Each program is reviewed by a BCBA and includes detailed steps towards mastery. When I began using ABA Toolbox, I needed very little training because it is very easy to use and intuitive. The dashboard is an important feature because it saves valuable time by presenting information like reporting due dates and graph alerts at a glance. The newly added image library is fantastic! **What do you dislike about ABA Toolbox?** I'd like to see a more organized Supporting Docs section. Also, a way to add notes about gaps in data to all graphs at once would be useful (e.g., no data collected February 18-February 26 due to client illness). **What problems is ABA Toolbox solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to view agency-wide metrics, such as learn units completed per session, helps to identify where support is needed to ensure best practices. Utilization hours in authorizations for each client is a useful tool as well. ### 2. Our team loves the new addition of the images library. Parents and administrators frequently comment about the ease of reviewing data for students and love the way the domains are color coded for easy viewing. **What do you dislike about ABA Toolbox?** The behavior section could be updated to include IOA data. **What problems is ABA Toolbox solving and how is that benefiting you?** ABA Toolbox customer service has constantly been availble to troubleshoot any difficulties we are experiencing. They have added the image library which has made it easier for our teachers to prep materials fro students. ### 3.
