Task for employees it's streamline and offer of peace of mind with panic button option. **What do you dislike about AavGo?** There is only one tone to use all communications.But the different tones would be nice alert as a housekeeping status,guest needs and also maintenance. There is no one who can touch emergency alert on device for staff. **What problems is AavGo solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's solving problems like in inefficient and time consuming in hotel checking & check out process. And providing a smart reception. Which is allow guest to self-serv through mobile App or Kiosks. Essentially needs for a physical receptionist. It's making guest experience faster and more contactless so you can save your time it front desk providing a more convenient check in process ### 2. And it's easy to see if I remembered to make a reservation. A lot easier than checking my email. ### 4. It's easy for our clientele to get checked in, streamlines tasks for employees and offers peace of mind with the Panic Button option. **What do you dislike about AavGo?** I don't have a lot of negative things to say about AavGo. Every now and then the program lags or freezes up and I have to restart my device, but the experience overall is great. **What problems is AavGo solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm solving the problem of difficult attending to hotel guests and managing hotel employees at the same time. Good design, easy to use 2. Makes it easy for hotel guests to make house keeping requests and communicating with front desk. 3. Extendible features are also good for guests: like booking Spas, DND, wake up calls. **What do you dislike about AavGo?** I don't see anything that I dislike so far. **What problems is AavGo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Easy to make house keeping requests when in hotel. My requests can be tracked. It works so much better than traditional phone room service. ### 7.
