**What do you like best about ReviewTrackers?**

The general notion of having a tool collecting all online reviews in one place is absolutly non-debatable and mandatory those days.
Having an The App is rather practical as well, as it puts all data at your fingertips instantly and it is at ease to check quality performance communicated through online reviews daily without fail. This also makes it wasy to integrate it into your routine and implement the feature throughout the organisation and key business leaders for their continious use and to share results with the team.

**What do you dislike about ReviewTrackers?**

Notifications have been a little bit erratic. There seems to be a heavy focus on a smaller selcetion of resources and the tool would benefit from "webcrawling" a wider array of sources.

**What problems is ReviewTrackers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**What do you like best about ReviewTrackers?**

The ability to filter out responded and unresponded reviews makes everything so much easier & quicker to ensure that all reviews are answered in a timely manner. Additionally, the capability to draw out reviews from multiple outlets makes this a much needed system/tool!

**What do you dislike about ReviewTrackers?**

I honestly have nothing negative to say about Review Trackers. Probably the only thing that caught me off guard when I started using it would be the sheer amount of buttons visible that could possibly overwhelm a new user. This does however get easier and easier as time goes by

**What problems is ReviewTrackers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This allows us to analyze feedback given by our customers and allows us to maintain a good reputation online by simply being able to respond to all queries in a timely mannger.

Love the all of our reviews are housed in one platform. Love that we can customize our solicitations. However, the customer support by Heather P. is what immediately stands out. She is very responsive to questions and inquires.

Click through rate is a bit of a struggle. Not sure why some of our emails end up in spam folders.

We are able to monitor all of our reviews in one platform and get some insights into the data we need to collect on behalf of our clients.

**What do you like best about ReviewTrackers?**

The aggregation feature is great. I can easily see reviews all in one place and don't have to worry about collecting it from individual sources. Additionally, they make it very easy to respond to Google reviews and help us with quick response times.

**What do you dislike about ReviewTrackers?**

Not a dislike, but features that help you secure, verify, and manage profiles better would be tremendously helpful. Apple Business Connect, for example, is tricky to verify and having a built in solution within Review Trackers would be helpful.

**What problems is ReviewTrackers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We manage dozens of stores and tracking reviews across each review site is nearly impossible. The aggregation capability is the key solution to my problems and once setup, ReviewTrackers is a very easy tool for multi-location management.

At my company, reputation and reputation management is key.  Review trackers gives us the opportunity to monitor all of our locations in one platform and makes it easy for our team to respond to all reviews.  The platform is easy to use and reporting is key for our leadership and executive team.

**What do you like best about ReviewTrackers?**

Having aggregated review data saves me a lot of time. Plus, the response generator is a big time-saver. The email portion has helped in getting reviews from customers, too. Overall, the tool is simple but effective. The price is right, so that helps, too. Other platforms are too cumbersome, but ReviewTrackers is easy to set up and use.

**What do you dislike about ReviewTrackers?**

I wish they offered an option to post reviews on our website, like TrustPilot. Having a regular flow of reviews cycling on our website would be a good boost in keeping the content fresh and relevant.

More timely and easier responses to reviews. They offer an easy set-up and great tools to help with our online reputation management.

**What do you like best about ReviewTrackers?**

One of the best things about ReviewTrackers is how simple and intuitive the platform is to use—especially with the amount of data it collects and how it allows you to analyze that information. It's also great that it allows you to respond to reviews through the platform and offers excellent competitor analysis tools. The tool is always evolving and adding additional functionalities, and the ReviewTrackers team is incredible to work with.

**What do you dislike about ReviewTrackers?**

We've never had any significant issues with ReviewTrackers. Historically, the only problems we've had were caused by changes made to the APIs of the review platforms themselves—and even then ReviewTrackers was great at communicating that to us and resolving things promptly. The one minor issue we've encountered is getting our Yelp accounts to sync to ReviewTrackers automatically like Google My Business does, but that's because of how our Yelp accounts are built.

**What problems is ReviewTrackers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pulling all of our customer feedback into one location is the biggest thing they help us with—we have almost 300 locations nationwide, so having all that customer feedback in one platform is crucial. Otherwise, we'd have to log in and out of 300+ accounts every week to review customer feedback, and we wouldn't have a good way to roll all of that data into companywide data. This allows us to have a streamlined way of collecting and analyzing data as well as an efficient way to respond to customer feedback.

ReviewTrackers saved my company a bunch of time by helping verify locations. Responding to reviews is simple with their template management interface.

Sometimes I still need to enter data or update information directly in Google My Business profiles

ReviewTrackers allowed us to verify Google locations. Once locations were verified, it allowed my company to respond to reviews in all markets. RT also allows me to track sentiment and scores for online reviews over time. This was difficult to track prior to using RT.

Review Trackers makes it so easy to respond to and manage reviews and really understand their impact on our organization. It's also been very useful in getting organizational buy-in to really care about our scores. I also love their constant improvement; they're always adding value with more and more cutting-edge features!

I don't have any complaints. Perhaps a few more features around Apple Maps would be helpful, but I think they are currently working on that. Happy customer, here!

It's convenient!  I oversee 35+ unique brands and can see all of their results in one place with actionable results.  I can get as many or as few email notifications as I'd like in addition to reviewing the dashboard.

**What do you dislike about ReviewTrackers?**

Sometimes review sites disconnect themselves and I don't always catch it so that's frustrating.  I also wish we could change things to our time zone - I track by the month and it ends in Britain's time zone making my tracking off on the end of the month sometimes.  Also some of the negative keywords in the system aren't really negatives in our industry.

Monitoring, responding to, and soliciting our online reviews.  It saves me tons of time and allows me to immediately correct any issues as well as makes it easy to track and praise teams.

**What do you like best about ReviewTrackers?**

Our company has been using ReviewTracker for several years. We are in the restaurant industry. We find it a very helpful tool to track how restaurants are doing, trends, and keep them competitive against each other. The review score summary and location score are great metrics. The restaurants find it very easy to use and navigate. It's at a good price point and will be something we continue to use.

**What do you dislike about ReviewTrackers?**

Sometimes if one of the review sites disconnect, it doesn't alert us, so it may take us a few weeks to notice. The red and green words to indicate positive or negative could be helpful, but it's just too much data to really see a trend. Overall, we like most of the features!

**What problems is ReviewTrackers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have 15 restaurants that can be hard to track multiple review sites, and Reviewtrackers really makes it easy to see all the data in one spot. It also makes it very easy for our managers to respond in one spot instead of logging in and out of multiple sites.

It's easy to email customers and request reviews. We give them links to two options: Facebook and Google. Older customers often don't know where to go to leave a review so the email simplifies the process. We can also easily remind people who did not yet click to leave a review.

**What do you dislike about ReviewTrackers?**

I think the price is too high. $50 a month is not equivalent to other similar services. I think $20 is more reasonable.

ReviewTrackers is helpful because it lets us know immediately if there is a new review out there. Rarely, we have a negative comment so it is important to know that feedback is out there for the world to see and we can quickly address it.

we don't notified when the review sites disconnect. I think the pricing can be a little less.

The different grouping options for all of our brands is huge for us. With 20+ hotels and 20+ restaurants, this is super helpful!

**What do you dislike about ReviewTrackers?**

The only thing I wish we could revise is the ability to respond to Yelp and Trip Advisor within the platform.

I like this software since it is centralized in spreading and informing the reputation of a particular organization, which is very necessary to offer evaluation and quality of the services of said company, highlighting that one of my favorite aspects in relation to this ingenious application, is that it constantly develops new innovative skills to make its platform a more advanced and optimal window, to correctly manage all the arguments of the users who reside in these digital areas.

I love Review Trackers since it is a multipurpose software, which maintains functions and accessories that are necessary to carry out a complete job, as it allows us to manage opinions received from registered users on our platforms or consumers of our digital product, as well as access to request reviews from these individuals about their respective satisfaction with the services that we generally offer on third-party sites, as it is one of the qualities that I like the most in relation to this system.

I've been using their local listings feature and it's been very easy to navigate and make updates on. It definitely saves me a lot of time. Their client support team is also quick to respond and always helpful when I need any assistance, which I highly appreciate. My team has also been using RT to analyze reviews and it's been great to have reviews easily accessible in one platform.

There are some actions that I am unable to do through the dashboard for now, but the RT team are able to take care of it pretty quickly. It hasn't been a big issue for me.

For local listings, it saves me from having to go through every listing one by one and update info. We have over 50 stores that we handle this for so the local listings feature helps immensely. Really great support from our rep, Aisha, and the whole ReviewTrackers team. 

I work for a national carpet cleaning brand. Being in the home services space, online reviews make a big difference. Our franchise network was way behind our competition in both number of online reviews and review quality. 

Deciding to work with ReviewTrackers has made a huge difference. ReviewTrackers worked with our IT team to create a review solicitation sequence that integrated with our scheduling software. One of the functions that I like the most about this software is its customer satisfaction management, since they are unsurpassed and maintain an incredible receptivity to the requests that are sent, when there is a problem derived from Review Trackers, that is, It is not necessary to wait a long period of time in business days to receive a response about the doubts or inconveniences that are generated like any operating system once it is implemented, mentioning that it is one of the qualities that most attract my attention, in comparison to other systems with similar functionalities.

We can make a relevant mention of this software, that some of its functionalities are usually disastrous and difficult when operating them, if this option of use is needed for our own convenience, in more specific and similar words, it should be noted that the panel Home and review search features when used through a particular browser are usually minimal challenge, which encourages a slowdown in workplace results.

We had a difficult time managing our reviews -- it was piecemeal at best. Our response rates were terrible. What responses we did have were poor. We did not have a handle on it whatsoever. Since we've been working with ReviewTrackers (for about a year now) our response we are able to manage most of our reviews from one dashboard. Our response rates have improved 75%. And, although we are constantly working on the quality of our responses, they have improved as well.

I like the Dashboards and the amplify widgets. Its so easy to use the platform a child could. Collection of 1st party reviews couldn't be easier with the included tools. The tools work and I don't have to worry about them daily/weekly/ or even monthly.

Getting helpful assistance with API troubleshooting takes longer than I usually care for. Was a little difficult originally getting assistance in the beginning but we are learning together.

ReviewTrackers is seriously the best local listing platform a company could ask for. Their client support team is responsive, proactive, and dedicated to meeting your needs. On several occasions, we had an urgent request that required fast action, and ReviewTrackers never failed to follow through. Overall, the platform is very user-friendly, provides excellent reporting features, and makes responding to reviews manageable. One of my favorite features within this platform is the unlimited users and the ability to manage role preferences. Our franchise partners much appreciated being a part of the review process and receiving updates on their location's presence in the digital space. There are no words to describe how much our team enjoyed working with ReviewTrackers. Everything about the experience was positive. The only reason we switched platforms was to meet the needs (i.e., that of which are unrelated to ReviewTrackers) of our growing franchise; otherwise, we would have never left this platform.

Not much.. the program doesn't really do what they claim it does.. increase your business client reviews on Google, etc.

I've used ReviewTrackers for over 6 months now and have had little luck getting my clients to leave reviews for my business on Google, etc., which is specifically what ReviewTrackers is supposed to do.  I can't customize the email subject or the actual content of the ReviewTracker email to help increase the chance that my clients actually open the 'please leave a review' email. Since my clients don't open the email, they don't receive the link to leave me a review on Google, etc.  I see very little value in using the ReviewTrackers service.

Do your research and look for a program that lets you customize the email subject and email content that does to the client asking them to leave a review. ReviewTracker's email to the client simply says "follow up" which is definitely not attention getting and will not cause a client to even open the email, let alone leave a review for you.

I have solved no problems using ReviewTrackers. Apparently, ReviewTrackers doesn't let the user customize the email content or subject to get the client to actually open the email and leave an online review for your business.

From small single location businesses to multi-location franchises, setting up and synching review profiles for biz clients was a breeze. Furthermore, the review manager menu design is ultra-intuitive and the actual review manager software is fantastic.

Their customer service is on an entirely different level vs sites like yext (seriously no bueno) or birdeye.com (better than yext but still sucks) which I appreciate.

The entire suite of business management reputation services just provides a great value-add to my digital web services and most importantly, stopped all those pesky calls and emails from clients because it was so easy to use and teach.

Daily insights and updates on the performance of the reviews. We have restaurants in 3 other locations around the world and ReviewTrackers is good at managing the overall scope of this.

Slight delay when extracting reviews but this could be due to how big the file can be sometimes.

The two things I acknowledge most about survey tracker are one, a solitary spot that gathers the audits I have to react to and share with my group and two, simple to create measurements that I can impart to my group so we can talk about territories of chance and triumphs.

**What do you dislike about ReviewTrackers?**

While Google audits will in general populate quick, surveys from different locales, particularly Yelp take longer. At the point when a survey is one that I feel needs quick consideration, I will in general location it through my email alert as I have missed reacting in an auspicious way looking out for audit tracker to refresh with the data.

I do appreciate audit trackers more than I get baffled with it and I would prescribe it. Furthermore, the care staff is too useful, reacts rapidly, and is available to thoughts and recommendations!

Having inquired about a couple of different stages, I have arrived at the resolution that it would take me a ton to switch. This site gives me a larger number of apparatuses than its opposition and at a lower cost. It is without inquiry an extraordinary incentive for what you get.

We checked with other review aggregate companies, but for our needs, ReviewTrackers was the best. Their platform is easy to use and provides us with all the tools we need to see all our reviews in one spot. They make it easy to respond to our member's reviews and reporting is a breeze. It helped us to free-up A LOT, and who doesn't need more time?

**What do you dislike about ReviewTrackers?**

The only area where they can improve is to add review updates. If a member updates their review, it doesn't seem to update in the system. Still, this service is outstanding! We love it!

**Recommendations to others considering ReviewTrackers:**

For the cost, ReviewTrackers is exceptional. Review tracking these days is SO essential. Not only is the tracking crucial, but responding to reviews (good or bad) is powerful. Knowing how your customers feel about your products or service and being able to improve them from the feedback on reviews is necessary to succeed and flourish in this highly competitive environment. 

**What problems is ReviewTrackers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This saves us hours of time and makes reporting on reviews much easier. The other major benefit is we're able to see reviews from all sources, such as Facebook and Google. We used to only report on Yelp reviews since that was the majority of reviews, but now we can report on all reviews sources. Our reports are FAR more comprehensive. We learned that Yelp was about 65% of all of our reviews, so we were missing out on 35% of all our reviews. This helps with service recovery far more, too, since we can respond to reviews from other sources. Using ReviewTrackers is a major improvement.

The RT team makes you feel like you are their biggest client. They are regularly asking for feedback on potential new features and ideas. Whether we are on desktop or mobile, their intuitive software design allows our marketing team to quickly build reports or respond to our customers.

We would love more workshop or "how to" videos! Videos that could help us walk through new site features or provide helpful tips on responding to customers (Tips such as placing your location's name within the review response can actually boost your organization's SEO).

In the world of healthcare, word-of-mouth can be make or break for your organization. ReviewTrackers helped us build a stronger online presence by connecting us to our customers quickly. The app and website are both incredible intuitive, and the most useful information that I need when reviewing reviews are always available in simple, effective charts and reports. Plus you're able to respond to the review straight from the website, increasing my engagement with customers and decreasing the amount of time I spend on tracking reviews.

Honestly, I don't have any qualms with ReviewTrackers. Because the reasons I use it are pretty basic, everything I want to use them for is provided.

Like I mentioned earlier, it simplifies engaging with customers who have left a review on any major site (Google, FB, yelp, TripAdvisor), which has increased my efficiency.

It is worth the investment to keep on top of all your online reviews. Not just to respond to them but to be able to see everything your customers are saying. You can monitor trends and watch your ratings go up.

There aren't a lot of things we dislike that aren't industry standard. We wish we could have a little more control over the confirmation pages when asking for reviews to help direct people where we want.

Let us filter out the just the internal feedback reviews, since they aren't public and don't impact the actual reputation of the client.

This lets us not only do reputation management and monitoring reviews online, but it also lets us be proactive in how we build reviews by requesting them.
