I use it just about daily, and it was super easy to get started. **What do you dislike about Mobiz?** the only thing I don't like is when I want the text to be white, I have to create it in black to read it, then change the color back to white. It's a really small complaint. Oh- one other thing- I wish people could add their names to the database without having to manually add them. **What problems is Mobiz solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mobiz messages allows me to send our news out in a form that our members actually read. Mobiz is doing customization in ways that nobody else can, but honestly, my favorite thing is the customer service. Tanner, the general manager is awesome. He looks after his clients like he has a stake in everyone's success. Tanner has always supported us and given new ways to reach our subscribers. Their customer service is truly one of the best, and one of the biggest reasons I choose Mobiz. **What do you dislike about Mobiz?** It'd be nice if htey supported larger mms, but a lot of that is just limitations of the MMS protocol. **What problems is Mobiz solving and how is that benefiting you?** Email results have been declining steadily, and restaurants have been challenged by the pandemic and inflation. We needed a new solution to market to our guests, and Mobiz solved it. We are able to quickly send a MMS message promoting a daily special or event and we've seen a huge sales increase from that. Mobiz is a critical part of our marketing plan, and four years ago we would not have even considered it. They have transformed our marketing efforts and made them far more impactful than they would have been through email alone. ### 13.
