The goal of AanyaHR is to provide a platform for businesses to empower their team members with access to tools needed to hire, onboard, provide employee benefits, and manage payroll and timekeeping while keeping compliant with HR policies. Time and Attendance If you use hourly or remote workers, AanyaHR's time-tracking services will be useful. Everybody's time is tracked and can be immediately included in payroll with the employee time monitoring feature. The dashboard makes it easy to view leaves, holidays, or overtime applications. An approver can use either the web portal or the mobile app to review the requests. Payroll With AanyaHR's full-service payroll approach, you will have all the tools required to manage payroll with just a few clicks and take advantage of its automatic features. Even if you thoroughly check your team's hours worked and time off, the entire payroll process takes only a few minutes. You can easily and quickly initiate regular payroll, off-cycle payroll, SSS Maternity Pay, or Final payroll, as well as adjust or cancel a recent payroll. Each payroll option has simple buttons to guide you through the process. It provides payroll registers, reports, and bank payment files, and gives you the capacity to manage significant HR responsibilities, manage employee benefits, and ensure proper government mandatory contributions and tax filings. Self-service tools AanyaHR's employee self-service tools can give your HR team a break. Once onboarded, employees can log on to view their payslips, view their schedules, request time off, overtime, leaves, Certificates of Employment, or PHIC Contribution report, and alter any outdated personal information. Employee finance tools One of our client's favorite AanyaHR feature is the availability of customized finance reports. The generation speed of reports such as Journal Entries, 1601c, Alphalist, Annualization Review files, etc, is 2 seconds or less. Affordable AanyaHR provides reasonably priced options for small to medium-sized enterprises or even large ones, despite not competing on pricing.
