A2X accurately creates a journal entry which is easy to trace back to the Amazon seller account. And, just as easy to push the information into Quick Books Online. A2X also automatically posts the sales information to the appropriate month when settlement periods flow into another month. **What do you dislike about A2X?** It would nice if the SKU description column in the Costs area could be resized to see the entire SKU. **Recommendations to others considering A2X:** If you are small Amazon e-commerce business and handle your own accounting, A2X is great as an interface from Amazon.com and Quick Books. **What problems is A2X solving and how is that benefiting you?** A2X helps with time management. I spend no more than 5 minutes to check the settlement and push the entry to Quick Books saving time of entering the entry myself. ### 4. Prior to utilizing A2X I spent hours deciphering our amazon payouts and categorizing it into buckets that matched our QB accounting. This takes all of the effort out of that step and gives that time back to me. I like the reliability of the data and the ease of set up. Now I have a few steps of downloading then uploading the file to QB, renaming the journal entry, and adding the class to each line item. That may sound like a lot, but A2X takes the place of the tedious analysis in excel that I did prior to using this integration. That excel analysis was also subject to human error in so many ways, that I trust the data from A2X far more than I trust the manual process that preceded this tool. The only suggestions I have for A2X are to add QB classification to the uploaded data and to provide some verification reports for the SKU grouping. **What do you dislike about A2X?** The QB integration could use some additional features, like incorporating classes. I would also like to see a SKU report that helps me validate whether I have a SKU in 2 groups (or missing from grouping all together). **Recommendations to others considering A2X:** I tell anyone who isn't on A2X to look into the product and use the trial period. Any issues I have had have been resolved. I wish one could just call and talk to customer support but no problems, my e-mails always receive prompt replies. **What problems is A2X solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use A2X for Amazon FBA, tracking sales and inventory by SKU. A2X is the only app that I found which tracks inventory by SKU and it does it so well that I don't have to bother my head about it anymore. ### 9. Reconciliation still tricky because of the nature of Amazon reserve accounts and crossing over month-ends, but that is not A2X's issue, but Xero and Amazon's. ### 10. However, keeping track of the different Amazon Seller charges and fees is very complicated. I tried several solutions before and nothing works better than A2X in helping to convert the transaction batch extracted from my seller account to formal accounting software. You only have to set up A2X once by mapping the accounts and it will automatically import your data into your accounting software in my case XERO. Then every period, it will send all the seller account data effortlessly to your accounting software which will be saving you hours of journal entry. **What do you dislike about A2X?** The initial setup can be difficult for a beginner. You might take time to understand how to do the proper mapping. Fortunately, they have excellent customer support which will address any concerns you might have in. **Recommendations to others considering A2X:** If you take your Amazon Business seriously, you will have to use A2x. **What problems is A2X solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm an Amazon FBA seller, and it's no different than any other business. Proper accounting is important for financial decisions and also for tax purposes. With A2X, I've saved countless hours of doing manual journal entries in my accounting software. ### 11.
