**What do you like best about Whaller?**

What I prefer about Whaller is its "sphere" architecture.

Unlike traditional messaging systems that quickly become chaotic, this system perfectly compartmentalizes each project or team. This eliminates digital fatigue and prevents any risk of information leakage.

**What do you dislike about Whaller?**

it's the default sound for notifications, which I find a bit too shrill or repetitive on a daily basis.

Whaller primarily solves two major problems: the chaos of information (digital noise) and the lack of control over data security.

**What do you like best about Whaller?**

Whaller is a great option for those looking for a simple-to-use communication platform that emphasizes privacy. Its intuitive design makes it easily accessible for everyone, and the customization options allow it to be tailored to one's tastes. It's really great for creating communities, whether for a club, an organization, or just a group of friends with common interests. And the fact that it integrates well with other apps and services makes it even more convenient for a variety of different needs.

Whaller's user base is smaller than that of more well-known platforms, which can make it difficult to connect with a large audience. This is especially problematic since many people are not familiar with Whaller, complicating the onboarding process for new users, such as those joining a company or organization. Additionally, the platform sometimes experiences performance issues, like slow loading times, which can be frustrating. "There are few things I dislike about Whaller. It’s more about improvements I would like to see. I manage and engage in several spheres as part of my professional activity, and I would like to have the option to write a post that simultaneously appears in multiple spheres of my choice, as it may concern several stakeholders."

Whaller's ability to integrate with other software products. This makes collaboration seamless and also boosts productivity. It is easy for me to have all documents and resources in one place.

Limited Customization. Whaller is a little rigid and not very user friendly.

Initially before discovering Whaller, my team had difficulty collaborating with other organizations, but with Whaller, we can easily and seamlessly communicate and collaborate with other organizations.

**What do you like best about Whaller?**

I find its security measures to be most impressive. Whaller provides end-to-end encryption, which ensures that all data and messages are secure and cannot be accessed by third parties. This is a crucial feature, especially for businesses and organizations that deal with sensitive information. Additionally, the ability to enable two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security, which is always a welcome feature. The platform's commitment to security and privacy is commendable and makes it stand out among other collaboration tools.

while Whaller offers an extensive range of features, the platform can be overwhelming for new users. Simplifying the onboarding process and providing more user guides and tutorials could help users navigate and understand the platform more easily.

Whaller solves several problems that businesses and organizations face :

**What do you like best about Whaller?**

Since the start of the school year, we have professionalized our digital communications by adopting the Whaller application for the teams at École Sainte Adèle and École Primaire Saint Christophe.
We have gained in security, clarity, organization and professional posture. The feedback is generally positive, even if quitting one's communication habits is not always easy. Today, we have 2900 publications (including more than 1800 comments) and 750 reactions for 64 members (out of the 2 schools) in 4 months.
Whaller is a discussion thread per sphere, a secure storage space, a calendar and many other widgets to facilitate team management, communication and project management.

**What do you dislike about Whaller?**

Whaller remains a young application, there are still many tools that are not yet fully functional but we can actively contribute to its evolution

The system is easy to handle, very user-friendly, and collaboration is straightforward. Even the most reluctant users cannot get lost using Whaller! Moreover, the team is very attentive!

When we have a suggestion for improvement, it is directly added to a participative idea box where everyone can vote and choose what the new innovation will be!

We had a problem with file storage and multiple versions of documents sent by email.

**What do you like best about Whaller?**

Whaller has a modern design that I think most users are comfortable using. It doesn't have an intimidating and bland look that many of the professional group work software like Slack and others have. Whaller has all the essential features I need to be alerted right away of major updates. The messaging feature is efficient and intuitive for everyday conversations. We can also attach more business management features like calendars and Kanban boards.

**What do you dislike about Whaller?**

Whaller has been mostly effective in all the ways we use it. However, many of the useful management features require a subscription to premium plans.

**What problems is Whaller solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest benefit of using Whaller is having a designated online place to converse and shared work details with people I work with. It's easy to track conversations and view work progress compared to standard calls, texting and emails. I feel that Whaller has help to build camaraderie among to the team. We can connect with other on many levels aside from straight business talk.

I love the ease of organizing meetings and webinars with various video conferencing solutions. I love being able to create events and display them in the team calendars; it works well for me. I love that it is available on IOS and Android.

The pricing could be better so it can be broadly used.

**What problems is Whaller solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Assigning tasks efficiently, I love being able to assign tasks and follow the progress.  Gathering feedback more efficiently.

**What do you like best about Whaller?**

Whaller already offers, in its free version, all the features expected to make effective collaborative work, without advertising or commercial compensation. It is a tool offering significant freedom of communication without risk of involuntary dissemination to an unwanted third party.

**What do you dislike about Whaller?**

The phone application does not yet offer all the flexibility of web mode on PC. In particular, it would be interesting to be able to participate or organize video conferences from a smartphone.

**What problems is Whaller solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Registering for Whaller does not require having a smartphone, or even having a phone number. This makes it possible to reach more people. Posted messages can be corrected or deleted by the person who created them.

**What do you like best about Whaller?**

I think the idea of creating a collaboration space that resembles common social media interfaces was a good idea and helps make onboarding much smoother. Once many of our Whaller users could see the layout and functionality of our Whaller account, they could quickly get assimilated into projects that we're working on and not require as much training and getting use to the system. Of course, there are several differences that put Whaller apart from other social media platforms, but those features, such as sharing files and calendars, are relatively easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Whaller?**

I would probably like to see more custom options for the layout in Whaller. I understand that Whaller is going for a social media look where people post on an activity feed and have different panels were they can add content, but I think it could be more useful if we could change layouts more drastically to suit our particular project needs.

**Recommendations to others considering Whaller:**

Whaller probably has one of the more user-friendly collaboration interfaces out there right now. I think that the social media interface can work well for new beginners to project management and collaboration platforms. However, I would definitely check out some other platforms that may be more flexible and meaningful for your particular project and business needs.

**What problems is Whaller solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Speaking for myself, I have noticed that interacting with colleagues on projects is much easier when using Whaller. Everyone is more involved. I don't have to send emails to people with attachments or have them send me emails as much. I can basically just log into the account and go through all of the latest content to see what I need. It helps me, and I think most everyone else, to keep moving forward on projects with minimal delays.

**What do you like best about Whaller?**

All of the collaboration features in Whaller make it much more useful and effective for business than an ordinary social media service. I like that we can add various components and information grids in our account panel to the suit our needs. We can add calendars and work scheduling charts that can help to keep all of our team members in tuned with what our entire team is doing. I like that we can all access our Whaller accounts anytime as long as we have in internet connection available.

**What do you dislike about Whaller?**

I haven't run into many major problems since I started using Whaller. It's a little more casual compared to other common business collaboration tools, so it's probably not the ideal communications solution when working with clients or vendors on collaborative projects.

**Recommendations to others considering Whaller:**

I would try using Whaller to at least set up work scheduling tasks so people can be more accountable about their work and have a better understanding of what other people may need regarding their work.

**What problems is Whaller solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Whaller has been great for keep me and the people I work with locked into each other's daily activities. We can get tasks completed in a more timely manner and have multiple ways of keep each other updated to avoid having to make a conference call or sending group emails. The notifications allow us to get important updates without having to constantly log into our accounts.

**What do you like best about Whaller?**

The social media design of the Whaller interface is one of the best things I like. People that are new to using Whaller often find it easier and more pleasant to use since it has a familiar and casual type of look. The way Whaller works is also very smooth and intuitive. I can go through many different windows without having to click through layers of menus and submenu items. The calendar is particularly useful for getting a complete glance at the upcoming schedule of work activities for everyone.

**What do you dislike about Whaller?**

I think that it can occasionally be cumbersome to keep up with updates and have to search through various sections for the latest information from everyone. The notifications can sometimes get distracting when I'm try to work and focus on getting things done and also worrying about updating my Whaller account.

**Recommendations to others considering Whaller:**

I suggest using Whaller to give everyone you work with a general understanding of what's going on. Even if you don't need precise collaborations, it's usually good to have a center location for resource and information sharing.

By using Whaller, every one that I work with that is connected in our Whaller group can have access to all of the vital information about work activities. We can also get notifications so that we can stay on top of new updates without have to always log in. I have noticed increased productivity as a whole and for myself personally. I feel that I don't stress out as much about gathering and managing all of our project information and schedules.

**What do you like best about Whaller?**

It has a good privacy and is an alternative to the most common social networks. It offers a good opportunity to integrate user communities worldwide. Privacy is guaranteed and is highly intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Whaller?**

I really love Whaller, I just miss a mobile version but I suppose it's something that should be almost ready.

**Recommendations to others considering Whaller:**

I created a profile and started using Whaller as an alternative to Facebook, considering all issues related to privacy and business related to Facebook. This application is excellent because it offers the opportunity to people from work and other places, knowing that their data and private information will not be used for advertising or other forms of business with their clients.

**What problems is Whaller solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My company started to integrate with Whaller as it is emerging as a very important social network in the very near future. We have known and interacted with more than 100 people and have served as support to promote our website on the latest medical advances.

**What do you like best about Whaller?**

I like that I can communicate with a set group of people as I would in a typical social network, but do it in a completely private setting without ads. On top of the standard posting capabilities where we can post text, images, links and video, Whaller also gives us business productivity tools like calendars and Kanban boards that help us to lay out and prioritize work activities.

**What do you dislike about Whaller?**

While I do like Whaller's social network style, I would prefer to be able to customize the layout more. For instance, it would be more efficient for me to be able to strip away some components and create a light layout that sticks closely to tools we actually use.

**Recommendations to others considering Whaller:**

I feel that Whaller strikes a nice balance between a playful and serious business style. Since many people are used to communicating through social networks, Whaller can be a welcoming and low stress way to keep your team organized in and regularly in touch.

**What problems is Whaller solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Whaller has been an effective communications hub for various company and industry teams I work with on a regular basis. It allows us to stay focused on topics related to specific projects and tasks. The overall feel of the Whaller platform is light and fun, so I think many of us are happier when communicating through it compared to other more cold platforms, so to speak. I don't have to contact individual people or send out group emails that can get lost in the shuffle under dozens of other emails we typically receive every hour or so.

**What do you like best about Whaller?**

I give the rating of 5 stars because I think that Whaller is very promising and very well designed. The design is very nice. I registered on Whaller on March 21st because I happen to get tired of Facebook and on top of that, I was looking for a competing solution to Facebook and French, which does not spoil anything. I just installed the application on my smartphone. I intend to talk about this social network around me because all my contacts are on Facebook.

**What do you dislike about Whaller?**

For the moment, I have not noticed any defects in the use of Whaller.

**What problems is Whaller solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am just a Whaller user and not the founder of this social network. I can not answer this question since I use Whaller personally and privately since 21 March 2019.

**What do you like best about Whaller?**

We liked using the product because we understood the overall importance of social media in the workplace. It's one thing to have social media. It's another thing to understand why it's important and also to be safe when using it.

**What do you dislike about Whaller?**

Whaller says that the interfaces are clear and intuitive. This is a bold statement. I think having clear and intuitive interfaces can be very positive. I will need to use the product more to develop a clear view of the interfaces. In general, there is nothing we don't like.

**Recommendations to others considering Whaller:**

I would recommend buying the product and teaching your employees why social media is so important in the workplace. Too often, employees are not taught the necessary importance of this, and this leads to failure.

**What problems is Whaller solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have solved the efficiency problem in the realm of social networks. We hired someone to manage social media and they are very good at what they do. However, social media can only work when everyone who uses the product feels that they have great organization and protection. This company makes that possible.

Honestly, nothing. I had no problem at the time of creating the forum, which now has 180 members. After 4 months of operation, I have never received negative feedback from members.

**Recommendations to others considering Whaller:**

I created a Whaller forum with 180 people today. A forum that I have been managing for 4 months now. The creation of the forum was very simple. The whole process is intuitive and does not require any particular computer knowledge. The members really appreciate the "private" nature of the forum. That's exactly what we were looking for. The Android app is an interesting bonus.

**What problems is Whaller solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The forum I administer was created to network, in the form of a collective, landscape architect agencies across France. This allows us to exchange with each other very easily and effectively on a daily basis. Including through the mobile application (Android).

**What do you like best about Whaller?**

It can be used for small and large communities and can easily grow! I will recommend Whaller to my communities such as associations and small businesses that use email to communicate. Whaller is much easier to use! Easy to find important documentation, easy to organize work and meetings both with coworkers and with my students.

**What do you dislike about Whaller?**

Need to invite people to every sphere of the organization, but I probably got lost in how to invite the company and select the different spheres in a single message.

**Recommendations to others considering Whaller:**

Recommended for creating work groups either with company staff or, as in my case, for each group of students.

**What problems is Whaller solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us create work groups with the students, in case they need help we can communicate through this medium. You could use another platform but on the big F, there are many distractions and here we can focus on school work.

**What do you like best about Whaller?**

Whaller is a long-range informal communication software that enables organizations and relationships to create their own unique social system. A corporate social system enables organizations to maintain internal communication between organization employees; stimulate the exchange of ideas among colleagues; and assist in better-organized collaboration in work projects. For educational groups, Whaller acts as an extension of the classroom and helps students manage group projects.

**What do you dislike about Whaller?**

The iOS and Android versions of this application are not as smooth and top-notch as the web version, but for now, this is not an extremely troubling issue.

**Recommendations to others considering Whaller:**

I would recommend acquiring the thing and empowering your delegates concerning why online life is so essential in the workplace. Too often, workers are not encouraged about the fundamental importance of this, and it leads to frustration.

**What problems is Whaller solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have addressed the issue of capability within the electronic social networking space. We hired someone to manage social media, and they are excellent at their job. However, online social media can only be effective when everyone using the platform feels they have a strong connection and security. This organization makes that possible.

**What do you like best about Whaller?**

I was using "Whaller" as a regular social network. What do I like from it, that everything is private and it is a good option to use it in school, University or work. Using Whaller helps me to not be scared, that my information, data, work will be published somewhere or will be used on their own way. All information is really secure and private!!! I am happy to find a such good social network. Computer version is very good! 

**What do you dislike about Whaller?**

The mobile version (ios or Android) application does not work properly. A lot of features I am not able to use on my phone. This is a really bad and unconformable thing. Because I do not have my laptop with me every time. They have to improve it!

**Recommendations to others considering Whaller:**

If you need a private and secure social network you will love it! (Just do not use a mobile version)

Whaller is the most secure, easy to use and private social network! You can create a group of your colleagues. There are a lot of features (but not on mobile version).

**What do you like best about Whaller?**

Whaller is a long range informal communication programming that empowers associations and relationship to make their own one of a kind social framework. A corporate social framework empowers associations to keep up inside correspondence between association delegates; invigorate the exchanging of musings among partners; and helps better planned exertion in work adventures. For informational get-togethers, Whaller goes about as an increase of the classroom and makes understudies manage gather adventures.

Whaller says the interfaces are clear and instinctive. This is a striking proclamation. I think having clear and natural interfaces can be extremely positive. I should utilize the item more to build up an unmistakable vision of the interfaces. When all is said in done, there is nothing that we don't care for.

One of the frustrations at my job is the misuse of email -- staff struggles to send emails to groups (rather than the entire staff), to manage reply vs. reply all appropriately, and to have team-based discussions. Whaller provides a great way to organize these groups/networks to make communication easy

I wish that there were a way to integrate this platform into another means of communication already in use among my staff. While Whaller has some great features, it's difficult to convince my coworkers to adopt another, separate space for communication and also expect them to check it as regularly as their email and Google Calendar.

I like the fact that it is a completely private tool. I use it to communicate with my project partners. It is very convenient since I can use it to assign taks for a project, share a folder full of files, and not just a unique file. If you use Dropbox or Google Drive, you cen replace the native file manager by a Dropbox or Google Drive Widget. 
I do not need to use a task manager app with my Whaller teams thanks to the native task kanban but it is not as powerfull as Trello even if it meets my needs. 
The customer support is great. It is easy to get help from their founders and engineers and they help you implement Whaller if necessary.  
Overall, Whaller is a very nice tool for teams. It can be a social network for you company, a file management tool, a project management tool and even a simplistic version of Sharepoint.

I think the mobile app is one thing that needs to be improved. It is something that is very common with apps that offer a lot of features: they can’t all fit in a mobile format. They said they are improving the mobile map so it will be ok soon.  I do not even use the app thatmuch but I had to fill that space.

It is a great tool for education and work because it makes your productivity increase. However, to make sure it is really useful, you’ll need to convince, and even force your team to use it. There will always be people that will not fancy using a tool they don’t know and you need to convince them. It is also true for every collaboration tool.

I was using Flock before Whaller. Flock is nice but I needed several oher features and adding a common Dropbox/Box, Trello/Asana, calendar integration that will satisfy everyone in my team would have been complicated.
