The built in newsletter is also very useful since donors and contacts are already in the system, making it easy to draft and sent out. **What do you dislike about MonkeyPod?** Monkeypod can still be a little confusing and does require a walk through to understand all the parts that go into it. Since it offers multiple features in one, it can sometimes be challenging going through it all. **What problems is MonkeyPod solving and how is that benefiting you?** MonkeyPod is helping our organization streamline our processes. In the past, we had multiple accounts and logins - now everything is easily accessible on one. ### 2.
