a2scale embeds trained specialists into a real estate business's existing workflow and tools, rather than matching you to someone from a generic staffing pool. Our virtual assistants and transaction coordinators handle the administrative and coordination work behind a deal: inbox management, listing support, client communication, follow-ups, and tracking every clock a transaction runs on, from condition periods to deposit deadlines to status certificates. Agents and teams stay focused on clients and closings instead of paperwork. Specialists are Philippines-based, hired and vetted directly by a2scale, and typically operational within days of onboarding. Month-to-month, no long-term contracts.
