My favorite feature is that MICO allows our members to update their accounts and billing right on their phone! Keeps the billing simple and effective for our member. Great for customer service! I like how the DataTrak Club Management software professionally displays and tracks member's info within my gym facility. I can easily pull up anyone's account and resolve any issues while at the same time being able to see everything clearly without having to dig too deep into hidden menus and user-interface clutter. I guess I could say that the appearance of the user-interface could be either changed slightly through software updates or completely overhauled to give itself a more modern look and feel with today's standards in software.
