I like Tiledesk's easy-to-use bot flow system. It's like a drag and drop rather than code, which is useful for someone visual like me. It makes it super easy for us to update things and change them whenever we need to. The system also supports multilingual capabilities, which has increased our reach. It is very easy to create chatbot flows, using an internal knowledge base (easily uploaded and updated), and connections with any other SaaS tool you may be using (CRM, mailing, etc.). It is amazing that it can be connected to databases as well, and query the data client is asking for in real time, respecting all security rules you put in place. Tiledesk team is super responsive, both for small inquiries and bug fixes, as well as feature requests - quite often we talked about small needs, and in the next release found the features ready to be used!
