We took over a facilities that had the system in place and I had an onboarding Rep who was available to me at all hours of the day and walked me through every step of system. They sent out a tech free of charge to train me. The account rep assigned to me now is always available to assist with anything we need. They have a 24 technical support which is phenomenal. Never have to wait on hold and has extremely helpful friendly staff. I have not worked with a system with better customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about ABC Ignite? Some things in the system seem more complicated than they should be. Feel I have to call support to figure out new things that are not intuitive. My favorite part of Data trak is how all the information is categorized in a practical and meaningful way. There is little "fluff" when it comes to what is shown in the software. It makes it easy to keep track of members of our gym and it is extremely reliable as it rarely will crash. I have gotten very familiar with Data Trak over the past year and would recommend it to any health club. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about ABC Ignite? My main gripe with datatrak is that you cannot sort out duplicate entries of prospects and members and they cannot be merged in the software. If a prospect joins the gym and the sales person doesn't convert them to a member then they will be in the system forever. I also dislike how I cannot search people in the directory by their billing information; sometimes someone who is being billed for the membership isn't the one who is using the membership and it can make it cumbersome to find. I wish that the confirmation emails went out only 24 hours before session is due to start. I also wish that on my calendar I could see how many sessions a client has left. Software has a lot of functionality to help with the business side of our training dept. The ability to build your own reports is excellent. Scheduling in Datatrak goes quickly. I'm generally a tech savvy individual and even I have trouble finding what I'm looking for at times. When I have to train new hires on using Datatrak, it can be overwhelming for them.
