Abax provides fund administration for emerging venture managers running Fund I through Fund III, typically under $50M. It started inside Indelible Ventures' own fund operations, where the founder was paying about $40,000 a year to administer two funds and still checking every statement before it reached an LP. Abax charges a flat $5,000 per fund per year, with no AUM, setup, per-LP or per-investment fees, so the cost does not grow with the fund. That covers ASC 946 fund accounting, capital calls and distributions, NAV and capital account statements, quarterly LP and LPAC reporting through an investor portal, audit preparation, AML/KYC and compliance deadline tracking, and SAFE, note and cap table tracking. Concierge migration from an existing administrator is included. Abax does not prepare tax returns or K-1s. It hands audit-ready, tax-ready books to the fund's CPA. Venture funds only.
