**What do you like best about Webfleet?**

If you don't need technical support, or customer service, they are great.

**What do you dislike about Webfleet?**

If you need customer service, you won't get it. If you have a technical issue, it won't get fixed.

**What problems is Webfleet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it for vehicle tracking, Route Planning and order scheduling

**What do you like best about Webfleet?**

Nothing of note, it just works simply but you do not get an app service unlike much cheaper providers

**What do you dislike about Webfleet?**

There are much simpler and cheaper solutions out there from Plant-I and TruTrak. 
I had been cold called by this company as we have a fleet of hire vehicles. I believed I was signing up for two devices for two years but apparently they signed me up for four which was never discussed in our phone calls. We have other telematics providers who during COVID happily offered us a pause in service as we had no work for months, many of our fellow hire companies in London went out of business. Plant-I gave us 4-5 months pause in payments but still kept the tracking live! They then reduced their costs from £8 to £4 per month per unit. TomTom Webfleet best price they could do was £11 per unit...for FOUR YEARS, its laughable. All other services have an app, TomTom do not...it costs extra.

Be careful to note the length of contract they enforce

Once you sign your contract, you'd be better off selling your soul to the devil.

**What do you like best about Webfleet?**

After being a customer since 2013 to cancel the account was nothing but a nightmare,  the first 5 year the tracking service was good after that units were going bad one by one not working we reached out to tom tom webfleet trying to resolve problem getting transferred to so many tech support.  Bottom line webfleet wanted us to spent another 6000 on up dated equipment.   We called to cancel in December here I"M in May and they are still charging my credit card.  Stay away from this Company.  I'm so very disappointed  that being a good customer all this years this is the treatment we are getting.

**What do you dislike about Webfleet?**

Customer service, on hold for Terry Alexandrovich for over 1 hour and was disconnected 3 times when she picked up.

**Recommendations to others considering Webfleet:**

VERY disappointed after being a long term customer for this kind of treatment.  Equipment not working not able to fix it and making us to stay in a self renewing contract!!!!

**What do you like best about Webfleet?**

I love how tom tom is linked to service titan and when dispatching it goes straight to the gps unit in truck and tech is able to approve job order and go to job.

**What do you dislike about Webfleet?**

sometimes the gps drops, only happened couple times so far

It works well as a timesheet, tech is able to clock in and out and add their lunch time and we can view reports on it.
