What do you like best about A-Leads?

I would strongly recommend not using A leads, as they seem very dodgy. Unfortunately, I didn’t check the Trustpilot reviews beforehand and ended up learning the hard way. The leads weren’t useful to me, but the worst part was the awful customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about A-Leads?

Their support is the worst I’ve ever dealt with, and the people I spoke to were the least helpful. First, they unethically refused to reverse a payment that was deducted because my account wasn’t cancelled on their end. I did everything correctly and contacted them as soon as possible, with proof. What do you like best about A-Leads?

very easy to use. it uses a similar interface as many other competitors, so it's very accommodating regardless of whether youve used a service like this before. No need to use sa scraper for your data or anything, app makes it easy to export your datasets. the customer support team is amazing, I had a problem which they fixed appropriately and made sure I had no problems and gave me credits as an apology afterwards. the ai chat bot is amazingly helpful also and has solved a few of my problems without even needing to speak to support. It is impossible to cancel the subscription or remove payment details from within the platform. After my trial ended, I was charged $88/month despite having cancelled. A-Lead runs ads with misleading information. First, they promised “50 free leads, no conditions.” After verifying my email, they changed the offer to “2 months free.” But when I tried to proceed, it turned into only a 3-day trial. That’s a bait-and-switch tactic — not honest marketing.

They try to make it look like a great deal, but it’s all designed to lure you in and get your information. If a company can’t be transparent from the start, how can you trust their leads or services?
