What do you like best about ABC Glofox?

UI is good. But many things don't work properly. Support tickets never get solved despite claims of being escalated as priority to senior management. Dubious company. Suggest others to find other software Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ABC Glofox?

Full of bugs and glitches. Even the basic functions are not working reliably. The worst is that their technical support only replies to this all the time: "Things are being worked on, can't give any timeline, but we will be sure to give updates when we have it." We have more than 20 opened tickets with them now and all of them are unresolved with some since 2 months ago. The customer success officer in charged of us has changed 3x since onboarding in March. Recommendations to others considering ABC Glofox:

Just avoid. It is too late when you have migrated all your customers data over. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ABC Glofox solving and how is that benefiting you?

Customers get charged despite not getting their bookings etc. Displays are inaccurate, app notifications not working—a long list of problems impacting daily business operations badly. More resources put in to work around their numerous technical problems—many customer recoveries to do. The reputation of our business badly affected. It can be difficult sometimes with email communication to get points across with regards to the system. There also seems to be a lot of errors with reporting and payments. Member and staff app glitches. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering ABC Glofox:

Ensure that all the features you need or are looking for are included in Glofox. We found some features such as an individual's complete access over a period of time were not visible on Glofox. However, this has been raised and is something that is being looked into and potentially developed for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ABC Glofox solving and how is that benefiting you?

Definitely, the auto-retries for payments, taking a lot of the hard work out of the first half of the month for my team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ABC Glofox?

Sales Channels, customer app is excelent!. Easy to use, best customer and membership manager Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ABC Glofox?

1) Support and commercial response are slow

2) Store is poor and very basic, bad to manage products, and very bad to create a sell of different products

3) System is terrible to manage repetitive tasks like create different schedules, change of parameters

4) Do not exist any debt management with customer

5) Glofox Cannot support different payment platforms.. only Stripe, and cant use APIs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering ABC Glofox:

I saw this is one of the best Gym Studio manager.. And with it, I have a lot of benefits.. I think they can improve some features and add other. But is a good software Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
