I like how the DataTrak Club Management software professionally displays and tracks member's info within my gym facility. I can easily pull up anyone's account and resolve any issues while at the same time being able to see everything clearly without having to dig too deep into hidden menus and user-interface clutter. My favorite part of Data trak is how all the information is categorized in a practical and meaningful way. There is little "fluff" when it comes to what is shown in the software. It makes it easy to keep track of members of our gym and it is extremely reliable as it rarely will crash. My main gripe with datatrak is that you cannot sort out duplicate entries of prospects and members and they cannot be merged in the software. If a prospect joins the gym and the sales person doesn't convert them to a member then they will be in the system forever. I also dislike how I cannot search people in the directory by their billing information; sometimes someone who is being billed for the membership isn't the one who is using the membership and it can make it cumbersome to find. How easy it is to look up clients and what remains on their PT packages

How the client is emailed immediately, even if I made a mistake with how I scheduled them. I wish that the confirmation emails went out only 24 hours before session is due to start.

It can be at times confusing to navigate. I'm generally a tech savvy individual and even I have trouble finding what I'm looking for at times. When I have to train new hires on using Datatrak, it can be overwhelming for them.
