Trainerize was the first program I ever used when I started doing online training with my business. From there, I started using the software for both in person and online clients. One thing I would like for Trainerize to have is the option for trainers to track their own workouts, nutrition, schedule calendar, body stats, etc.. just like we can for clients. What I really love is the ability to select exercise demo videos that come with the app. These aren't just the usual curls and presses demos. There are a VAST selection to choose from with all modalities such as exercises using med balls, stability balls, bands, body weight only--you name it, it's there. It;s so good to have the ability to have my clients see these demo videos so they know the correct form to use with each exercise. Of course, there is also the ability to film, upload and use my own videos as well which means my clients will never have to question the correct way to do an exercise. Other features include in-app messaging and video chat, stat tracking, ability to receive payment and send invoices and oh...how about a free website and free listing on Trainerize.me! Having used Trainerize for quite some time, I have yet to have any issues. If there are any problems with the app (such as routine server maintenance etc) Trainerize is quick to send out notifications to the trainers letting them know what is going on. What problems is ABC Trainerize solving and how is that benefiting you? Trainerize has helped me save time in my business. I have the ability to design programs ahead of time and ready to go. All that is needed is a quick tweek to individualize it to a particular client and I'm ready to go. Also, I don't have to worry about chasing payments. I can sell product to clients directly through the app and the take payments through the app. No hassles or worry. I have also been able to design general fitness programs and sell them on the free website. I can promote a product, include a link to the sales page and new client can purchase right online. There are small issues with the functionality in certain web browsers and some functions/displays that I think could benefit (using still photos for exercises rather than only videos), as well as having a main business page, as well as client's personal profiles. I was thinking about getting my own app but last year, I opted for the custom app and I sorted the app problem with a simple Trainerize subscription. Also, I have the option to open more client slots as my business is growing and that's a really cool feature.
