**What do you like best about Sendible?**

The flexible and agile approach to setting up and managing profiles, It's easy to use and intuitive which is especially useful to our team who have varying levels of experience and confidence in using social media platforms. The approval process and ability to feedback coupled with the comprehensive training programme have been very useful to get the team up and running.

**What do you dislike about Sendible?**

Sometimes the integration with Canva and Insta can be a bit clunky and unreliable. Also, would be great to be able to schedule insta/FB stories but appreciate this may be out of Sendible's hands!

**What problems is Sendible solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time management, better planning. Greater control over what is being posted and more regular posts. The reporting functions are also very useful, although more flexibility on the report building would be useful. Allowing us to drill down in more detail on google analytics especially.

**What do you like best about Sendible?**

It allows us to manage all our channels including GoogleMyBusiness, right from one tool, with resources like content help right inside the tool. A true life-saver.

**What do you dislike about Sendible?**

I wish we could afford to use the premium plan for more reporting options but that's a budget issue on our side, not an issue with Sendible :)

**What problems is Sendible solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a VERY small team. Sendible has allowed us to be SUPER efficient with posts across all our platforms with mass upload features that allow us to upload a whole batch of content at once to the channels we choose, and queues to help us stay organized and schedule posts to the different channels at the times that are optimized for that channel. We've been able to grow our audiences and engagement significantly since we started using Sendible.

With Sendible I have the ability to schedule monthly calendar reports and spot where there are gaps within our social media plan

Not a dislike but a slight frustration of not being able to copy photos into text and also inability to @ profiles on linkedin

The integration with Canva is great, makes it really easy to create a wide variety of posts and previews before posting.

Nothing, really, I was able to create posts in a few minutes, super easy to use

More intuitive and cost-effective than other options, content suggestions and RSS feeds are great

Sendible notified me when a post did not work because I had not published it on our website. I can spend 30 minutes per week creating posts for two weeks at a time

**What do you like best about Sendible?**

We love everything about Sendible, but the ability to schedule content straight into the platform and then adjust it for separate platforms, rather than writing a spreadsheet and uploading it three, four or five times, has saved us an unbelievable amount of time.

**What do you dislike about Sendible?**

Sometimes there can be glitches, however this is often rectified really quickly thanks to Sendible's support team.

**What problems is Sendible solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nearly all of our problems related to social media scheduling have been solved!
- Automated reports
- Saving probably hours on scheduling content
- Ability to review content right in Sendible and ability to leave things as drafts

**What do you like best about Sendible?**

Sendible and their staff have been helpful, responsive, and have assembled a SM platform that has completely changed how we handle our SM. And they do at about a quarter of the cost of other platforms we considered.

**What do you dislike about Sendible?**

The set-up process could have been easier.  This is largely because the SM providers as such a moving target.

**What problems is Sendible solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had too many accounts/channels, and no coherent strategy for using them.  That's all changed now that our accounts are all in one place, with easy access to analytics.

**What do you like best about Sendible?**

Using the right social media tool is critical to the success of your campaigns. No two tools are the same. I’m a big fan of Hootsuite and am certified by them. I’m also frustrated by it, frustrated by its add on hidden costs for things such as reporting. The analytics in Sendible are first class and by far one of my favourite features...and the're included! **What do you dislike about Sendible?**

Not much to dislike. It suffers from the odd non show stopper bugs but these are quickly resolved by the excellent support.

Again I can't stress enough about the high quality of the analytics. This was a big problem for me with Hootsuite and Sendible does analytics perfectly.

There are many things I like about Sendible including the calendar planning overview, photo editing features, and the newly added functionality of Instagram posting.

**What do you dislike about Sendible?**

I've had errors with not allowing me to schedule a post. Other than that, it's very user-friendly.

**Recommendations to others considering Sendible:**

Use the approval feature! It's always nice to have someone else look at your post before it gets shared with the public! Less room for errors!

Sendible is currently working on releasing the ability to schedule Instagram reels. This will help our staff save time on posting directly from their phones when they're not at work.

We have over 100 FB pages to manage and Sendible makes it so easy to schedule and publish as needed.

**What do you like best about Sendible?**

The ability to collaborate with team -mates on Sendible is what I have found most inspiring thus far.  As a result of the aforementioned , we have found it easy within my department for groups of people to manage tasks in real time , contribute to content team  library from anywhere , refer social media enquiries to the right expert within my company etc 
 All of the above has resulted to better synergy across my department as it relates to creating and tweaking our social media strategy in real time.

I wish they allowed us to schedule mulltiple image content to our Instagram account at once. Asides this , I am comfortable with the quality we get from Sendible , as far as managing our social media presence is concerned.

The concern of efficiently managing my brands social media presence was resolved using Sendible. Sendible makes it simply convenient to contribute and  manage our social  media activity around the clock and from anywhere, even from my mobile phone.

Sendible has been a great way to communicate with my team and schedule client posts! The Sendible team is very responsive! It has made our scheduling process easy.

**What do you dislike about Sendible?**

I wish there was a way for the app to schedule two images to Instagram. If they could improve that, it would be helpful. I would also like to be able to restore delted posts.

If you are an agency for social media, this is a great tool to use.

Sendible has saved my team time and made the scheduling process easy. With many clients, I would be tacking on several hours to my week to schedule in Facebook creator for each client.

I've used other social media scheduling services before and Sendible is hands-down better than the rest. I like how I can add my RSS feeds and also search for related topics from their dashboard to find additional content to promote.

**What do you dislike about Sendible?**

I don't have any complaints. Service and support has been great.

**What problems is Sendible solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sendible is solving my social media scheduling issues. I like being able to schedule posts for all my social accounts and the system publishes them when needed. If a post cannot be published I like the email notification so I can get back into the dashboard and see what's going on.

**What do you like best about Sendible?**

With Sendible, I am able to create and schedule posts, find trending content relevant to an industry or topic, and even edit photos (which was a MUST-have feature when I was looking for a tool to use). It's also easy to add team members and assign them action items for review. The available reporting tool also makes pulling KPIs and identifying improvements more streamlined.

**What do you dislike about Sendible?**

I do wish you could copy a published post or schedule a post on multiple dates - this would make content clustering and drip marketing much easier. I also wish scheduling stories for Instagram had a direct connection. I've found it difficult to schedule stories, but candidly, I haven't spent much time reading through help articles to alleviate my frustrations.

**What problems is Sendible solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sendible is a great solution for scheduling, creating, and monitoring content across all social channels, including YouTube. A lot of tools that I tested did not offer YouTube comment monitoring.

Sendible has a low price point and was a great entry level tool for my business. It has all the features that we needed including reporting and ability to schedule out posts.

The organization of the platform is a little strange. It is tricky to find the correct location for sharing with employees and adding profiles. We also often have to reconnect profiles. Finally, we cannot post multi-image posts on instagram. There are a few other limitations like this as well.

I like that Sendible offers robust features for a reasonable price. All the more robust programs are cost-prohibitive for someone working on their own like me. Sendible fills that gap. It also allows me to let my VA access the account without adding to the $99 per month. And I still have more profiles I can add! It's crazy - in the best way. I like the ability to schedule all platforms at once, and having LinkedIn as an option is paramount. Several other programs I never even looked at since they don't cover LinkedIn, which the majority of my clients use.

**What do you dislike about Sendible?**

I wish the analytics were more robust on the Sprout Social level. I have to pay for another analytics program to complete monthly reporting, which means I have to do the reporting manually. The second program isn't expensive, but I'd like Sendible to be a one-stop. Also, I'd love the ability to schedule carousels and stories on Instagram. Many other programs are adding that feature, so I know it's possible.

Take advantage of all the trials that are available to you when reviewing scheduling platforms. When comparing, you can put Sendible against the bigger companies like Sprout Social.

Time management! Not having to schedule each platform separately is a game-changer. Having more log-ins allows me to ask my VA to schedule posts for me as well. I feel like I'm getting a lot of value for my money.

I like the simplicity of Sendible. I also like how you can include first comments in the Instagram tab, how you can tag companies on Linked In and Facebook, and I like that you can easily make any changes or amendments.

I don't like that you can't schedule carousels for Instagram (Include more than one picture). I also don't like that you can't tag someone on the picture when scheduling to Instagram, you can only tag them in the caption. I don't like that you can't move posts when viewing the calendar in the weekly tab. You can only move posts to another day when viewing in the monthly tab.

It has a lot of benefits and is a great time saver if you need to schedule multiple amounts of content for multiple platforms. The previews are accurate, it's a usable piece of software with great features.

It's saving me a lot of time when scheduling posts for multiple clients. I like that the posts still seem authentic and personal. One of our favorite features on Sendible is allowing clients to be a part of the approval process. We also like how you can change the writing for each respective outlet, and obviously scheduling in advance is a big help.

I think there could be some improvement on the users. We are way under the amount of accounts that can be added, but we are maxed out on users. We have several employees who work on accounts, as well as clients who want to be a part of the process, and it is rather costly to add more users. I feel like there could be some improvement on the number of users to profiles ratio. It is also tough to re-connect accounts sometimes, not sure why but it does end up being rather timely when they become disconnected and it will not reconnect on the first attempt... or second, third...

We've benefited from using Sendible in shortening our approval process when it comes to clients reviewing content. I'm not sure that we have solved any problems.

The planner calendar being so visually workable. Unlike many other platforms, the Sendible layout is very easy to navigate and are your month ahead.

The platform is intuitive--training new employees to post is a breeze. The preview and approval chain features help us make sure our posts are accurate and beautiful, AND allow us to develop employees who need to hone their writing and marketing skills--they have the opportunity to create posts, but we also have final oversight before anything goes live--WIN WIN!

Maintaining multiple profiles and channels--it is cumbersome and the connections don't always work. AND I am well aware that many of these difficulties stem on the social media platform's end, not with Sendible itself.

Do the trial and make sure you assign several users to vet it and that you have a clear set of goals for the trial.

We have many satellite locations and, before Sendible, we had tasked each site manager with running their own social media accounts. Needless to say, this was B.A.D.  So, with Sendible, we were able to make this a centralized activity and create relevant content that post simultaneously to multiple locations. This has saved a ton of time and allowed us to develop MORE content than ever before. And all at a reasonable price!

I don't think there is anything I dislike!

**What problems is Sendible solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I really love the ability to schedule posts!  And also to resend previous ones.

because I run an agency I could never keep up with postings so many posts to so many accounts if I had to do it all manually. Sendible allows me to manage multiple accounts with ease for multiple clients

**What do you like best about Sendible?**

The ability to plan out posts in advance is for sure the best feature of sendible. This gives me the ability to have weeks of posts done ahead of time. Competitors can't compete.

**What do you dislike about Sendible?**

Nothing to dislike at all, or maybe I have not needed a capability that does not work properly, or that could be made better. Improvements need to be made in having others know about it more.

**What problems is Sendible solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having posts be organized, cohesive, on-brand, and done in a timely efficient manner. I am 100 times more productive than I have ever been in terms of performance.
