It is a simple tool to use and provides you with the ability to look at the evidence collected last period. If you are doing multiple certifications (ISO 27001, SOC2....), it will allow you to collect for all simultaneously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Having the list of evidence required by the auditors helped very much, as there were several teams involved, and many people needed to gather all they asked for. But with the tool, it was easier to assign each task to the right people, and also with the additional insights of each evidence, they could understand what the auditor was asking for.

Also, internally, it makes it easier for the CISO to know what is the status of each task, so he can see the progression.

Aligning that with a time frame also helps to visualize if we're on track, or getting delayed on anything.
