**What do you like best about Planable?**

I use Planable for social media marketing, specifically for planning and posting my clients' social media posts. Planable helps me share previews of my posts with clients in an easy way, which saves me a lot of time. I value the ability to share mockups with my clients the most because it also saves me a lot of time. The initial setup of Planable was pretty easy.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

Some of the features like tagging locations don't include all of the possible locations. For example, when I try to tag specific towns, sometimes they pop up and sometimes they don't, so I think some data is missing location-wise when it comes to geotagging my posts.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Planable to share previews of my posts with clients easily, saving me a lot of time.

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I use Planable as a social media manager for client approvals, and it really simplifies my workflow. I appreciate that I can upload everything in one place without needing to share separate images or captions. Plus, I like being able to publish posts directly from there. The ease of use is a big plus for me, and I also like the UI/UX. The desktop version works perfectly for my needs. The initial setup was super easy too, as I just had to log in with my Google account.

The mobile app is quite buggy, especially when I need to copy paste descriptions.

Planable simplifies the approval process for my clients, allowing me to upload everything without sharing separate images or captions. I can also publish posts directly from it.

Sometimes I loose track of how the approval process works so many more pop up reminders of instructions would be helpful.

You can’t add content to the calendar without assigning a publish date, and already published content is mixed in with planned posts. This makes the calendar overview feel cluttered and makes it harder to categorize and organize content clearly.

I like Planable because it has a simple interface and UX that's easy to navigate. The chatting function is really helpful, allowing my clients to communicate with me about each post. I love the approval feature too, making it easier to work with clients on social media posts for platforms like Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram. It's super good for my needs right now.

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I appreciate its ease of use. As a copywriter for a full-service marketing agency, Planable has streamlined the entire process for my clients, my team and myself, from drafting and approvals to scheduling.

Integration with Canva has also been very useful. Your team has also been very reliable and willing to work with our agency (TRIO) as we adopt this new system. My team and I use this platform every day.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

Relying on push notifications for story scheduling is a bit of a challenge at the moment. It would be much more convenient to be able to have these go live straight from the app, though I understand the limitations. That said, we have had several instances of scheduling without a team member ever receiving the push notif for approval.

A stronger proofreading function would be a nice addition. In the past, we used to draft copy in a Word/Google Doc before scheduling on a third-party platform. I wish Planable had a "spell check" button available on the caption drafting screen to proofread posts right in the platform.

Also, would love a feature for "best time to post."

Planable makes it simple to streamline our social media process, from brainstorming, drafting, proofreading, sharing with client and scheduling. It provides us with an all-in-one hub for SMM management (aside from stories and editing live posts).

The approval workflows are great. I’ve tried several other schedulers, but I came back to Planable after realizing that no one else’s approval workflow is as good.

I don’t like that I can’t edit the alt text from the create window. I’m not sure how I’m supposed to do it, and it isn’t clear where that option is.

We manage multiple accounts, and they can be reviewed and approved by several different team members. The integration with canva is also nice.

It can be glitchy sometimes.. I feel like often I cant move posts around and it drives me crazy... I also have trouble tagging other accounts on my posts. Like when I want to tag another person on instagram in my caption, a lot of times the person doesn't show up.. there should be a way for me to paste a link to their account or something..

I’m using Planable for two projects right now, and the biggest advantage is how easy it is to organize and approve content. The calendar view gives a clear picture of all posts, the previews look accurate across platforms, and the collaboration with clients is smooth — comments, approvals, and edits happen in one place without confusion.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

The only downside I’ve noticed is that sometimes I need more advanced customization for posts, especially when handling different formats for different platforms. It’s not a dealbreaker, but expanding those options would make the workflow even better.

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I enjoy Planable's month overview setting because it allows me to see how my company's Instagram grid will begin to look like. I also enjoy Planable's approval buttons which makes it easier for my managers to get pinged rather than enforcing me to message my managers via our internal messaging system.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

While I use Planable every day for my job, it is still very buggy and frustrating to use. The iPhone app works with very few successful run and constantly reloads on its own or won't view the posts at all. Planable's desktop app is the same--forces you to reload the app various times or fails to open at all.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Planable is great for being a hub for the majority of your content on certain channels like Instagram or Linkedin. Planable allows you to do copy edits, upload images, and chat with others in the comments which helps us as an organization keep it organized.

Planable is an impressive social media collaboration tool. As an agency, we need to share content with our clients for them to approve, especially when they are on the move. The mobile app is great, with a really good UI.

It's really helped take our social media agency to the next level.

Overall, I highly recommend Planable to any agency looking for a reliable and efficient social media management tool.

Not much other than pricing; charging per user isn't very practical as we have lots of clients that look at the content.

I've really enjoyed the options to see it via a grid and planning out in batches.

Several times when I thought I've scheduled things, posts have not been published, which can be frustrating sometimes.

The chat feature is very slow to get a response back. Sometimes it takes up to an hour and it's not really giving you an answer, so have had to go straight to Vlad and have received a response, but don't want to have to do thta.

I find the ability to look at the grid extremely important. Honestly, I really enjoy using it for all my tasks, from uploading content to scheduling when it needs to be posted. **What do you like best about Planable?**

I use Planable to organize and manage our social media content workflow. It helps us post across multiple channels with a clear editorial calendar and has revolutionized our content review process. I really like the visual calendar, which none of the competitors have. The visual and collaborative way Planable organizes the social media flow is extremely clean and professional. The post preview feature is particularly valuable as it allows us to see exactly how content will appear on each platform before publishing. I am also a big fan of the content review process because it saves a lot of time. My colleagues can leave comments, suggest edits, and approve all in one place. The visual calendar helps us keep a clear overview of the editorial plan across different platforms, avoiding overlaps and last-minute scheduling issues. The 100% preview of the post is a game changer. The initial setup was extremely easy and straightforward, and the customer support is always ready to respond.

It’s genuinely easy to separate clients into workspaces. Mapping out a content plan is simple, and being able to shuffle posts around and see everything visually just works.

What still surprises me is how bad most other scheduling tools are at this. They overcomplicate basic things.

This ticks almost all the boxes for me.

It even handles Instagram scheduling for accounts that aren’t in Business Suite - a massive pain point with other tools that forced manual posting or sending everything to a phone for auto-post.

The payment plans are a little confusing and hard to manage as you grow with clients.

simplicity of the UI/UX - it's easy to begin, no tutorial even needed really. MUCH easy to start with and far less expensive than Sprout Social. I love the plan tiers too - it's perfect for my clients - managing 1-3 socials for small business owners and nonprofits. Works exactly as I need it to! No extra features to pay for.

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I love that Planable makes it easy to move content from one date to another. I like the way I can go to one place, review a social media content calendar, add my feedback, and approve by simply clicking a checkmark. This tool makes it smooth and easy to collaborate on social media content creation if you're a two person team.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

If your social media process includes more than one reviewer, you're going to run into problems. Our firm requires five people to approve a post before it goes online. We have strong regulations in our industry so we need someone from every department to sign off. Planable does not allow for multiple people to check whether they approve or not.  So right now, our process is to have each person review and then type "approved" in the comment box on each post. When each person has done this, the social media specialist on our team can go through and click the check mark on each post releasing it for publishing.  We've reached out to customer service at Planable about this issue and have been told that this is the only way we can manage our posts with multiple users.  That is frustrating for our team who would rather just go in and click a check mark and move on when they review.

Easily adjust the social media posting schedule by clicking and dragging content from one date to another.  It is also very easy to send a notification to reviewers letting them know content is ready to review.

I love that I am able to communicate easily with my clients and get approvals on posts. It is also seamless and my whole team is on the same page. The various ways I can see content is also nice and easy to use. The analytics are great and readily available. Very user friendly platform.

The filtering options are a bit cumbersome. The unapproved unscheduled posts should automatically show up first on the feed. Sometimes it just takes a bit of getting used to finding the posts you want to see and can be difficult for some clients that are not tech savvy.

I am able to flip through multiple clients easily. I can also grab the analytics I want and see what is working and not working readily vs using Meta and clicking through numerous pages to get what I need. I love using Planable for planning Instagram posts for our clients because it's easy to use for automated and scheduled posts. I really like the automation features, such as caption and hashtag generation, which make the process much more efficient. The interface is another highlight for me; it's easy to view posts weekly, monthly, or daily. Compared to other tools like Buffer, Planable is much easier to use. I also appreciate being able to choose when to start planning.
