Their customer support has been both helpful and responsive. Double thumbs up! **What do you dislike about A2X?** Their trial was based on a limited number of transactions rather than a "time period" trial, so I had to purchase before being completely sure it would work well. Regardless, it has worked well, so I'm happy! **Recommendations to others considering A2X:** Better support than expected. **What problems is A2X solving and how is that benefiting you?** Allows us to "Match" banking transactions in Quickbooks Online with payments made by eBay payments into our account. ### 2. Setting a couple rules in a2x + xero means that all my orders (1-time & subscription) and refunds for Shopify stores are automatically tracked and logged for my biz's book keeping appropriately. **What do you dislike about A2X?** It's frustrating that this isn't part of Xero's off the shelf tooling. A2X works fine though and their customer service is excellent. They fixed everything with my config and billing whenever there were issues. **Recommendations to others considering A2X:** Automate early so you don't have to pickup the pieces later. Worth it. **What problems is A2X solving and how is that benefiting you?** I need to make sure that my ecom sales are integrated and automated for my biz's bookkeeping. ### 4. For a novice, it's a bit of a tricky website to get around. - Customer service was extremely helpful but it did take them over a week to resolve a small issue, so it could be a little faster **What problems is A2X solving and how is that benefiting you?** - Solving the issue of reconciling all my payouts in an efficient manner, so it's highly helpful that A2X is able to integrate with all my existing softwares and pull the required data. ### 5.
