The visual editor makes it fairly easy to launch experiments without heavy developer involvement. I like the combination of an approachable visual editor with fairly sophisticated experimentation underneath, so marketers can launch tests without depending on developers for every change. Dynamic Allocation is particularly useful for shifting traffic toward stronger variations, and the AI features such as EmotionsAI and the Visual Editor Copilot add another layer of insight and speed to experimentation. It's a really fleshed out web optimization platform. The AI features are more promising than most of the competitors. I'm also a fan of their recent partnership with Optimizely, as there are a lot of benefits that could come from that. Integrations are solid. Connects to GA4 easily.But I think the thing I like most is the support. They get back to me really quick. As with most A/B testing platforms, you have to get used to the UI and where everything is placed. It's mostly intuitive, but a few things were ticky to find. Pricing can also be a bit steep. The team’s support and response time have been a standout for me. I’ve had issues with other platforms that outsource customer service, which has led to major delays in getting problems resolved. Here, I feel like I can actually get help in a reasonable timeframe. What do you dislike about AB Tasty? At the moment, there aren’t any straightforward native connections to Salesforce. Because of that, I haven’t been able to use the platform’s analytics capabilities, since there’s no easy way for our firm to link intakes to their corresponding statuses. With these integrations missing, I’ve had to create my own in-house calculations to track experiment probabilities and results, using a Google Sheets-GA4 integration. It’s a reliable product for running A/B and split tests. In the past, we ran into issues with other platforms, including SRM problems within the platform and challenges with GA4 audiences.
