**What do you like best about Snov.io?**

What I like best about Snov.io is that it combines lead generation, email verification, and outreach automation in a single platform. The email finder is quite useful for discovering business contacts, and the email verification feature helps improve deliverability by reducing invalid addresses. The platform is easy to navigate, and the automation capabilities save a significant amount of time when managing outreach campaigns.

**What do you dislike about Snov.io?**

One thing I dislike about Snov.io is that some contact data may occasionally require additional verification, especially for niche industries. The credit based system can also feel limiting when working on large scale campaigns. While the platform is feature rich, some advanced functionalities take time to fully understand and optimize.

**What problems is Snov.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Snov.io solves the challenge of finding qualified leads, verifying contact information, and managing outreach from a single platform. Instead of using multiple tools, it streamlines the entire prospecting process. For me, it helps save time, improves outreach efficiency, and increases the chances of connecting with valid prospects through verified contact data.

**What do you like best about Snov.io?**

I was unable to find anything positive. The core functionality didn’t work for me, and without proper setup, the platform became unusable. The support process was also inconsistent and disappointing

**What do you dislike about Snov.io?**

Order ID: SNOVIO251203-3997-53128

I had a very disappointing experience with Snov.io.

I purchased two domains along with email setup, specifically to use their platform. Unfortunately, the domains and emails never worked properly making their tool completely unusable for my needs.

I requested a full refund for both the Snov.io subscription and the domains. Initially their support representative (Diara) confirmed that a refund had been issued. However the very next day I was told that the refund was not approved.

After escalating the issue to management, they only issued a partial refund of $48 for the domains but refused to refund the $594 Snov.io subscription.

This makes no sense without working domains and emails, their service is useless yet they still kept the majority of my money.

Overall, very poor customer support, inconsistent communication and worst team. 

I would not recommend Snov.io based on this experience.

Snov.io is supposed to solve lead generation and outreach automation by helping users find email addresses, verify them, and run automated email campaigns from one platform.

However, in my case, it did not benefit me at all. The domains and email setup didn’t work properly, which made the platform unusable. Without a working email infrastructure, its core features like campaigns and outreach have no value. Instead of saving time or generating leads, it resulted in wasted time, frustration, and financial loss

**What do you like best about Snov.io?**

I love how Snov.io makes outreach way easier for me by having everything in one place. I find leads through the LinkedIn extension, verify emails, and add them to an automated campaign within minutes without switching between tools. The email warm-up feature is fantastic for keeping my emails out of spam. The LinkedIn extension is especially useful as it saves a lot of manual work. Having everything centralized on Snov.io keeps the sales process much smoother and more organized. It's streamlined my workflow by replacing multiple tools.

**What do you dislike about Snov.io?**

Unused monthly credits expiring feels frustrating, especially during slower months when I'm not running as many campaigns. Some features like A/B testing and advanced tools could be included in lower-tier plans because the pricing can add up quickly. The email finder doesn’t return accurate results for smaller companies, so I still have to double-check contacts manually. The interface can feel slightly overwhelming at first because there are so many features packed into one dashboard.

Snov.io streamlines my outreach by consolidating lead finding, email verification, and campaign management into one tool. The LinkedIn extension saves time on prospecting, and the email warm-up improves deliverability, preventing emails from landing in spam.

I use Snov.io for lead generation, email verification, and cold outreach campaigns, and I find it really valuable. It helps find verified business emails, reduce bounce rates, and streamline outreach campaigns for better lead generation and client communication. I like its easy lead generation and accurate email finding, which save time by quickly finding verified leads and reduce the need for manual research. The accurate emails improve outreach success and cut down on bounce rates. I also appreciate the quick setup and onboarding, which makes it very easy to get started.

**What do you dislike about Snov.io?**

Sometimes the pricing feels high for small users, and the database coverage can be limited in certain regions or industries. For small users, higher-tier plans can feel expensive when outreach volume is low. Improvement: more affordable starter plans or flexible pay-as-you-go credits would help.

I use Snov.io to find verified business emails, reduce bounce rates, streamline outreach campaigns, save time by quickly finding verified leads, and improve outreach success.

I use it to find contact information, including phone numbers and email addresses, from a list. It also pulls in major connections through integrations, from email sync all the way to LinkedIn, which helps me run outbound outreach and also build workflows for inbound. Overall, it supports all of this with great deliverability.

**What do you like best about Snov.io?**

I love that Snov.io combines lead finding, email verification, and basic CRM functions in one platform, which saves me lots of time and avoids the hassle of switching between different apps. The accurate email search and bulk verification capabilities are incredibly impressive, allowing me to run searches and verify emails in batches with highly reliable results, significantly reducing the bounce rate. The customizable email templates and automated follow-up sequences are also fantastic. They allow me to create tailored templates for different scenarios, and once set up, the tool sends emails on schedule and reminds me to follow up with inactive leads. The intuitive and easy-to-use interface does not require complicated technical skills, and we became comfortable with all core features quickly. I'm also impressed with its bulk contact management and grouping tools, which help me categorize contacts clearly and simplify targeted outreach.

**What do you dislike about Snov.io?**

One area that could be significantly improved is Snov.io’s limited reporting and data analytics functionality. The platform only displays plain raw data with no advanced sorting or visual presentation, which affects our ability to filter statistics by useful dimensions like client region or outreach campaign. This lack of built-in charts, graphs or customizable visual dashboards forces me to manually export raw data and reorganize it into spreadsheets for internal meetings and summaries, adding extra repetitive work and consuming valuable time.

The best thing about this platform is that it has all in one sales focused automation platform. This platform helps us in combining multiple modules like lead generation, email outreach and CRM capabilities, everything into a single interface. Their email identifier tool and verifier are very reliable, it helps me to have and build a clean prospect list and improve overall deliverability. This platform is also very helpful in terms of creating and managing campaigns.

**What do you dislike about Snov.io?**

Sometimes this platform can be a bit limited for CRM functionalities compared to other larger CRMs in this competitive landscape. Their reporting and analytics could also be more complex, specifically for multi-touch kind of campaigns. Also, their email verification accuracy is very dependent on the domain scenarios.

Snov platform helps me solve the problem of quick lead generation, making our outreach campaigns more structured. Their campaign automation is very effective in terms of follow-ups being tracked and managed effectively. What I like most about Snov.io is how simple and effective it is for finding and verifying email leads. The email finder, verifier, and drip campaign features are all in one place, which makes outreach much easier. The Chrome extension is especially useful for extracting leads from LinkedIn and company websites. Overall, it saves a lot of time in lead generation.

**What do you dislike about Snov.io?**

Some features could be improved, especially reporting and analytics for email campaigns. Occasionally, email accuracy can vary depending on the source, so verification is still important. The UI can feel slightly cluttered when managing multiple campaigns, but it’s manageable.
