I really like how A2X is very easy to use and very user-friendly. The initial setup was very easy, especially once you know where you have to go for mapping your chart of accounts to A2X. The mappings need to be able to go into more detailed accounts because we have some accounts that go to multiple different accounts, so we have to manually update those. I dislike the manual piece of pulling the reports into QuickBooks but overall, the thought of having to go back and try to obtain this data manually is just inconceivable. President Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) 3/12/2020 "A2X is absolutely essential for Shopify sellers" 5/5 What do you like best about A2X? As a bookkeeper, I rely on my data being accurate. And I also need to work efficiently. This software checks both those boxes. It makes matching orders and payouts a breeze. Shopify is very complicated to match and reconcile, and very time consuming. This software saves countless hours and removes the risk of human error in data entry. And their customer support is bar none. It’s incredible. Natalie and Iona are rockstars. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about A2X? My only dislike is that it can’t fetch all the PayPal data for orders processed via PayPal on the Shopify platform. This isn't a dislike exactly, but I wish there were a way to make daily (totals) entries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering A2X: Be sure to enter your COGS right away. And, if you want your COGS tracked by SKU, head to account \> invoices \> and tick "track by SKU". If you do that, also be sure that the SKUs in Amazon match the SKUs in your accounting software EXACTLY. Worse case, they don't match and you have to make manual/general journal COGS entries instead. I love that once you set everything up that I can rely on the data being tracked accurately automatically. I love the user interface. It is really easy to see what has been sent to the accounting software and what has not. This app is worth the investment in the time it saves me every month. I used A2X a couple years ago and the support was phenomenal. I recently set up another account and it was much harder to get answers quickly. I like seeing the different sales and fees from Amazon and other e-commerce platforms, as their sites are sometimes hard to read. The mapping of codes can be tricky to use sometimes, and it can be hard to identify the different settlements at times. I want a flag to show when regulations are not mapping correctly.
