It's been a great tool for us. **What do you dislike about A2X?** It's a tad pricey for the advanced plans of unlimited marketplaces and higher order counts. But it's worth it overall if you want this to be your bridge for making accounting reconciliations from Amazon super easy. **What problems is A2X solving and how is that benefiting you?** We need to get all of Amazon's little transactions into our accounting software (Quickbooks). For a novice, it's a bit of a tricky website to get around. - Customer service was extremely helpful but it did take them over a week to resolve a small issue, so it could be a little faster **What problems is A2X solving and how is that benefiting you?** - Solving the issue of reconciling all my payouts in an efficient manner, so it's highly helpful that A2X is able to integrate with all my existing softwares and pull the required data. ### 3. Allows the granularity to carve out difference revenue streams, tax treatment etc. I've used the shopify software, and although OK for smaller clients with minimal SKU's, a2x allows more granularity for reporting. **What do you dislike about A2X?** Integration can take a bit of time if you have multiple revenue streams, if i'm being super critical the onboarding process doesn't clearly mention the grouping of product lines which aids the setup. If I knew how to do this in the first instance it would've saved me half the time. **What problems is A2X solving and how is that benefiting you?** Shopify integration isn't granular enough to allow the split out of various revenue streams, discounts etc. it just buckets all sales together. They accurately tally and export Journal Entries to our QBO file every two weeks from our Amazon and Walmart accounts. Truly incredible software that makes my job 10x easier accounting for the details of each report we get from these sellers. Also love the year end support we get regarding tying our numbers to the 1099s so we are all set for taxes. **What do you dislike about A2X?** The new UI isn't better, please change it back. **Recommendations to others considering A2X:** DO IT! It will save you so much time, keep your numbers accurate and give you peace of mind that your accounting is pretty much effortless.A2X has really made a significant impact on our accounting and is worth it. The best app, in my opinion, doesn't take much of your time or thought. A2X is essential for anyone wanting to ensure all costs are accounted for during tax time. Highly recommend. **What do you dislike about A2X?** The only downside I have come across so far is learning about automating and setting up A2X. There is a slight learning curve, but once you understand how to automate the process, it seems to be very worth the price. **What problems is A2X solving and how is that benefiting you?** Categorizing all transactions is the main problem that A2X seems to solve completely. It would take a lot of time having to organize all the expenses manually without A2X automation. ### 39.
