I use A-Leads primarily for data mining and lead generation. I find its speed to stand out, as it's quite fast, and the platform is easy to navigate. This efficiency is essential when working with tight timelines and large volumes of data. I appreciate its fast performance and easy-to-use interface, which make lead generation quick and efficient. The speed and simple interface allow me to extract leads in one go without repeated searches, saving time and making my workflow more efficient. Additionally, the demo by the A-Leads team was good; they explained every step to find and fetch data.

**What do you dislike about A-Leads?**

The speed is good but you have to increase your database. A more comprehensive, updated database with better coverage & verified contact details would improve it. Also, adding country code-specific phone numbers would help in targeted outreach.

**What problems is A-Leads solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use A-Leads to quickly generate leads and speed up data mining, saving time and manual effort. Its fast performance and simple interface allow for efficient lead extraction, improving my workflow.

**What do you like best about A-Leads?**

I would strongly recommend not using A leads, as they seem very dodgy. Unfortunately, I didn’t check the Trustpilot reviews beforehand and ended up learning the hard way. The leads weren’t useful to me, but the worst part was the awful customer service.

**What do you dislike about A-Leads?**

Their support is the worst I’ve ever dealt with, and the people I spoke to were the least helpful. First, they unethically refused to reverse a payment that was deducted because my account wasn’t cancelled on their end. I did everything correctly and contacted them as soon as possible, with proof. Then they told me I would only get my money back if I took down my review.

**What problems is A-Leads solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used it to search for leads, but it didn’t work in my case. It didn’t find what I was looking for, at least not the way it’s marketed.

very easy to use. it uses a similar interface as many other competitors, so it's very accommodating regardless of whether youve used a service like this before. No need to use sa scraper for your data or anything, app makes it easy to export your datasets. the customer support team is amazing, I had a problem which they fixed appropriately and made sure I had no problems and gave me credits as an apology afterwards. the ai chat bot is amazingly helpful also and has solved a few of my problems without even needing to speak to support. I like the model of credits and its versatility in how you wish to use them. very much recommend.

the time taken to respond is good however can be better. I was told the team takes a few minutes however they take hours which I understand.

Lead sourcing, so i dont have to manually scrape or think about where to source leads for my industry, it all handles that in a fast and easy way, which makes up the backbone of my business.

I signed up for the trial to evaluate the product. It did not meet my expectations.

**What do you dislike about A-Leads?**

It is impossible to cancel the subscription or remove payment details from within the platform. After my trial ended, I was charged $88/month despite having cancelled. Support has been completely unresponsive for weeks. This appears to be a deliberate dark pattern designed to trap users into recurring charges.

**What problems is A-Leads solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None. The product did not solve any problems for me. The only lasting impact of using A-Leads has been an unauthorized recurring charge that I am now forced to dispute through my bank.

**What do you like best about A-Leads?**

A-Lead runs ads with misleading information. First, they promised “50 free leads, no conditions.” After verifying my email, they changed the offer to “2 months free.” But when I tried to proceed, it turned into only a 3-day trial. That’s a bait-and-switch tactic — not honest marketing.

They try to make it look like a great deal, but it’s all designed to lure you in and get your information. If a company can’t be transparent from the start, how can you trust their leads or services? I’d strongly advise others to stay cautious — this looks like a scam dressed up as a lead-generation platform.

**What do you dislike about A-Leads?**

I dislike their dishonest and misleading advertising. They promised 50 free leads with no conditions, then changed the offer to 2 months free, and finally reduced it to only a 3-day trial once I signed up. It feels deceptive and untrustworthy. They waste your time and collect your information under false pretenses.

A-Leads didn’t solve any problems for me. Their platform claimed to provide qualified leads and help grow my business, but I never got the chance to test it properly because their free offer was misleading. Instead of delivering value, they created confusion and wasted my time with changing trial terms.

I’m not sure what to think of it yet, since I haven’t really used it. I started a trial and thought I had canceled it, but it seems like the cancellation flow is misleading, with some nasty UI/UX tricks that make it easy to think you’re done when you’re not.

They basically offer a good service for a good price and offer a lot for that price, but what I like best about A-leads is th customer support. 

I had a technical issue with my subscription, and based off of my experience with customer support at other companies in the past I was excepting my issue to become an energy and time consuming process but to my surprise their team solved the issue very quickly and with no friction. As someone who has lost a lot of time to issues like this and slows customer support in the past I really appreciate this about A-leads.

I've only recently subscribed and haven't used the service very much yet but so far theres nothing I could really say I dislike.

My company does appointment setting for b2b agencies and service companies, this is one of the best tools I've got for my lead lists and with their lead verifaction process it saves me a lot of time compared to some of the alternatives out there.

There are a lot of good leads and they have good quality. I have only had an issue with the leads once and the issue was high bounce rate.

The support is terrible. The argue with me, they don't listen to what I say. They tell me that I am wrong most of the times. The first time I tried to cancel my subscription, it said that it was cancelled but I still got invoiced the next month and when I told the support, they said that I never cancelled it so I couldn't get a refund. I know another guy that had the same issue but he noticed that the cancelation did not go trhough 4 months after he submitted the cancelation.

**What do you like best about A-Leads?**

I use A-Leads to find relevant leads for my lead generation business. It helps me filter out all the noise and hyper-target my ideal customer profile and create relevant lead lists for myself and my clients. A-Leads is efficient and very straightforward to use. I enjoy the convenience of being able to create super filtered lead lists. The initial setup was very simple and straightforward. I also combine it with my CRM.

**What do you dislike about A-Leads?**

Honestly, not much to dislike. A more tailored dashboard for e-commerce industries could make it even smoother to navigate, but the current platform already does the job well.

**What problems is A-Leads solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were struggling with both hiring and reaching new customers. A-leads.co solved both issues by streamlining recruitment and giving us access to new marketing opportunities. It’s saving us time while directly contributing to our business expansion.
