The Remote Desktop was great in a theoretical sense, but much slower and not as responsive as I hoped it would be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about AbacusLaw by CARET? Customer service was subpar at best. There were always issues with connectivity from the server end. The calendar system was not very functional. The only thing worth while was the Remote Desktop and even that could have been afforded more resources to function appropriately.
