Abruptly increased pricing 70% for subpar software and service **Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2024 **What do you like best about ABC Glofox?** I originally liked the ease of gym management software and ease of use compared to manual gym management. Implementation was straight forward and relatively easy. **What do you dislike about ABC Glofox?** The most impactful negative has been the experience of a 70% increase in pricing with no added value or ample notice to find a replacement solution and cancel. The software has many glitches such as not converting leads to members and support offers no resolution and regular app updates, while ideal for security, often produce member issues reducing the positivity of the customer experience. I am immediately cancelling and would never recommend this tool. If I raised my pricing 70% I would immediately lose every client. **What problems is ABC Glofox solving and how is that benefiting you?** They are not solving problems.
