I'm not sure what the issue is because the settings are correct but it doesn't automatically load new points for 3 of my staff. It works for the majority of staff. You can also implement custom rewards within the platform. Their account managers are helpful and reachable, you can always book a call with them and you will receive an answer to your email promptly. Many employees like Qarrot and get excited for campaigns we've launced like our perfect attendance or montly safety talk.
