**What do you like best about Tiledesk?**

I like Tiledesk's easy-to-use bot flow system. It's like a drag and drop rather than code, which is useful for someone visual like me. It makes it super easy for us to update things and change them whenever we need to. The system also supports multilingual capabilities, which has increased our reach. The initial setup of Tiledesk was easy too.

**What do you dislike about Tiledesk?**

It could do with integration with more apps. I believe it has WhatsApp support but we could do with Line and other social media and VOIP apps as well as a more advanced ticketing system too.

**What problems is Tiledesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tiledesk's bot flow system simplifies using AI for first-level responses, reducing customer contact efficiently. Its multi-lingual support expanded our reach.

**What do you like best about Tiledesk?**

It is very easy to create chatbot flows, using an internal knowledge base (easily uploaded and updated), and connections with any other SaaS tool you may be using (CRM, mailing, etc.). It is amazing that it can be connected to databases as well, and query the data client is asking for in real time, respecting all security rules you put in place. Tiledesk team is super responsive, both for small inquiries and bug fixes, as well as feature requests - quite often we talked about small needs, and in the next release found the features ready to be used!

**What do you dislike about Tiledesk?**

Nothing really, all issues reported to the Tiledesk team were swiftly resolved

**What problems is Tiledesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Resolving repetitive customer inquiries that are quite costly in terms of Customer Support teams' time, in a very "human" way for the customer, that doesn't feel stuck in the usual chatbot decision tree.

**What do you like best about Tiledesk?**

As someone who has had the opportunity to use both the open-source and SaaS versions of Tiledesk, I loved the fact the both provides excellent features and can really take your operations or customer service to next level, in my case I was able to shrink the team by 50% because of the solution the provided. Plus, The founders are amazing and they are super smart which puts Tiledesk in a promising future.

Nothing major, there open-source is.a bit hustle to maintain and has a gap compared to the SaaS, which is understood as the focus is on the SaaS version

**What problems is Tiledesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Multichannel communication management - I integrated Tiledesk with Web and whatsapp and was omni channel experience

- Automation of Tasks

- Realtime Analytics and Insights

The modularity of the platform. We are able to combine the many tools from AI to web requests to build a tailored solution for our support platform. It's very intuitive.

No downside. There are frequent updates to the platform for developers and support agents which we leverage in our favour.

Tiledesk is helping us automate customer support. With the artificial intelligence features we are able to feed information about our internal policies and have the autonomous agent solve tickets without human intervention.
Further, the support platform holds all the information in an intuitive manner, should an agent have to step in for a specific issue.

With Tiledesk, we created AI agents and automated our customer support. Tiledesk bots are easily trained with our website content in minutes, and they can provide accurate and human-like answers to our customer inquiries. This is a very helpful feature which saves on costs for our customer support.

To train our bot, we need to add URLs one by one. It would be great to add a feature to add URLs in bulk or with a sitemap.

Every day, we are faced with a lot of requests from our customers. Answering all these questions is expensive for us. We needed to hire new employees to provide better customer support. Instead, we decided to implement customer service automation to resolve customer inquiries on a larger scale. With Tiledesk, we could resolve customer inquiries much faster, and our human agents are dealing just with complex issues. Tiledesk helped us save costs for our customer support and made our customers happier than before by providing instant support.

I was looking for a chat product that I could use for both my client portal and for my website. I found Tiledesk and it has been perfect for our needs. I love that I can customize the name and photo of the bot as well as the chat pop-up so that it is consistent with our branding. The visual flow builder has also been great and makes it easy to implement and create workflows that make sense for our business and needs. The customer service has also been great. Michele is very responsive and takes the time to listen to what you need and provide a solution. Definitely recommend Tiledesk if you are looking for a chat tool.

Tiledesk allows us to create different chatbots and use them everywhere, from our website to social media like WhatsApp. 

With Tiledesk, we have a single inbox for all messages coming from everywhere, which means we can manage customer communication much faster and be sure that we do not miss any customer inquiries. 

By using chatbots and a knowledge base, we could manage more than 80% of customer inquiries using chatbots, and our agents spend their time on the other 20% of inquiries which are more complex or involve dealing with a contract. 

This not only saves a lot of time for our agents but also increases our revenue considerably.

*Genrous free plan* and fully-featured platform, continuously working on new ones such as Chatbot Design Studio which has huge potential to improve existing processes. API-driven product with good integration margins (Widget SDK and others) and self-hostable.

Self-hosting may be a bit difficult to spin up and maintain due to large codebase. Missing a few really small bits that would make the design top notch and more premium-like, aligning to some competitors (but they're accepting suggesions and working them out 👍).

It is a great application for making chatbots, it has many options and above all, what I like the most is the technical service. I have had some problems and they have been there to lend you a hand.

**What do you dislike about Tiledesk?**

The basic package does not include Dialogflow. But they say they are working so that their internal logic does the same as Dialogflow.
