The ease with which I can manage and file dental and vision claims has been invaluable over the past three years. This streamlined functionality makes a real difference in my workflow, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, and with minimal stress. **What do you dislike about A1 Tracker?** I think that updating settings in A1 Tracker could be better, as it can be quite confusing using the right-hand bar. Additionally, the names of the tabs are not always intuitive, which adds to the confusion. **What problems is A1 Tracker solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use A1 Tracker to manage dental and vision claims. Customized what I needed while the A1 team was smart and proactive to transfer from my old process and adapt to new platform. They were able to turn on other features that help make other areas of the business more efficient. They have converted a lot of manual touchpoints into automated ones so there is a lot less human error. **What do you dislike about A1 Tracker?** its one of the most useful softwares out there but maybe they need to start approaching things from a UX/UI standpoint. Make it look as pretty as it is to use and you will dynamite on your hands. **What problems is A1 Tracker solving and how is that benefiting you?** we move from old school paper/pen/iron maiden.
