It is genuinely useful if you deal with a lot of documents that need extracting, classifying or routing. What stood out for me was the OCR accuracy on fairly clean invoices forms and scanned PDFs. It’s not something you casually set up in an afternoon and immediately get perfect results. There’s a learning curve around templates, document types, extraction rules and integrations. Performance also depends a lot on document quality.
