We took over a facilities that had the system in place and I had an onboarding Rep who was available to me at all hours of the day and walked me through every step of system. They sent out a tech free of charge to train me. The account rep assigned to me now is always available to assist with anything we need. They have a 24 technical support which is phenomenal. Never have to wait on hold and has extremely helpful friendly staff. I have not worked with a system with better customer support. **What do you dislike about ABC Ignite?** Some things in the system seem more complicated than they should be. Feel I have to call support to figure out new things that are not intuitive. **Recommendations to others considering ABC Ignite:** Recommend DataTrak based on the high level of customer service and support. I have never experienced better. **What problems is ABC Ignite solving and how is that benefiting you?** The system integrates with just about every other service we use such as marketing, lead tracking. There is little "fluff" when it comes to what is shown in the software. It makes it easy to keep track of members of our gym and it is extremely reliable as it rarely will crash. I have gotten very familiar with Data Trak over the past year and would recommend it to any health club. **What do you dislike about ABC Ignite?** My main gripe with datatrak is that you cannot sort out duplicate entries of prospects and members and they cannot be merged in the software. If a prospect joins the gym and the sales person doesn't convert them to a member then they will be in the system forever. I also dislike how I cannot search people in the directory by their billing information; sometimes someone who is being billed for the membership isn't the one who is using the membership and it can make it cumbersome to find. **Recommendations to others considering ABC Ignite:** Yes **What problems is ABC Ignite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Data trak allows me to manage the membership creation and checking in of members in a quick efficient way. It is not overtly flashy or cumbersome. ### 4. I wish that the confirmation emails went out only 24 hours before session is due to start. I also wish that on my calendar I could see how many sessions a client has left. **What problems is ABC Ignite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Clients get reminder emails for our sessions, which saves me a step. I also like that my classes are permanently there on my schedule ### 6. The ability to build your own reports is excellent. Scheduling in Datatrak goes quickly. For the most part, customer service helps us solve issues unique to our club. **What do you dislike about ABC Ignite?** It can be at times confusing to navigate. I'm generally a tech savvy individual and even I have trouble finding what I'm looking for at times. When I have to train new hires on using Datatrak, it can be overwhelming for them. I understand all the functionality creates this issue, but a re-design for a more user friendly program would be appreciated. **What problems is ABC Ignite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mostly using the reports to identify hour our personal training department is doing. It also keeps our trainers on their clients about purchasing sessions, which was an issue in the past. ### 7. There are plenty of options for leaving notes, scheduling, billing, etc. Giving mobile access now has been extremely helpful as well. **What do you dislike about ABC Ignite?** It isn’t a program you can just log into and use without a fair amount of training. While the amount of info contained in the program is great, it can be overwhelming to try to use the program the first few times without guidance. Having a mobile app vs. having to log onto a website on your phone would be extremely helpful. Aesthetically it could also use an update. **What problems is ABC Ignite solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a trainer with a constantly changing schedule, using the scheduling app and now being able to accesss it from our phone has made my life much easier. ### 14.
