Lead with clarity Execution, leadership, and team clarity without burnout. What we do We help organizations and professionals become better at what they do. To meet deadlines, to perform better, to improve quality and work-life balance, to turn responsibility into results through the emphasis of improving the employee’s well-being and happiness. We work on execution, decision-making, ownership, protocols, communication, camaraderie, attitudes, and team performance in real operating conditions. The problems we solve Firefighting cultures, overloaded leaders, unclear ownership, constant reprioritization, overwhelmed employees, late deliveries, bad quality, high employee turnover, blaming culture, overtime culture, and teams that work hard but struggle to deliver consistently. How we work We start with a diagnosis, not assumptions. We observe how work happens and identify friction points. We sit down with all the stakeholders, analyze contracts, SOP, workflow instructions, etc. We ask all the uncomfortable questions. We strategize, discuss internally, propose different solutions and action plans for different layers of the process; intervene at individual, team, and system levels. Our approach is iterative and improves every level of the operations we work with. That is, financial, operations, leadership, production, QA, Customer Success and sales. Our Method We become new employees, we observe with the intent of improving things. We ask and produce just as a new employee would do. We work across multiple layers: execution clarity, communication loops, decision ownership, role definition, and emotional and cognitive load. We sit with every employee and provide a safe space for them to open up and let us know their side of their story, while advising and aligning them to changes we want to bring, sort of an ice breaker for what comes next. We then propose and introduce meaningful changes, sort of band-aid removal. It needs to happen fast where it must and slow where it is supposed to be slow. Rushing into change can bring more friction than before. We bring hope to the employees, make them more willing to embrace change, make them more proactive and willing to discuss what’s best with us. We follow through and allow the employees to make mistakes, to learn from them and let them see that there is no harm in learning from them. We bring happiness and stability. In the end, a happy employee is what the client sees and when the employees are happy, they care about the company. The value we create Faster decisions, fewer escalations, clearer ownership, healthier teams, proactive employees who can prevent issues from happening, foreseeing potential risks and mitigating them, thus reducing labor and costs. Employees who seek constant improvement, who can upsell the product/services. Employees will gain a feeling of ownership of the account/company. Increase in revenue, decrease in human error, less firefighting, more planning, and more teamwork. What changes in practice Proactiveness increases, meetings turn into planning, then into decisions. What is pending is recognized clearly, and people start taking responsibility. Micromanagement and hand-holding culture stop. The team understands what “done” means. Programs and processes become more predictable. Less prone to human error. Sales teams are aligned with production to provide more realistic timelines for each party. Production improves communication with all parties involved. Presentations are clearer, meetings are shorter, sharper and organized. Conversations are more professional and don’t decay into arguments. What makes us different Here is the most important thing about us. We operate inside real constraints. We don’t sell buzzwords or certifications. We fix behaviors, we fix workflows, we fix attitudes through compassion and humanistic conversations. Not by theoretical generic slides. We care about both results and people; we care about the company’s or team needs. If we are not the right fit, we will let you know. How we started We all have our share of bad work experiences. In my case, when I decided to start with this training program, I asked myself. Why is it that most people are so bad at treating other human beings? Why is there no respect and understanding that people have baggage, that is family, friends, pets, hobbies and they don’t fit anywhere in the minds of managers who constantly push for more and more hours, draining your energy and demotivating? When you don’t have a work-life balance, you can’t perform at your fullest in any environment. I decided to put an end to all this and change the culture, several companies at the time. My goal is to bring order, work-life balance and accountability while even making the revenue grow. A happy employee is your window to the outside world. I took this project very personal because I understand the challenges other people live day-in and day-out. With every day being the same old story, “my boss this”, “my boss that”. It sickens me this idea of unbendable rules as if they were written in stone or laws. It sickens me that working your whole life and not having time for your loved ones is the new normal. What we are not We are not motivational speakers, generic trainers, or theory-driven consultants. If it doesn’t translate into execution, we don’t do it. If it doesn't fit your company, or is something you don’t need, we don’t force it or offer the service. Our goal is to open your eyes wide and give you what you need, regardless of what you want. “Sometimes the needs and wishes overlap”.
