of the app. It’s an amazing tool for checking up on clients and making sure they’re on track. I’m also getting a customised app which I’m super excited for and you can have your own businesses logo and images to make it look so professional. Many clients have also complimented it too. Creating training template on Trainerzie is really easy and sharing it with multiple client almost effortless. It saves a lot of time. You can add instructions as per the client. You can easily monitor multiple clients. You can create and share your instruction videos or you can simple share them from Youtube. Monitoring client is also easy as you get notifications real-time.
