Increasing fees and "technology fees" drove us away. **What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a small non-profit, it was our solution for all HR processes including payroll, benefits, hiring, etc. Ultimately we are leaving because of the increasing fees. There are good people and TriNet team members that truly want to support organizations, but it seems like they are not able to fully support because of frequent changes, and understaffed support teams. We experienced online cases being closed before they were resolved and ran into a variety of other issues. We trusted that all was taken care of (because that's what we were paying for!) nbut found it was critical for us to follow up on everything.
