I don't have any dislikes; however, I do have an area of opportunity. It would be great if the agents could have a button that would allow them to start a head-to-head competition with their co-workers. I feel this would build excitement for the tool even further, allow it to be more interactive for the agents, and allow them to help hype the program with their peers by having the ability to start a head-to-head of their own. We found it wasn't as effective for us as our high earners keep themselves accountable and are not too interested in what others are doing. It became a bit of a distraction for some of our team. It is difficult to appeal to a large team when everyone operates so independently and so differently. I found integration a little bit difficult to navigate.

They’ve been incredibly proactive in resolving the duplicate score issue and introducing a new display time control for multimetrics, which gives us much better flexibility in managing how metrics are highlighted on our channels.

The communication throughout the process has been clear, friendly, and efficient. It’s great to see how closely the team listens to feedback and quickly delivers improvements that make a real difference in day-to-day use.
