**What do you like best about Aatrix?**

Fairly easy to use. Easy to install and get in the system.

**What do you dislike about Aatrix?**

Not as intuitive when printing your w-2 or 1099s.  But i think they want it that way so you have to pay them to print and mail your year-end documents.  Once I figured out how to print it was better.  Lot of juking and jiving to figure out how to print it so it would fit in the enevelopes we are required to purchase.

**What problems is Aatrix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our problem was a Vista problem.  They outsourced the printing of year-end documents to Aatrix.  Last year Vista was able to create them.  I don't know why they outsourced and required their vendors to purchase special envelopes and purchase the filing online.  It cost the company more money but must have helped Vista in some way.
