**What do you like best about Solutionreach?**

I love the texting (text to pay, reviews, paperwork, etc)! It is so easy for my staff and patients!

**What do you dislike about Solutionreach?**

I really dislike that the portal has been disabled. It's frustrating. I also don't love that we cannot customize the auto texts for specific appointment types. For example, it sends paperwork requests to our contact lens recheck patients.

**What problems is Solutionreach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving patient retention as it is sending out automatic texts when patients are due for their exam. It is also very helpful with online scheduling, it saves the clinic a lot of time to not be on the phone making appointments!

Newsletters and office updates are quick and easy to send  and reach all our customers fast.

**What do you dislike about Solutionreach?**

I use to love Conversations but since the latest update I find it annoying to have to have it open in the browser rather than automatic. I keep closing it by mistake.

**Recommendations to others considering Solutionreach:**

Try it, you will like it. You get to pick and choose how you adapt it to your practice and if you don't like something you can change it.Solution Reach also offers plenty of insight on it's website for making your practice run smoother and different webinars you can attend to stay current with the all the issues facing not only your practice but everyone practice so you don't feel so alone in the fight.

Connecting with our patients in every age group the way they want to be connected. Giving people options they they get choose help make them involved in their investment of saving their teeth. Solution Reach can offer a number of ways to communicate with your patients.

SR does at times miss certain patients and they wont receive reminders but very rarely.

**What do you like best about Solutionreach?**

They used to be better - they used to have good support, they used to have a reliable platform, they used to be a more personable company.

**What do you dislike about Solutionreach?**

They won' t let you leave unless you notify them 30 days before your term is up - they promise you a lot in the sales pitch including not enforcing that limit. They also promised us not to raise the amount we were charged, but they did anyway.

**What problems is Solutionreach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They aren't really solving problems. They do make problems. And if you try to contact support you get an an outsourced call center. Their forms save into Eaglesoft smart docs, but do not WRITE back as promised. They do have a decent desktop notification program so that is good.

**What do you like best about Solutionreach?**

Try to reach out and help as much as possible.  Left a phone message for April, our tech, and she reached out, while another tech was trying to help.  The next day, we found our auto reminder was still not activated, so we reach out and they were able to resolve the issue in a short time.

**What do you dislike about Solutionreach?**

The first tech we reached out to did not have the whole picture of the Conversation piece of the program.  He ended up stopping the auto reminder, and thought he had put it back on.  Then April called to explain what SR is doing with the current method, and we spent more time with another tech to re-turn on the auto reminder.

More efficient and simplify how we use the systems that are available

**What do you like best about Solutionreach?**

The platform is very easy to use. The site is intuitive and it is not difficult to navigate. The platform actually has several more features that we don't use at the moment.

Support is readily available and our account manager is very responsive.

**What do you dislike about Solutionreach?**

We have several office locations. SolutionReach treats them as distinct sites, This makes things such as message changes and patients and user login audits difficult, because they have to be done at each site.

The platform comes with several pre-configured reports. I do wish that there was some way to create custom reports.

**What problems is Solutionreach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SolutionReach allows us to send text reminder messages to our patients. We also use the platform to send messages on the fly for such things as office closures or flu shot reminders. The Conversations option was a great assist to us when we implemented Telehealth visits because we can text the telehealth connection link to patients who don't have access to our patient portal.

Solutionreach allows streamlined communications between patients and medical offices.  The customer support is by far the best feature!  Having a helping hand on the other side makes everything so much easier.

**What do you dislike about Solutionreach?**

Navigating the software can be daunting at first, but with everything, practice makes perfect.  Customer support does a great job of making this easier!

Solutionreach is the bridge that connects office management and the patient base.  It provides our office with timely recalls for annual exams, appointment confirmations, tracks potential revenue, and provides a platform to communicate with all patients collectively with important news.  This has helped our practice grow tremendously in just one year.

I like solutionreach because, it is a tool that helps doctors and other healthcare providers stay in touch with their patients . Especially it  allows patients to give feedback on their experience with the doctor and the practice, which can help improve the service they receive. It is a easy to use and understand, it more convenient for both patients and healthcare providers.

I don't like features that aren't easy to use, it can make it difficult for me to keep in touch with my doctor and manage my appointments.

Solutionreach is a cloud-based platform, which means it can be accessed from anywhere with an internet connection, and this eliminates the need for software installation and maintenance. We like Solutionreach because it allows healthcare providers to effectively schedule appointments, communicate with patients, collect feedback and conduct analytics, which can lead to improved patient management and possibly to an improvement in the overall patient experience.

I don't like SolutionReach because sometimes it stops syncing, and as a result, patients get incorrect texts, some features are outdated and lack customization capabilities, and the Help Center is not modern and confusing.

Ease of use.  SolutionReach is very user-friendly among all our staff.  Sending group texts, emails and newsletters is very quick and efficient.

The only aspect of SolutionReach that isn't favorable is when it stops syncing and patients get incorrect texts due to not having an up-to-date schedule.

The automated reminder system we've tweaked to our specifications benefits us the most.

**What do you like best about Solutionreach?**

The most helpful thing about Solutionreach is how easy and convenient it is. There are so many automatic features that help reduce my workload and make completing my daily tasks easier and faster. I absolutely love the support team, they will help you with any questions you may have!

**What do you dislike about Solutionreach?**

I think the only negative comment I have about Solutionreach would be in regards to Group messaging. When I send out a group message via email and text, it only gives me a few characters to complete a text. It's extremely hard to offer differnt appointments and be personable with the short amount of characters we can use. The email has unlimited characters but the majority of our patients text more than they use email.

**What problems is Solutionreach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My biggest problem was the constant change in our office's schedule. Solutionreach synchs data more frequently throughout the day, so when a patient cancels their same-day appointment, Solutionreach notices that and will not send the patient a reminder for their appointment. I was having difficulty with the other messaging system because they only synced our info once a day, leaving our patients to continue to get reminders for an appointment they no longer had. Since we have switched to Solutionreach I have not encountered that problem and my patients are happier.

I like that if I call with a technical issue, your technical team knows how to give me a solution to my problem in a clear, concise manner so I can quickly get back to work.

The only downside to solution reach is that it does not allow our patients to give reviews and have them post to other social media platforms to streamline our  review process.

If I have to send a mass mailing to a select group of individuals with a specific insurance carrier, Solution Reach makes it available and straightforward for me.

It saves the office so much time . Dont have to be on the phone confirming appointments and also reminding them that they are do. I love the newsletters saves the office time from writing them up Solution reach has them ready for you .

I can't say anything wrong I have always had a good experience. My office has been with them for over 16 years.

Staff is on the phones to make and confirm appointments and reminders, and they also go into our schedule and document the work, so we don't have to look at emails and manuel confirm them, which saves us a lot of time.

**What do you like best about Solutionreach?**

We love how so many of our patient communication features are all in one place. Our patients love the two-way-texting feature and the ability to get in touch with someone at the office quickly and efficiently to ask questions and change appointments. We regularly use the patient reminders, conversations, newsletters, smart reviews and group messaging features, combining multiple softwares (that we used to use) into one easy-to-use platform! Being able to use our office phone number for two-way-texting makes a HUGE difference, creating a sense of trust and brand for our patients. We couldn't be happier with the amount of function SolutionReach offers.

**What do you dislike about Solutionreach?**

Some of the features are antiquated, such as Newsletters. SolutionReach has done so much in the past few years to update different functions of the platform, but I'd love to see an in-depth update to the Newsletters feature.

Utilize the patient communication features fully! Two-way-texting, reminders and re-call have helped us grow and ensure patients make it to their scheduled appointments.

First and foremost, patient communication! Two-way-texting has allowed patients to get in touch with us SO easily now, no matter if they are traveling, in an office meeting, or watching their kids and can't get to the phone.

We love that after set up SolutionReach runs on it's own to remind patients of their upcoming appointments

It's hard to find your way around the help site.  It's also not multiple appointment friendly.

We are solving the no show problem with SolutionReach. SolutionReach also helps the front office reach patients through text message.

An amazing time saver! So easy to use and many options detailed to the practice. The text feature is extremely helpful. I love that it offers language edits for patients who need Spanish.

I would like a little more customization for the special needs of our office. We require special needs for our appointment types. It is possible but requires changes through my patient management provider.

We used to have to call each patient and spend so much time on calls or waiting to leave messages. Solution reach has saved loads of time and we are able to focus on other duties.

The ability to text patients.  The texting ability is very convenient and the patients seem to like the feature as well.

What I dislike most is that our software and Solution Reach do not sync frequently enough.  Patients receive reminders after they cancel or reschedule an appointment.

SR is an easy way to communicate with your patients and remind them of their upcoming appointments.

Solutionreach is a great addition to office. It's like having an extra employee who handles communication with our patients. Very user friendly and great support when needed. Would and have recommended.

Nothing! This product texts our patients for almost anything!

**What problems is Solutionreach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What I like best about solutionreach is the ability to pull it up on my phone. Living in Niagara Falls, NY we get a lot of snow therefore we have days we need to close. Now I can pull the day up on my phone and notify everyone on the schedule for that day we are closed.

We integrated SolutionReach at the beginning of the year. It has helped tremedously with our recalls, appointment reminders, eyewear/contact lens notifications, and two way texting platform. There were a few glitches in the first week or two, but stay in touch with your Rep and they will take care of you.

**What do you dislike about Solutionreach?**

Not all of their helpful tips are up-to-date in the  "Help Center" so it can be confusing.

Patient reminders anf confirmations via text message are making our time on the phones significantly less and missed appointments have declined.

The platform provides a good mix of tools to communicate / interact with patients. I think they have the potential to be a good platform to use but it is not polished and has a few rough spots.

**What do you dislike about Solutionreach?**

Their support process and team are very unpredictable and inconsistent. The people on the team are always professional and want to help. However when you call in for support, you will spend a significant portion of your time on hold; they will follow a scripted troubleshooting steps that may or may not be related to your issue. Escalating to a more technical team or supervisor will mean you spend more time on hold in which you ultimately may not get a person that can actually help. 

I have also added products from Solution Reach which typically requires set up by a specialist. This process can take weeks once you sign up online, they will not reach out with a week as stated after you sign up. Again the folks are helpful, but they seam to be understaffed and overwhelemed and unable to train folks fast enough to provide useful help. So ultimately you end up wasting your own time. 

Finally, I think the supervisors understand the predicament you are in as many practices are operated by owners with limited time, however if you get a hold of them they will not follow up with you to resolve your issue with you persistantly following up with them. In one instance, I did engage with a very helpful supervisor (Bryce) that understood my predicament and we agreed on a plan of action to address my concerns / issues. However, weeks passed with no update and the agreed upon plan was not completed.

I am in the process of evaluating other providers as the total cost of working with Solution Reach in the past and in the future has far exceeded the value they are providing.

**Recommendations to others considering Solutionreach:**

If you have a technical staff that can work with SR to set up and resolve issues, this platform may work for you. Otherwise, if you need a low touch platform, I would look for another one.

Our favorite thing is the text messaging platform, SR intake, and the appointment confirmation both through email/text. It has allowed us to easily contact patients about things that would take time to do through phone calls that required a lot of back and forth. Also before we used this we used to have to do manual confirming which took up an unbelievable amount of time and now we don't have to do it.

I don't like having to input a code in every week so that it can sync with the platform, and I also wish it would update more frequently just to more easily send intake forms when adding patients. I also don't like that the sync randomly stops running from time to time with no reason so then we have to contact the help team for that.  Just seems like a lot just to do something that should be easily fixable

The biggest problem we are solving is when we use SR intake, it has cut patient time in the waiting room in half by having them fill it out beforehand. We send it multiple times if they still have not filled it out and encourage them to fill it out prior to coming in for their benefit and ours as well. Also just not having the extra hassle again of needing to confirm patients by calling them has freed up time for more useful things which is very appreciated. We also like being able to send patients an option to pay a bill through text it has helped a lot in receiving payment for past bills.

I love the texting application called SR Communications - it allows us to have two way texting with our patients which helps prevent no shows, no call - they are more likely to respond via text to cancel or even let us know they are running late. It also helps our front staff from being inundated with calls.

The newsletter option is great but my main dislike is the lack of tools/fonts and creating a modern eblast to our patients. It looks elementary and archaic unless you have a background in coding or graphic design  - other apps like hubspot are much better for this reason.

There is literally no customer support once you are onboarded and running. The customer support only gets you to an off shore call center. Emails with customer service are very difficult and generally take days or longer to get a response. We had a disruption in our sync with our practice management system that caused a full loss of service from SolutionReach. Once we noticed the service had stopped working we tried to contact them. They had no information for us, no idea what was wrong and no solution. Weeks passed and still no solution. Kept telling us they were looking into it via email. When I personally contacted the rep that was supposedly helping use I was given the same answer. They were working on it but he had no idea on a timeline. I asked for daily updates and did not receive any. Called the phone number and was sent to a call center and told rep was on another call. Left my number to call back and never received a call. Email back again and still no ETA on repair. Then told end of the week of 12/27. Nothing. Today got an email (1/8/2021) that they have fixed it. No apology. No refund for lost coverage/service.

Very unhappy. Was forced to use this company as it was the only one that integrated with our PM.

I hope this will serve as a warning for anyone who may be considering using this company. We have been customers of SR for a long time and had a fairly good experience until the last year or so, but the past month has completely destroyed our relationship with them. We will be moving on to another company as soon as our contract is up. I have seen a steady decline in service over the years and it has become increasingly difficult to get any help resolving the multitude of issues that arise. We have had countless patients call with complaints of receiving multiple appointment reminders for appointments that had been cancelled out of the system weeks prior. They have never been able to resolve this issue despite the many calls to Tech Support. Additionally, SR Intake does not function as advertised and has created hours of extra work for our practice. It sends duplicate forms to our patient's charts every 10 minutes after initial completion resulting in HUNDREDS of duplicate forms that need to be manually deleted one by one. After calling the tech support line every day and leaving a new message each time, I did not receive a single update for over a week and half (with every day more and more unwanted documents pile up) and it took threats of cancellation to get anyone to speak to me. After explaining my situation I was offered reimbursement, but was being asked to sign an agreement. I specifically asked whether we had to sign a new contract at that time and was told I would not- my contract end date would be the same. After receiving the document I found that it did in fact include an agreement to sign on for another 12 months and when I confronted the representative Kris, he denied this conversation ever took place and said I would have to take legal action if I wanted to look into the matter. Very unscrupulous and dishonest company and I would rather not be reimbursed than sign on for even one more month with them. After posting an unhappy review on another site, several other offices reached out to me voicing their own dissatisfaction and was told they had the exact same experience. Beware.

The entire process of starting with SolutionReach has been simple. There have literally not been any hangups or problems integrating with our practice management software. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we were able to keep in touch with patients and inform them or revised hours, what we were doing to keep the office (and them) safe, etc.

We are also able to sed survey links and invitations to give reviews, etc. to our patients, thereby improving our service and web presence as well.

Their lack of customer support  - This is not just related to COVID.  It is IMPOSSIBLE to get help with issues.  You can email or chat with a auto attendant which gets you nowhere.  They make changes to their system and there is ZERO communication with clients.

The contract auto-renews WITHOUT warning so be AWARE!  Our contract auto-renewed and I tried to cancel right after (WITHIN THE 1st MONTH)  not realizing that it had happened.  I had several examples of issues that we have experienced with the software and they could care less!  John Fieldsted was horrible to deal with.  If you ever have the "pleasure" do yourself a favor and request his manager before you even get started.  We are now stuck with their service $3,300 for the next year and I honestly want nothing to do with them after my experience.

The appointment reminders have "glitches" where canceled appts continue to get messages, text messages do not go out correctly, and patients are not always able to view our text messages to them.  

Frequent system downtimes where information does not sync properly, messages are not accessible, and wait times on the phone to find out why was always at least an hour wait.  When the system does come back up.....all information in-between is lost resulting in frustrated and angry clients

When messaging clients, the characters are limited and conversations are hard.  The templates used for reminders are limited and not modifiable other than changing the text and logo.  You cannot alter the format (font, bold, center, etc.) at all and can't change how the email is laid out either.

**Recommendations to others considering Solutionreach:**

DON'T DO IT!  They do not do good business and are not worth the issues encountered after the fact

**What problems is Solutionreach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solution Reach causes more problems that it resolves in the long run and once they have their hooks into you, it is a fight to get away.  Not good business, which is why they have so many negative reviews

**What do you like best about Solutionreach?**

Solutionreach has been helpful in many ways to our business! The main ones to us would be 1: The text requests for Google reviews. Reviews started coming in much quicker after switching to Solutionreach. 2:  SRConversations is one of our favorite Solutionreach 'products'. It's so easy  to communicate with our patients now! 3: Email Newsletters - these have been a fun way to increase patient intake. They're easy to create or you can choose a pre-made one!

**What do you dislike about Solutionreach?**

Solutionreach can be tricky to learn, customer service is helpful but they often send you to an article instead of walking you through the problem. Learning something new is always hard. Take your time to learn the software before giving up!

**Recommendations to others considering Solutionreach:**

Make sure it's the right move for your company! It can be very time consuming and overwhelming to get started. My advice is to ask questions and get clarity on anything you might be wondering about. It will take time to get used to but it's worth the wait! :)

1. By using Solutionreach, our company has seen more Google reviews come in than we've ever had before! 2. It's so easy to communicate with our patients now. With SR Conversations, our patients can ask questions, send insurance info and we can reply right away! These are just two ways that Solutionreach has helped us!
