This tool makes it smooth and easy to collaborate on social media content creation if you're a two person team. **What do you dislike about Planable?** If your social media process includes more than one reviewer, you're going to run into problems. Our firm requires five people to approve a post before it goes online. We have strong regulations in our industry so we need someone from every department to sign off. Planable does not allow for multiple people to check whether they approve or not. So right now, our process is to have each person review and then type "approved" in the comment box on each post. When each person has done this, the social media specialist on our team can go through and click the check mark on each post releasing it for publishing. We've reached out to customer service at Planable about this issue and have been told that this is the only way we can manage our posts with multiple users.
