## AB Tasty Reviews
 ### 1. AB Tasty’s All-in-One Platform for Testing, Personalization, and Experimentation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aliya s. | Application Development Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about AB Tasty?**

A big advantage of AB Tasty is that it’s an all-in-one platform. Instead of juggling multiple tools, AB Tasty brings together testing, personalization, feature experimentation, and user segmentation in one place.

**What do you dislike about AB Tasty?**

Many users feel the pricing is high compared to the value, especially if you don’t end up using all the features. It’s often seen as better suited for mid-to-large companies rather than startups.

**What problems is AB Tasty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AB Tasty solves the problem of guess-based decision-making by enabling data-driven experimentation. It helps improve conversions and the user experience, while reducing the risk of launching ineffective features. For me, that means I can make confident decisions backed by real user behavior, which leads to better outcomes and continuous Improvement.

 ### 2. Standout Support and Fast Response Times, with Steady New Feature Development

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew H. | Senior Conversion Optimization Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2026

**What do you like best about AB Tasty?**

The team’s support and response time have been a standout for me. I’ve had issues with other platforms that outsource customer service, which has led to major delays in getting problems resolved. Here, I feel like I can actually get help in a reasonable timeframe. I also appreciate how active the platform is in developing new features, which gives me confidence it will be around for the long term compared with others.

**What do you dislike about AB Tasty?**

At the moment, there aren’t any straightforward native connections to Salesforce. Because of that, I haven’t been able to use the platform’s analytics capabilities, since there’s no easy way for our firm to link intakes to their corresponding statuses. With these integrations missing, I’ve had to create my own in-house calculations to track experiment probabilities and results, using a Google Sheets-GA4 integration. And our long-term play is to bring in Segment, which integrates with AB Tasty.

**What problems is AB Tasty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s a reliable product for running A/B and split tests. In the past, we ran into issues with other platforms, including SRM problems within the platform and challenges with GA4 audiences. Overall, it has worked well for us so far, and we also expect it to help address personalization targeting issues in the future.

 ### 3. Streamlined Optimization with Minor Tracking Hurdles

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 08, 2025

**What do you like best about AB Tasty?**

I appreciate AB Tasty for its usefulness in A/B testing, which I find easy to get hands-on with. The setup process was quite straightforward, thanks to the helpful guidance from assigned advisers. I value how AB Tasty reduces the time and resources needed to implement website changes, especially when our developers are occupied. The ability to employ personalization through AB Tasty is highly beneficial for making changes efficiently.

**What do you dislike about AB Tasty?**

I find the process of setting up specific tracking quite tedious as it requires communication with the AB Tasty developer team, which can be cumbersome for our team. Additionally, I would like the reporting feature to include a sorting function for goals based on specific metrics such as conversion gain or conversion rate, which would make it easier for us to communicate results.

**What problems is AB Tasty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find the product reduces time and resources needed for implementing website changes, allowing us to use personalization features when developers are unavailable.

 ### 4. Visual drag-and-drop editor

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pablo M. | Técnico informático, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2026

**What do you like best about AB Tasty?**

What I value most is its "drag-and-drop" visual editor. I find it extremely intuitive and it allows me to make changes to the website interface quickly, without having to constantly write code.

**What do you dislike about AB Tasty?**

Sometimes, the visual editor can take a while to load, especially when the web page is very heavy or includes many external scripts.

**What problems is AB Tasty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There is a dependency on the development team to make minor changes or even to test new ideas on the website, which limits agility when it comes to iterating.

 ### 5. Next-Gen Experimentation Powered by Practical AI

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about AB Tasty?**

What I like best is the balance between power and simplicity. The Visual Editor is incredibly intuitive for marketers to make quick changes without needing a developer, yet the targeting and segmentation options are deep enough to run sophisticated, high-impact experiments.

**What do you dislike about AB Tasty?**

While the interface is clean, the initial setup and learning curve for more advanced features can be a bit steep. Navigating the data reporting section takes some time to master before you can fully extract the deep insights the platform is capable of providing.

**What problems is AB Tasty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem AB Tasty solves for us is bottlenecks. Before, we often had to wait weeks for a developer to hard-code even simple UI tweaks or promotional banners. Now our marketing team can launch experiments within hours using the Visual Editor and the pre-built widgets. That agility has noticeably increased our testing velocity, so we can fail fast and scale winning ideas much sooner.

 ### 6. Revolutionized Experimentation with Precision Targeting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alina Maria B.

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2026

**What do you like best about AB Tasty?**

I like the fact that AB Tasty can be quite targeted, allowing me to use GA data or integrate with Mixpanel to target specific cohorts. It's quite flexible in how I can set up my targets. For instance, if I have both B2B and B2C traffic on the site, I can set up an AB test only for B2B traffic. This flexibility is really helpful for tailoring my experiments.

**What do you dislike about AB Tasty?**

I would really like if I could also do surveys or have pop ups in which I can ask things qualitatively as well. It's so tough to have so many tools that you experiment with. So you do heat maps on one tool, and then you do surveys on another tool. I really want AB testing to help me experiment in general for both qualitative and quantitative aspects.

**What problems is AB Tasty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AB Tasty helps me understand the impact of changes before release, reducing risk. I now trust my product decisions more and can choose the path that shows positive results for metrics rather than just guessing.

 ### 7. Empowers Non-Devs with Easy Website Changes

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Florian R. | Project manager in marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2024

**What do you like best about AB Tasty?**

I really appreciate AB Tasty for its easy user tools that empower our marketing team to independently add and edit content on the website without developer assistance, saving us significant time. The tool provides direct data access, enhancing our ability to make informed decisions quickly. I find the AI tool particularly useful as it allows us to bring creative ideas to life without the need for CSS or HTML, thereby reducing reliance on development resources. Additionally, the AI tool and targeting capabilities are incredibly beneficial for our A/B testing, enabling precise audience segmentation and targeting, which is crucial given our high visitor volume. The ease of making modifications, such as adding countdown pop-ins or changing links for offers during events, is invaluable. Furthermore, the initial setup was quite straightforward, and the one-day training provided was incredibly helpful in getting us up to speed quickly.

**What do you dislike about AB Tasty?**

I dislike that when executing significant changes, the loading time becomes very long. This affects the accuracy and quality of tests, as the edits on the page appear unnatural or not native.

**What problems is AB Tasty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use AB Tasty to easily modify my website without developer help, saving time and simplifying website management. Its AI tool and targeting enhance audience segmentation, making A/B testing efficient, while direct data insights aid in decision-making.

 ### 8. A high-performing solution after a necessary adaptation phase

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mahé P. | Chargée d'animation web et e-merch, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2025

**What do you like best about AB Tasty?**

What I use in this tool overall: personalization + Reco&Merch. The personalization/abtest part is very intuitive, campaigns can be launched very quickly. On the other hand, R&M requires a real logic to acquire, but once mastered, the feature becomes much more fluid and efficient.
The support is also worth mentioning as a positive point; in case the account manager is unavailable, the "chat" bubble in the tool instantly connects us with technical support.

**What do you dislike about AB Tasty?**

The implementation of the tool and the setup of the Reco & Merch section were a bit complex at the start, especially with a product catalog as varied and structured as ours. This required a period of adaptation, but once the logic was mastered, the tool works well.

**What problems is AB Tasty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AB Tasty helps us better understand the behavior of our visitors and quickly test different approaches to improve the shopping experience. Through testing and personalization, we can adjust our content and customer journeys to maximize conversion and satisfaction. It's a real asset for a continuous optimization approach. The R&M part also allows us to offer the right products at the right time.

 ### 9. Intuitive interface and powerful customization, but lacks a resource repository

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** DAVID Y. | CRO, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about AB Tasty?**

It has a simple and very organized interface that allows multiple profiles from the same team to work coordinated on the same tests. The functionalities and the level of customization for conducting segmented tests are very powerful, allowing you to integrate with your data layer to impact the users you need to impact.

**What do you dislike about AB Tasty?**

Not having the ability to have a repository of images, data tables, and/or other resources that you can upload to the tool for use in your A/B tests.
It would make the tool orders of magnitude more powerful and the tests more customizable if you could directly add these resources in AB/tasty to use them in the tests.

**What problems is AB Tasty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I believe that in our case, where we have several countries in the organization using the same tool, each country has a different account, which makes it difficult to transfer tests from one account to another to see their impact in different countries.

If there could be a parent account on which the rest of the accounts depended to manage them better, it would be wonderful.

 ### 10. Effortless A/B Testing with Stellar Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Micah L.

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2026

**What do you like best about AB Tasty?**

I love using AB Tasty for A/B testing on our site. It provides us an easy platform to make UX changes without even having to code. I really appreciate the visual editor because it allows us to see what the change will look like live as we edit, which saves time. The professional support from Sean Merry is fantastic, as he helps us maximize the tool. Additionally, AB Tasty integrates well with our tech stack.

**What do you dislike about AB Tasty?**

Sometimes the widgets can be a bit buggy. We're trying to use a tool tip widget, and it isn't getting along well with the Piano element it's being attached to.

**What problems is AB Tasty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AB Tasty gives us an easy platform to make UX changes without coding. The visual editor saves time by showing live changes, Sean Merry provides great support, and it integrates well with our stack.

 ### 11. User-Friendly and Powerful: ABTasty Delivers efficient ABtesting and personalization

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charlotte L. | E-store manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about AB Tasty?**

I have been using ABTasty solution for many years. The site is user friendly, even non developers can use it to implement simple tests. For more complex tests, the possibilities are huge for the tech people in my team.
There often new releasesto improve the solution.
The report part is useful and clear.
I use also a lot the personalizations, very helpful for my business.
I always have a quick help if I need one.

**What do you dislike about AB Tasty?**

No real drawback. The only difficulty observed in the past months was with personalizations on special targets, but the problem may come from my datasystem.

**What problems is AB Tasty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ABtasty helps check hypothesis on website evolutions we prepare, or on questions we have about the way we manage our sites.
It helps correct some bugs quickly before our developers team gets on the problem.
It helps me add commercial banners to my website, with planned dates and hours for all visitors or some specific targets.

 ### 13. Intuitive Platform with Stellar Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thibault d. | Senior Product Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2025

**What do you like best about AB Tasty?**

AB Tasty has proven to be an exceptionally intuitive and efficient platform that greatly enhances our ability to execute and manage experiments with ease. The tool’s user-friendly interface allows our team to conduct tests swiftly and effectively, optimizing both speed and performance.

The AB Tasty team has provided outstanding training and ongoing support, ensuring that we are fully equipped to leverage the platform’s full potential. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and deep expertise have been instrumental in helping us achieve our testing and optimization objectives. We highly value our partnership with AB Tasty and would strongly recommend their services to any organization seeking a reliable and innovative experimentation solution.

**What do you dislike about AB Tasty?**

While the platform performs exceptionally well for most testing needs, we have encountered some limitations when creating more complex experiments and aligning user IDs with our internal identifiers.

**What problems is AB Tasty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AB Tasty empowers us to make data-driven decisions with confidence. As a product professional, relying on data is essential to guide strategic choices and validate hypotheses. Having a tool that enables us to test new features and customer journeys before full development has become an integral part of our product development process.

 ### 14. Great Features - Client + Server Side Testing

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lewis J. | CRO Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2025

**What do you like best about AB Tasty?**

ABtasty's support of client and server side testing has enabled us to test both smaller scale CRO changes and larger project based site changes all within a single platform. The ability to push all this data into our existing CRM tools have allowed for in depth reporting and a greater understanding of our users. In addition to this the customer support provided on a bi-weekly basis from our CSM Lee has been crucial in driving out any pain points when approaching these tests.

**What do you dislike about AB Tasty?**

Abtasty's wysiwyg editor is not the most intuitive when compared to competitors, especially for less technical users with fewer edit options and a more convoluted QA process. In addition to this the client side reporting is missing some key features you'd expect to see in a testing platform such as a confidence measurement.

**What problems is AB Tasty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ABtasty is allowing us to test at scale through development and client side testing something that we haven't been able to do prior with a simple client side CRM tool, the combination of both has provided us with powerful and actionable insights from testing.

 ### 15. An effective tool with strong potential for future optimization

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nathalie G. | E-merchandiser Group, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 20, 2025

**What do you like best about AB Tasty?**

This is a very transparent solution, where one understands the actions taken and the results obtained. The teams at AB Tasty are very responsive and attentive to our feedback and customer opinions. We carried out a successful Reco&Merch migration project together. Furthermore, continuous work is done on the improvement and development of this tool, which is very appreciable.

**What do you dislike about AB Tasty?**

There is still a lack of personalization (customer segmentation) in the Reco&Merch section and work on certain algorithms, but I know the teams are working on it. It's a shame that in the Reco&Merch section, we cannot directly conduct A/B tests on simple changes to algorithms or recommendation rules.

**What problems is AB Tasty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AB Tasty helps us with product recommendations on our website. It allows us to automatically sort the bestsellers on our category pages as well as on our various recommendation spaces (e.g., similar products, complementary products, etc.).

 ### 16. AB Tasty: Innovative, Supportive, and My Go-To for Smarter A/B Testing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michelle M. | Team Lead, CRO Marketing, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2025

**What do you like best about AB Tasty?**

AB Tasty keeps pushing experimentation forward. Always discovering new ways to make A/B testing smarter, faster, and more insightful. Their team is supportive, and genuinely customer-focused, which makes collaboration feel effortless.

I’ve tested several A/B testing tools over the years, but I always end up coming back to AB Tasty 😉

**What do you dislike about AB Tasty?**

There’s little to dislike. If anything, I’d love to see more ways to get reliable insights from tests with smaller audiences that don’t reach standard statistical significance, though that’s a broader challenge across the entire experimentation field, not specific to AB Tasty.

**What problems is AB Tasty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AB Tasty allows us to efficiently validate our hypotheses and minimize decision bias by transforming assumptions into measurable outcomes. The platform is highly flexible, making it straightforward to conduct both basic and advanced web experiments, accommodate various team requirements, and ensure complete GDPR compliance. Overall, it fosters a genuine test-and-learn environment that supports smarter growth and enhances user experiences.

 ### 17. The key tool for continuous optimization and maximized conversion

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hélène D. | lead UI UX designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2024

**What do you like best about AB Tasty?**

The main advantage of AB Tasty lies in its ability to allow optimization testing even before development, which is a major asset for teams wishing to assess the impact of their actions without mobilizing development resources. The platform offers an intuitive interface, making it easy to create, monitor, and analyze tests as well as personalization campaigns. The integration of the AI assistant makes the tool even more accessible and allows for quick analysis as soon as the reporting is opened.

**What do you dislike about AB Tasty?**

Nothing to complain about so far in my daily use

**What problems is AB Tasty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AB Tasty allows us to prioritize optimizations by testing them before implementing, which represents a considerable time saving for the technical team. If a test is positive and generates uplift, AB Tasty allows it to be turned into a patch while waiting for its development.

 ### 18. Easy to use, fantastic support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Linda A. | Website Manager, CRO specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2024

**What do you like best about AB Tasty?**

The flexibility of the platform, and the superb support are excellent. It took me a little while to understand how the wysiwyg worked but that's also because the nature of our website and how we've set it up, but when you know, you know. Setting up tests is super easy! Especially with the AI Copilot support - if you prompt it well, you have a test set up in a hot second.

We've set AB Tasty up to test on a variety of (landing) pages and as frequent as we can, so we're using AB Tasty on a weekly basis.

Also, their customer support is amazing. Not just the in-platform help you receive, but from our account manager and CSM we have the best possible help and any answers to our questions.

**What do you dislike about AB Tasty?**

It's an expensive tool. Implementation/integration for us was tricky, and the cross-domain tracking hasn't been great, though we've received a workable workaround now.

**What problems is AB Tasty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AB Tasty offers us an easy way to implement tests on a multitude of our landingpages without needing developers or tech teams as support. Especially with the addition of AI Copilot it's even easier. Plus, they have an extensive dashboard so in the future, I don't need to switch between different tools and calculators for the best possible data anymore.

 ### 19. A really valuable platform, even for non-techy organisations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Holly E. | Midweight UX Designer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2025

**What do you like best about AB Tasty?**

AB Tasty has been the best thing our team has invested in this year. If not for the tool itself, then for the support. I initially had apprehensions- I am used to testing tools but we aren't an e-commerce heavy platform, and as a charity we don't move at the same rate as other companies, but I was quickly delighted by the platform and felt that its showcasing completely matched its real-life capabilities. After the RSPB moved platforms we were left with a difficult to use decoupled CMS. While we were trying to optimise the website the devs were too busy trying to fix the core features, so we needed something that could help us test without an incredibly long backlog, and thats where AB Tasty came in. We are now able to use the live editor to test small and large design changes and showcase their results to the larger organisation, something I didn't find easy on any other testing platforms. We are also able to use the amazing component preset, such as the various email sign up modals, and test which ones are effective. This is great because we have minimal dev resource and our UX team doesn't have the time to create something like this from scratch. Its also added an unexpected fulfilling aspect to my job where I have been able to make changes on a stagnant website for the first time in years, and giving people small but effective changes and features they have wanted for a long time, without demanding any more resource.

While the tool is a USP in itself I would say I have been most impressed with the people and the way AB Tasty is run. I love that there are frequent in-person gatherings, and after attending the Experience Next conference yesterday I was left impressed and also inspired about what tests we could try next, especially after watching the Merkle presentation and thinking about how AI can help the RSPB. The staff were so welcoming and friendly, and the whole thing organised to a T. Conferences can often be draining but Experience Next was organised with a great balance of talks, networking and also fun, so I left after having really enjoyed myself. I also think the way our account managers Jordan and Raj have structured our time with AB Tasty to be really effective, but also thoughtful to how the RSPB works. Our team recently got restructured and we felt there was a lot of understanding and patience on AB Tasty's part while we dealt with the staff shortage, and while we were waiting for things to move forward Jordan and Raj made an effort to fill our meeting times with something that was helpful to us, for example often just letting us ask basic questions while we were still getting to know the software and giving us a demonstration on how it works, how we could solve a problem etc. So while we could have been stuck in limbo, the support from the staff has helped us feel like we are still moving along

**What do you dislike about AB Tasty?**

When we first got AB Tasty we found the refreshing of the live editor a little confusing- it appeared showing what looked like the regular site and with no editor panels, then after a few seconds it refreshes itself with the panels. We thought on numerous occasions that the editor simply just didnt work- however this is a small issue and we got used to it quickly. Nothing that chatting with our account managers didn't solve

Sometimes I would like to use an AB Tasty component e.g a banner and edit it, it would be great if I could somehow remove the classes and presets so I can look at the pure CSS and HTML, although this could be possible and I just don't know how.

**What problems is AB Tasty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AB Tasty is basically letting us bypass a very convoluted CMS made up of templates that can't be edited without multiple sprints and approvals. AB Tasty lets us test out new features and components, see if they are successful and then put them through a sprint to be hard coded. This is so useful because we can get real data from real users to see if something is effective *before* we spend a lot of dev & stakeholder time on it

 ### 20. A comprehensive and intuitive tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Héloïse M. | Chef de projet E-commerce, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 07, 2025

**What do you like best about AB Tasty?**

The platform is intuitive and allows for the creation of numerous patches and A/B tests independently. Conversely, the support remains highly available if a little help is needed with certain configurations. Our CSM's support also allows us to quickly learn about the new features offered by the platform, share relevant user cases based on our issues and needs, and refine our A/B testing roadmap.

**What do you dislike about AB Tasty?**

We are sometimes a bit limited in developing a business-side test due to a lack of knowledge in code/HTML, but with the new features including AI, this should allow us to go even further in autonomy.

**What problems is AB Tasty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ABTasty addresses 2 needs:
It allows adding features, temporary content to our site at key moments to improve our CVR (pop-up, countdown, banner, visuals, module order) through personalization.
It allows testing certain site optimization hypotheses using AB tests to then decide if it is relevant to adopt this change permanently.

 ### 21. A complete, user-friendly and constantly evolving tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chloé S. | Chef de projet digital, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 29, 2022

**What do you like best about AB Tasty?**

What I like most about AB Tasty is the combination of several strengths : the Copilot tool, which helps us quickly set up our A/B tests, the ease of use of the visual editor, and the great support from our Customer Success Manager. I also appreciate the integration with Contentsquare, which makes analyzing results much easier. The platform is constantly evolving with new and useful features. I've been using it for over 3 years now and I’m still very satisfied.

**What do you dislike about AB Tasty?**

Sometimes we face difficulties when setting up more complex tests, but the online support team is always responsive and helps us find solutions quickly.

**What problems is AB Tasty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AB Tasty is a real time saver for our team. It helps us make quick changes, like personalization or temporary patche, without having to go through our developers, which is super helpful when we're short on time or dealing with urgent needs.

It also supports us in improving our product features through clear and actionable A/B tests. When a test is successful, it helps us confidently roll out new ideas. And when a test doesn’t perform well, at least we know early and avoid wasting time or resources on something that wouldn’t work.

It gives us agility and clarity in our decision making, which is key for moving fast and iterating smartly.

 ### 22. Easy to use testing platform, with easy ability to produce results.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jo H. | Head of UX/CX, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 01, 2025

**What do you like best about AB Tasty?**

AB Tasty is really easy to implement and use day-to-day. It allows us to launch tests quickly across multiple areas of the site without heavy development involvement. We have been able to use alot of the out of the box library features, but also, build much more complex and in depth tested by writing code.
The reporting suite is better than other testing platforms I have used, and you are able to add in customer tracking, as well as push into GA and integrate with other tools you may have.

**What do you dislike about AB Tasty?**

Although the reporting is easy, if you do want deeper analysis then the ability to use the push into GA, does make it easier, it took a little while to understand some of the reporting capabilities, and method of reporting.

**What problems is AB Tasty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AB Tasty helps us quickly test and validate changes across our site without needing long development cycles. This means we can make data-driven decisions, improve conversion rates, and enhance customer experience much faster than before.

 ### 23. Intuitive interface and responsive support, a comprehensive platform to explore

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thibaud J. | Responsable E-commerce, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2025

**What do you like best about AB Tasty?**

The interface is clear and intuitive, which facilitates the quick setup of A/B tests or customizations without systematically relying on a developer. I also appreciate the responsiveness of the support and customer assistance: you can feel that there is real follow-up and a desire to advance our experiments.

**What do you dislike about AB Tasty?**

For now, I haven't encountered any real negative points. Perhaps some features deserve to be highlighted even more in the interface, because the platform is very comprehensive and one can sometimes overlook some interesting tools.

**What problems is AB Tasty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have recently taken over the AB Tasty file internally, the platform seems very comprehensive and well-designed to track our tests and e-commerce personalization actions. It should help us better understand visitor behavior and improve our conversion rates.

 ### 24. All-in-One Platform for Personalisation, Experimentation, and Testing

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sushmita G. | Financial accounting and operations associate , Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about AB Tasty?**

It is an all in one platform which brings together personalisation, experimentation and testing under one roof .

**What do you dislike about AB Tasty?**

The advance features are not so user friendly. Hence it takes time to experiment which in turn affects the accuracy and quality of testing.

**What problems is AB Tasty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The visual editor saves time by showcasing live changes. The agility has noticeably increased the testing velocity, so we can fail fast and get winning ideas much sooner

 ### 25. Impressive tool with excellent customer service

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt A. | Marketing Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 10, 2025

**What do you like best about AB Tasty?**

Great account management and customer support service - always on hand to assist with queries or help brainstorm ideas for new experiments in quarterly sessions.

The client-side tool is really sophisticated and customisable with a lot of different options for setting up AB tests easily. Particularly like the fact that there are already loads of widgets and things that you can use straight away in your own AB tests. Definitely great for Marketers who want to setup tests quickly.

I like the integration with GA4 - it's always been easy to set this up and push data into GA/BigQuery.

EmotionsAI looks really cool and seems like a natural next-step in the evolution towards AI-led experimentation.

Our developers seem to have found it pretty straightforward and became really comfortable setting up server-side tests during our testing roadmap.

**What do you dislike about AB Tasty?**

I' have never been a massive fan of the fact that there have traditionally been two separate tools for client & server side AB tests and we needed to log into different platforms in order to review AB test performance and get info like the experiment IDs.

Similarly, I felt like the server-side reporting wasn't quite as polished as the client-side reporting.

**What problems is AB Tasty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps us advance with our CRO program. We know there are issues within our ecommerce funnel and AB tasty has given us the tooling to support us on our journey to fixing the user journey issues we commonly see.
We've had some success and some failures but the tool has definitely given our business a platform in which to embark on our testing journey.

 ### 26. Good experience with experimentation and content persoanlisation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Archana M. | CRO manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 10, 2025

**What do you like best about AB Tasty?**

The platform has a very intuitive interface, so setting up tests is as easy as you website architecture allows you to. The visual editor is reliable but their strength lies in the widgets that tend to be quite stable to use for non-technical folks.
It is easy to implement tracking from within the tool and there are many options available, especially data layer based tracking.
I really like their support where we can chat with experts to get quick clarifications on issues. This is over and above a dedicated account manager to help us get the optimal benefit out of the tool.
Also, their product development backlog is client feedback driven and useful features are prioritized well.
Access to technical solution managers to get the best out of the tool is another plus.
They also focus on allowing us to integrate to various other tools and data warehouses which is a key feature needed in any good experimentation tool.

**What do you dislike about AB Tasty?**

While the editor is user-friendly, setting up more complex experiments (such as server-side testing or advanced targeting) still requires technical expertise. The visual editor also struggles with React-based sites that use dynamic class names, which limits its reliability in those cases.

Targeting options could be more cohesive. For example, it’s not currently possible to build audiences using combinations of purchase attributes such as multiple brands or purchase types. A native product feed with product details built into the experimentation platform would be a great addition. At the moment, this functionality is only available within their merchandising and recommendations module, which means experimentation users miss out on that flexibility.

**What problems is AB Tasty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping us test and gather insights about what works for our users. It helps us take better decisions about our platform's direction that serves our customers while being bottom line friendly.

 ### 27. A flexible and intuitive experimentation platform, with excellent CSM's and an extensive community.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt W. | CRO Lead, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 09, 2025

**What do you like best about AB Tasty?**

- Their onboarding and client management is top class, always on hand to provide support when needed.

- The tool itself is easy to use, and provides all of the means of testing you would expect from a market leading experimentation & personalisation tool.

- AB Tasty also has a great community with their clients, with plenty of conferences and events to knowledge share and upskill.

**What do you dislike about AB Tasty?**

If I had to be picky, I'd say that having certain features only available with additional integration slowed us down from using the tool effectively in the early stages (e.g. the ability to target certain customer segments like cart abandoners, or having additional tags fire to be able to track purchases & revenue etc.), if these came as part of the initial onboarding we'd be using the tool more effectively from day one, but that's being super picky!

**What problems is AB Tasty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're currently in the relatively early stages of our Experimentation and Personalisation journey, and AB Tasty is allowing us to test and learn with a wide range of out-of-the-box widgets that allow us to operate at pace, whilst providing solid Code Editor functionality for more complex builds.

AB Tasty has unlocked revenue at every step of the user journey, through improved Global Header functionality, more personalised customer journeys such as targeting cart abandoners with cart resumption tests, and opportunistic revenue driving widgets such as countdown timers.

As a business AB Tasty has both generated and saved considerable money for the business and instilled a test-learn-iterate mindset to everything we do.

 ### 28. Has a lot of features, data layer is great for targeting, super user friendly for non-coders.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aileen R. | CX Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 03, 2025

**What do you like best about AB Tasty?**

I like the visual editor, the ability to add in targeting by data layer elements, QA mode, and the ease of setting up client side.

**What do you dislike about AB Tasty?**

Sometimes the visual editor can be buggy/not load. There is a limitation where it is reliant on cookies but there's not much to be done there. I wish the menu drop down with the accounts was a bit bigger as we manage multiple retailer checkouts. We are a bit unique in that sense. Also sending push events to our analytics tool (Looker) was a nightmare and we had to can it. But we use the dashboards reporting which has been enough. It would just be more convenient to scale this.

**What problems is AB Tasty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to quickly add or change things within checkout without the need to wait for a UI deployment. Being able to introduce and scale widget features like the progress tracker within checkout has been good.

 ### 29. A solid AB Testing platform for experimentation & personalisation that holds up against the best!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elliot G. | Senior personalisation manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 03, 2025

**What do you like best about AB Tasty?**

AB Tasty makes experimentation simple & powerful with a clear interface that includes robust features for AB Testing, Personalisation, Product patches and Real time marketing messaging. I love how quickly we build, QA and release tests to our customers without heavy reliance on developers or release sprints.

I've worked with other platforms before and would like to also note the customer support supplied by ABT team is one of the best out there. Things do go wrong from time to time but the speed of fixing outstanding issues is excellent.

**What do you dislike about AB Tasty?**

Reporting, while insightful sometimes lacks deeper breakdowns compared to our analytics platforms. Occasional interface glitches mean loading visual editor sometimes requires reloading pages.

**What problems is AB Tasty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ABT acts as our main CRM channel for real time messaging on all our 11 brands, with over 50% of campaigns being segmented to our customers in real time.
The other campaigns are made up of product patches (10%) AB testing (20%) and content personalisation (20%)

 ### 30. An effective way to test without having to guess

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ben M. | Customer Experience Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 02, 2025

**What do you like best about AB Tasty?**

The platform has an intuitive interface that makes it simple to set up A/B tests without needing technical expertise. Having access to the variety of segments makes it super easy to target the right people. I use the platform alongside Contentsquare which has been very easy to integrate.

The support I get from Scarlett is also second to none - there is no thing too difficult for her to advise on!

**What do you dislike about AB Tasty?**

There can be bugs in setting tests live, however they are usually quickly troubleshooted by the support. Some parts are impacted by the integration with Shopify as well.

**What problems is AB Tasty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a very agile and broad development backlog of web features and enhancements that we often need data to be able to implement effectively. The fact it is so easy to set up a test means that we can act fast to add a test in and get the data to make a decision on the developments in a short space of time.

 ### 31. Incredible Software & People

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luke J. | Head of UX & Creative Strategy, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 02, 2025

**What do you like best about AB Tasty?**

AB Tasty is incredibly easy to use. The UX and reporting dashboard make it a highly valuable tool for us. Implementation was straightforward, and it integrated seamlessly with our website. We use it weekly, and it’s been so rewarding to see the significant impact our changes have on our Ecommerce experience. Special mention to Megan Tunney and Rajan Kalakoti, they’ve been fantastic contacts, always knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely lovely to work with. Huge credit to the company for that.

**What do you dislike about AB Tasty?**

The reporting area can sometimes load a bit slowly, mainly because of the large volume of data it processes. Improving the load speed would make the experience even better. Also, I think the ROI dashboard could be more accurate. If it could pull in GA4 historical purchase data from the previous 12 months and then project ROI for implemented changes, that would make it even more powerful.

**What problems is AB Tasty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to test our ideas and see whether our customers benefit from an improved UX. Our goal is to create the best possible shopping experience for engineers and innovators, and AB Tasty helps us validate those ideas with real data.

 ### 32. AB testing at its best

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Peter F. | Product Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 01, 2025

**What do you like best about AB Tasty?**

Many enterprise tool trying to evolve into an all encompassing solution for many business needs, but end up subpar in many of those functionalities. What I love about AB Tasty that it sticks to AB testing and excelling at it. Whether you are an engineer or a marketeer without any coding knowledge you can enjoy using the tool and there are plenty of options for customisation, I don't think there was any idea which we couldn't launch due to limitations in AB Tasty. There are also very regular updates which are genuinely helpful, which tells me that they are keen listeners and understand their customers and the market very much.

**What do you dislike about AB Tasty?**

They have recently integrated the server-side testing (Flagship) and client side testing tool into one platform, this has some teething issues which they are working through, but it caused some minor hiccups for internal users. The QA tool is really powerful, but almost it is too advanced, the QA workflow could be simplified, but to their credit it improved over the last 1 year.

**What problems is AB Tasty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AB Tasty enables our optimisation programme, all the conversion optimisation runs using AB Tasty, both client side testing and server-side testing platform. We can also deploy features very quickly using their server-side testing tool which enables feature flagging. AB Tasty have lots of widgets, so for non-coder colleagues working in editorial, SEO or marketing they can use the tool to optimise messages or even sometimes deploy contents where we don't have CMS coverage.

 ### 33. Positive experience using AB Tasty, easy to keep track of campaigns

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Georgia L. | UX Designer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 01, 2025

**What do you like best about AB Tasty?**

I am a very visual person who sometimes struggles to dig into the numbers - since using AB Tasty I feel a lot more in touch with exactly how a campaign is performing and can quickly identify areas that need attention which saves a lot of time. I like that there are multiple ways to extract key metrics like 'chance to win', graphs, copilot and easy exporting for collaboration.

**What do you dislike about AB Tasty?**

There are a lot of features on AB Tasty that I have yet to discover and understand how to use them effectively. It can take a bit of time to navigate through all options and understand where to start, I'm sure as I spend more time on the platform with dedicated 'exploration' time and help from the team this will become less of a challenge.

**What problems is AB Tasty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There is a lot of change happening within the business and some ambitious goals have been set. AB Tasty has helped us to understand key areas of the website we can push to the next level with confidence. This has helped with initial design kick offs and delivery as a whole.

 ### 34. User-Friendly Experimentation with Smooth Marketing & Analytics Integrations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andria H. | Digital Marketing Manager , Outsourcing/Offshoring, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2026

**What do you like best about AB Tasty?**

It is designed with a user friendly interface that allows non-technical teams to launch experiments with little training.
It integrates smoothly with popular tools like marketing and analytics tools which allows teams to connect experimentation data with existing workflows.

**What do you dislike about AB Tasty?**

Pricing is a bit high for small teams as more advanced features are locked behind higher plans.

**What problems is AB Tasty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us reduce guess work by enabling data-driven experimentation which allows us to validate ideas before rolling out changes across their digital properties.

 ### 35. Effortless Setup, Powerful Data-Driven Insights

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David H.

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2025

**What do you like best about AB Tasty?**

I find AB Tasty to be a very simple and easy-to-use platform with an excellent user experience. The customer support team is great, providing necessary assistance when needed. We were able to start testing on our site within a few weeks of signing the contract, thanks to the ease of setup. Utilising AB Tasty has transformed our decision-making processes by providing data-backed insights, allowing us to understand the impact of changes to our site, and making informed judgments quickly. The clarity of reporting is something I particularly value, as it is straightforward to use and allows fast decision-making. Additionally, the integration with Heap Analytics was beneficial. I love the platform's usability and the clarity it brings to reporting, backed by a supportive customer support team, which makes it a top choice against various competition in the market.

**What do you dislike about AB Tasty?**

N/A

**What problems is AB Tasty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AB Tasty enables us to understand and justify website changes with data-driven insights, eliminating guesswork. It simplifies decision-making, is easy to use, and offers excellent customer support.

 ### 36. Comprehensive and scalable tool but still quite complex and lacks customization

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elouen G. | Chef de projet junior – Marketing digital, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2025

**What do you like best about AB Tasty?**

The tool is very comprehensive and easy to access for simple tasks. The support is responsive when contacted. Numerous new features show a continuous evolution of the tool. The training sessions, webinars, and information sharing (notably through the monthly decks) are of high quality. The integration of AI facilitates technical tasks that would normally require coding.

**What do you dislike about AB Tasty?**

The tool is quite time-consuming and requires time to achieve exactly the desired result. Its functional richness is also its main flaw: several features require technical skills. However, the integration of AI and the responsiveness of support partially compensate for this complexity. It remains frustrating, however, to have to resort to external tools for certain projects. Some features are missing, notably better management of campaign organization (e.g., creation of folders that would display visually and not in filters). The ability to save modifications as custom widgets (to easily reuse them between two campaigns) would also be a real plus, as the creation of widgets remains too technical today.

**What problems is AB Tasty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Highlighting temporary promotions
Personalized ads via Geolocation
UX Improvement

Numerous campaigns are being implemented to quickly correct/adapt the site according to users and avoid overloading our IT service.

 ### 37. Complete platform and 5-star support.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kelthoum H. | Chef de projet digital, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2025

**What do you like best about AB Tasty?**

What I appreciate most about AB Tasty is the dual strength of the tool and the support. The platform is very comprehensive and versatile, going beyond A/B testing to effectively cover personalization and multiple experiments. At the same time, the quality of support is remarkable: our Product Specialist, Shane, is extremely responsive and often helps us to overcome obstacles, just like the support team, which is consistently responsive and a great help in ensuring the success of our projects.

**What do you dislike about AB Tasty?**

We sometimes encounter technical difficulties in setting up some more complex A/B tests, as these require specific skills. However, this weakness is quickly compensated for and resolved thanks to our support.

**What problems is AB Tasty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AB Tasty primarily solves the problem of the development cycle (internally), especially on one of our sites where changes are overseen by global teams. The platform allows us to bypass this technical and organizational constraint. We can implement essential UX adjustments (such as A/B tests, customizations, or small journey optimizations) quickly and independently, without having to request heavy or impossible developments.

 ### 38. Intuitive, Easy-to-Use Interface with Phenomenal Customer Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patrick M. | Web Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2026

**What do you like best about AB Tasty?**

Very intuitive and easy to use interface. A ton of out of the box widgets to use. Customer support is phenomenal as well.

**What do you dislike about AB Tasty?**

It is difficult to use the editor with a React site.

**What problems is AB Tasty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are gathering important insights into how our customers behave on our website, which helps us better understand their actions and patterns as they navigate through it.

 ### 39. An extremely high-quality tool with constant improvements

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kentin P. | Assistant chef de projet digital & e-commerce, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 20, 2025

**What do you like best about AB Tasty?**

This solution allows for the quick launch of A/B tests as well as customizations, even without advanced technical skills, particularly thanks to the addition of Copylot which facilitates the execution of in-depth tests without requiring coding knowledge. The features offered are varied and comprehensive, providing great flexibility to optimize the user experience and improve the performance of our sites. Moreover, Rémy is always responsive and attentive, making the use of the tool all the more pleasant on a daily basis.

**What do you dislike about AB Tasty?**

I do not yet use the tool regularly enough to be able to make a negative critique. Copylot has already solved the main problem I had initially: without coding skills, it was difficult to conduct thorough tests. In general, I have always been very satisfied with AB Tasty.

**What problems is AB Tasty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Conducting different A/B tests allows you to verify the effectiveness of an improvement idea before deploying it in production. The tool also offers the possibility to animate the website with the various available widgets. Finally, it is also possible to create patches, which saves time and avoids having to develop new features.

 ### 40. The tool for experimentation: validate/invalidate our optimization hypotheses on a daily basis!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marine L. | Chargée de performance e-comerce, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2024

**What do you like best about AB Tasty?**

AB Tasty offers us great autonomy in implementing our tests and allows us to iterate quickly thanks to the simplicity and flexibility of its editor. The platform facilitates the creation and modification of experiences without major technical dependency, notably thanks to the additions of AI in the platform, which significantly accelerates our decision-making and optimizations.

We particularly appreciate the sharing of inspiring case studies, easily transposable to our site, as well as the ability to validate our hypotheses before any production deployment, reinforcing the reliability of our actions and securing our revenue.

The tool also stands out for its seamless integration with other solutions, the clarity of its reports which allow precise daily monitoring of campaigns, and the wide variety of available widgets (pop-ins, banners, timers, NPS surveys...).

Finally, we benefit from quality support with our CSM, who is always responsive, available, and proactive, making the collaboration particularly effective and pleasant.

**What do you dislike about AB Tasty?**

Effects of flickering in certain tests

**What problems is AB Tasty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AB Tasty effectively resolves several major challenges related to digital optimization. The platform allows for easy launching and management of A/B tests, multivariate tests, and personalizations without technical dependency, thanks to an intuitive visual editor. This accelerates the iteration and validation of hypotheses before production, thus limiting risks and securing revenue.

With its clear and precise reporting, AB Tasty facilitates daily performance tracking and quick campaign adjustments. The seamless integration with other marketing tools enriches analysis and decision-making. Furthermore, the variety of widgets (pop-ins, banners, timers, NPS surveys) offers diverse engagement options to enhance the user experience.

Finally, the responsiveness and relevance of the support provided by the Customer Success Manager ensure optimal use of the solution in an agile and results-oriented context. This combination of autonomy, speed, and support makes AB Tasty a valuable partner for boosting conversion and digital experience.

 ### 41. Intuitive interface and quick tests

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Apparel & Fashion | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 20, 2025

**What do you like best about AB Tasty?**

The interface is clear and intuitive. You can launch A/B tests or patches quickly and without using code thanks to the widgets, which is a big time saver for quick requests. The team is responsive, very kind, and professional. I have been using it every week for over two years, and with all the updates I've seen, I've never used a tool as efficient.

**What do you dislike about AB Tasty?**

I imagine it's a technical issue and there's nothing we can do about it, but changing the variation in the visual editor and seeing the page reload completely, then adding the AB Tasty layer, wastes quite a bit of time (but the fact that we have a super heavy site to begin with doesn't help with the loading).

**What problems is AB Tasty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Outside of the A/B testing function, which is super useful, we also use patches a lot to quickly apply the changes we want, while waiting for the developers to integrate them permanently on the site. This also allows us to correct and/or modify certain areas of the site in an emergency.

 ### 42. Powerful Experiment Tracking, but Visual Editor Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Savandhi G. | UX Designer & Researcher, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2025

**What do you like best about AB Tasty?**

We’re able to set up new trackers directly in AB Tasty, which has been a great addition - it’s allowed us to monitor on-site behaviours in new and interesting ways. We can also track multiple metrics for each experiment and its variants all in one place. Overall, it’s a very easy-to-use platform for analytics and running live experiments.

**What do you dislike about AB Tasty?**

The visual editor can be difficult to work with, and not having all of our data available directly within AB Tasty has been quite limiting for our analysis and decision-making.

**What problems is AB Tasty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have the ability to run experiments that help guide our decisions, allowing us to optimize the site and develop new features.

 ### 43. Complete Tool and Excellent Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abderrahim F. | Head of Web Projects / Directeur des Projets Web, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 20, 2025

**What do you like best about AB Tasty?**

I have been using AB Tasty for 3 years now and I find it to be an excellent tool. It offers many features: easy personalization, A/B testing, and the ability to create patches to temporarily fix issues while waiting for the deployment of fixes. The support is truly excellent, and it is interesting to note that Google recommended AB Tasty after the removal of its own A/B testing tool. I highly recommend it for any team looking to optimize user experience and test variations effectively.

**What do you dislike about AB Tasty?**

One thing, it's the loading time of the interface

**What problems is AB Tasty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy customization: allows for quickly adapting content and user experience according to different segments.

A/B Testing: helps test different versions of a page or an element to identify what works best.

Temporary patches: offers the possibility to quickly fix issues or make adjustments before deploying final fixes.

 ### 44. Powerful and easy-to-use platform, effective support at ABTasty

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thomas L. | Responsable d'équipe, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2025

**What do you like best about AB Tasty?**

The platform stands out for its great ease of use and its very user-friendly interface. The tool is powerful and offers many possibilities, making it particularly pleasant to use. The support and contact with ABTasty are simple and effective, which reassures us when getting to grips with the tool. ABTasty allows us to design and optimize our journeys, and it has established itself as an indispensable tool within our organization.

**What do you dislike about AB Tasty?**

The main area for improvement I see regarding the tool concerns its performance. ABTasty is very powerful, but sometimes its use leads to some slowdowns, which could be optimized. Of course, these loading times are not excessive, but it remains an aspect that can be improved.

**What problems is AB Tasty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ABTasty offers us the ability to communicate easily with our partners, without having to carry out specific developments for time-limited communications. Moreover, the data collected during the implementation of campaigns on ABTasty has allowed us to develop our action plan for the graphic redesign of certain parts of the site.

 ### 45. Day to day work with ABTasty and ABTasty's team

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thomas C. | Senior Consultant CRO & Web Analytics, Consulting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2024

**What do you like best about AB Tasty?**

I used ABTasty in a daily basis. The tool is easy to use with a user friendly experience and many upcoming features that are usually very helpful in the day to day work. ABTasty's chat service is on point with either an answer from the chatbot or a Live chat with ABTasty's customer support.
Implementation and integration of other third parties are very easy.

**What do you dislike about AB Tasty?**

Sometimes the Editor can be slow and depending of the technical structure, a bit painful.

**What problems is AB Tasty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Decision making on website evolution, understand who are our clients, how they behave, features to be tested before being push in production
As the tool is pretty easy to use, campaign creation are not a real challenge.

 ### 46. AB Tasty, the best tool!

**What do you like best about AB Tasty?**

What I like most about AB Tasty is the simplicity of the tool, the ease of understanding and handling. And real help in case of problems, impeccable support in case of questions or even just to be informed about news/changes on the platform! I use it every week, whether to create or check reports.

**What do you dislike about AB Tasty?**

I still haven't found any blocking points with AB Tasty, or any particular issues.

**What problems is AB Tasty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For example, the choice of the form to display on the site, in order to have more people fill it out. The A/B test implemented greatly helped us determine which form we should use.

 ### 47. Responsive support and a constantly evolving platform, a real asset!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patrick J. | UX designer / CRO specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2025

**What do you like best about AB Tasty?**

Always attentive and very responsive to every point and every request for help. We receive relevant insights that align with our objectives. AB Tasty is a platform in constant improvement, which is already great for a platform that offers so much.

**What do you dislike about AB Tasty?**

Nothing negative to say, when there is a problem, we can contact them.

**What problems is AB Tasty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AB Tasty allows us to launch A/B test campaigns, personalizations, and patches to better meet the expectations of our users. The platform thus provides access to tools that offer the choice of experimentation and changes targeting population segments.

 ### 48. Great tool with dedicated after care

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Luxury Goods & Jewelry | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 06, 2025

**What do you like best about AB Tasty?**

What I like about AB Tasty is how easy it makes it to turn ideas into action. You can test or personalise almost anything on the site without relying heavily on development time. Its intuitive visual editor, custom code options, and flexible targeting capabilities mean that tests can be built and launched efficiently. This allows myself and the team to launch experiments easily, validate ideas in real time, and continuously optimise the customer experience. Also, the team are constantly checking in and offering support where required.

**What do you dislike about AB Tasty?**

Sometimes the visual editor doesn’t show an exact match of how things will look on the live site. This can make testing or adjusting designs a bit tricky, as you often need to go through the QA process multiple times, even to validate minor changes.

**What problems is AB Tasty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AB Tasty addresses the common problem of uncertainty around which changes will drive impact. By enabling us to rapidly turn ideas into testable variations, it provides measurable results that inform decision-making. This means we can prioritise development efforts based on proven performance rather than assumptions, improving both customer experience and operational efficiency.

 ### 49. Powerful Segmentation & Continuous Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Babak H. | CRO Lead, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 17, 2025

**What do you like best about AB Tasty?**

It's straightforward to launch various campaigns with the specific segmentation we need. There's also a feedback panel where you can share your ideas, and the team takes the most popular suggestions and adds them to their development sprint. This ongoing improvement makes the tool even better.

**What do you dislike about AB Tasty?**

Data integration for large organizations with dozens of accounts could be improved. Integrating each account individually can be somewhat challenging.

**What problems is AB Tasty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are assisting the product team in evaluating existing features and developing new data-driven ones. At the same time, we support the markets in achieving their objectives and work to enhance the user experience on the website.

 ### 50. Intuitive and customizable interface, but complex advanced settings

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eddy V. | RESPONSABLE SEO ET SITES, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2025

**What do you like best about AB Tasty?**

I appreciate AB Tasty for its intuitive interface, its flexibility in experimentation, and its ability to personalize the user experience while remaining efficient and compliant with GDPR.

**What do you dislike about AB Tasty?**

AB Tasty can be complex to set up for advanced tests, sometimes slow with many campaigns, and its cost can deter small teams.

**What problems is AB Tasty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AB Tasty allows you to test, personalize, and optimize the user experience without relying on technical teams. It helps improve conversions, validate hypotheses quickly, and better understand visitor behavior, enabling data-driven decision making.
