**Describe the project or task A-List Solutions helped with:**

A-list has a pool of really great candidates who are mostly looking to join startups. This is a great way to hire for a smaller fast-growing company! They've changed the cost structure a few months ago, but there's still value to the people you find on here. 

**What do you like best about A-List Solutions?**

Ease of looking at each candidate profile with links directly to their LinkedIn and other websites to showcase who the candidates are.

**What do you dislike about A-List Solutions?**

It's not integrated with my ATS system so when candidates respond it doesn't get pulled into my ATS and I have to manually do it...

**Recommendations to others considering A-List Solutions:**

Have a representative provide more service of sourcing candidates for particular roles.
