What do you like best?

The support team is very fast to answer to my request and solve my problems. They give me a new idea and help a lot for making clear objectives to track.

I love the plugins for personnalisation who make us to understand the user experience. I love HeatMaps and all the possibilities that the tool give us to make optimisation

As a CRO, the tool is not basic there is a lot of possibities that's why we need a lot of used pratique, i think that it's normal.

You must to know a minima of HTML, CSS and JS code before for using goodely the tool.

We need advenced training by the team before using the optimisation funnels, and other complexe testings

What do you like best?

Love how easy the tool is to use. Can easily create real time experiences as set up is really quick. AB Tasty team constantly improving the platform based on customers feedback. What do you dislike?

I wish they offered a more dedicated support. I think it would be great if they offered immediate support sometimes you may require more urgent support but the SLA I feel is too long. It would be great if they offered this option even if there was an extra charge I think a lot of companies would prefer this especially if you don't have your own in house dev capability. What do you like best?

What do you like best?

They have a very user-friendly UI. They've thought through their product carefully, and built solid documentation to support the tricky bits. So the situations in which I really need their technical support to answer a question or come to the rescue are relatives rare. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Two things primarily:

1 - It's difficult to execute custom javascript (at least if you're using a REACT-based site like ours). The way that AB Tasty times some of its actions are a mystery to me, and it's required a lot of work to figure out how to get our code to fire properly.

2 - the organization of campaigns, personalizations, etc. lacks refinement. It's really just a fairly large (as in size of rows) table, and makes it difficult to quickly get to the place you want to be if you've got a lot of campaigns running at once. The folder organization hasn't been particularly useful as it takes more time to organize tests into folders and then navigate to them than it does to just scroll through the list and find them directly. Recommendations to others considering the product:

The relatively low price, relatively low learning curve and relatively large set of features make it a great option. Do the trainings, and dig deep. There's a lot to this tool that I'm still discovering. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We're doing something unique with AB Tasty. Aside from just the standard personalizations and A/B Tests, we also use it as something of a CMS where our current CMS is still under development.

For example, our current CMS is limited on what we can do with our Product Display Pages. They're adding more options and functionality, but that kind of development takes time. AB Tasty allows us to add content that can be customized specific to the product category, SKU, etc. and launch it immediately.

What do you like best?

Easy to use for nontechnical users.

Also allows SPA support that functions very well with our needs.

Harder for nontechnical users to set up GA tracking.

Also, sample sizes need to be calibrated from the base CR better.

What do you like best?

This tool has a lot of great capabilities. Not only can you run just about any A/B test (especially if you have support hours to use their devs when you need extra help), but you can also do a lot with their NPS widget. I love the built-in widget library, that makes this tool stand out from others. I've also been quite happy with their account support team - the reps have worked with me to utilize Asana for testing projecting management. It's hugely helpful that their team adapts to our processes and it's a win-win for us both. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The tool isn't as intuitive as others that I've used. They often release updates to widgets that aren't well publicized and cause you to rebuild things for accurate reporting (for example, the NPS widget). You also can't delete tests and the organization of them in their folder tool isn't useful, so the test area can become cluttered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

This tool wouldn't be as valuable without their support team, since it's not super intuitive. I recommend purchasing some support hours, at least in the beginning, to help you utilize the tool to its fullest potential. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

I like its simplicity... but you can do a lot of useful things with it.

For testing, it has a very friendly interface. It’s a top easy-to-use tool. You don’t have to be a master coder to take advantage of it.

We are using the customization tool a lot, that allows us to make small and fast UX and functional modifications and personalizations without using our dev team and all that stuff to release a new versión of the website. This way, we don’t have to wait for several days, even weeks, to have the changes implemented in delivery.

By the way, the AB Tasty team is very diligent and kind. They will assist you really fast for any problem or doubt you have.

Sometimes we have the necessity of doing an immediate customization for our web site users that wouldn't be able if we didn't have a tool like AB Tasty.

For example, for the Coronavirus crisis in Spain, the government order us, for the very next day, to put an popup advise in the checkout process of the website in order to block the purchase until the user explicitly accepted the button "I understand the risks". With the AB Tasty tool and help, we were able to implement it in a couple of hours. It we had asked it to our development team, it had taken some days. We couldn't afford it in that situation. What do you like best?

I have been using AB Tasty for a year and a half and I am very satisfied with its use. It is a simple tool to apprehend even for beginners who offers many features and widgets.

I use it regularly for A/A, A/B tests and customizations. The implementation of the tests is simple and fast. And the new interface is more ergonomic and the new report is more readable and understandable.

What do you dislike?

It takes between 3 and 6 hours to get the first results. It’s a bit long!

It’s too bad the editor doesn’t offer drag and drop to move the elements. This would facilitate the implementation of the tests especially when one does not know how to code. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

AB Tasty allowed us to initiate an CRO process within the company, which was non-existent. We can now continuously optimize some important pages of our site in terms of both content and UX.

AB Tasty has also enabled us to initiate a culture of results. From now on, we can prove- objectively- that such idea, such functionality were good or bad. We make decisions based on objective facts and no longer on feelings.

What do you like best?

AB Tasty is easy to use and an efficient tool to share and diffuse test and learn culture in your company. The platform is very intuitive, well designed and answers all the CRO needs. Tests are quickly implemented, dashboards can be personnalized, the tool is flexible and can be plugged to other analytics tools in order to run deep dive analysis.

What do you like best?

After dabbling with a few different testing platforms, my organization (a mid-size regional non-profit) chose AB Tasty as our tool of choice for testing out variations on our website.

What makes AB Tasty a good choice is that after you launch the dashboard it goes right into starting a new test or reviewing a running one. No pop ups with new features, no extra stuff to distract you, it's right to the point. The platform takes you through a setup wizard where you choose the test variables, goals, targeting and more in a logical way. What do you dislike?

There's not much that I can say so far. At times it can be a little slow compared to other cloud based software but not egregiously so. I'm confident that as AB Tasty grows as a company, technical improvements are a constant thing they work on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

AB Tasty is extremely user friendly, requires no developer involvement, and can help you scale your experimentation stack quickly. The personalization suite offers a range of features that can really help differentiate to certain persona groups and improve conversion rate. There are also numerous features that can promote urgency and influence users on my sites dynamically, such as built in countdown clocks and banners, simple pop ins, and promotional banners.

Additionally there are tracking capabilities such as iframe clicks, scroll depth, and element specific impressions which can inform content on a very high level. On top of this the integrations make AB Tasty very useful in our marketing tech stack as it can be synced with google forms, social media channels, and even our zendesk account. What do you dislike?

We deployed A/B Tasty on many countries, easy to setup, the tools is easy for local teams to use when they need it for testing purpopes.

The path of creating a test have recently been updated to the greater good on focusing on the objectives setup.

In addition the reporting was given a new ergonomics and ease of understanding to capture quickly the result of test for any market users.

The dedicated CSM is definitly a plus and is available quickly to support us, and if technical question as well their chat line is definitly quick to answer (under 10 minutes to get someone) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The pricing model that may not be a good fit for some organization.

For simple personnalisation/test the solution is easy to use, for more advanced you will need an integrator (this apply for other platform as well). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
