## Lokalise Reviews
 ### 1. Best for usability, efficiency, and support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matti W. | Localisation and Content Design Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Lokalise?**

We've been using Lokalise as our TMS for a year now, and I'm extremely pleased with it. The UI is very easy to use, and can be customised to see everything you need and nothing you don't – this means a lot less switching between tabs or navigating submenus to find things. The ability to see all languages on the same page alone is a godsend for me!

One of the best things, though, is the support. We always get a reply within a few minutes, compared to a few days with our previous TMS, and they've been fantastic at answering our questions and helping us find solutions.

We build for web, Android, iOS, and TV, so features like universal placeholders and per-platform key names have been really valuable for us. They've allowed us to keep everything in a single project, which not only saves time, but also means our translations are always aligned across different platforms.

Lokalise also integrates really well with our existing workflows and tooling, and we've been able to automate quite a lot of the i18n process, which has saved our engineering teams a lot of time.

Some other features I really appreciate are Xliff export that preserves notes and screenshots, Slack notifications, multiple translation memories, and advanced contextual features. We're currently in the testing phase for Lokalise AI, and the results so far are very promising.

**What do you dislike about Lokalise?**

Currently, the translation memory section only allows you to import, export, or assign to projects. Removing individual TM entries can only be done on a per-key and per-language basis in the project editor itself. There's a lack of good TM management tools for Mac, so being able to easily manage the TM in one place inside Lokalise would be extremely useful for me.

**What problems is Lokalise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By allowing us to manage the localisation of our content so efficiently, we estimate that we've reduced the time spent on localisation by around 50% compared to our previous solution. This has freed up a lot of resources, particularly for my team and front-end engineering teams. We've also been able to go to market significantly faster. The contextual features and ability to create cross-platform projects has also noticeably improved the consistency and quality of our translations.

 ### 2. Easy Content Localization and Sharing Across Platforms

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Banking | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Lokalise?**

How easy is to localize content and then share it on different platforms

**What do you dislike about Lokalise?**

Sometimes for updating specific platforms like braze you need to do a lot of steps and sometimes it takes a lot of time to actually be updated in Braze + we don't have visibility on the timelines

**What problems is Lokalise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Localization for different languages and platforms

 ### 3. Easy straightforward integration and quick support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dharmaraj R. | Senior Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Lokalise?**

Lokalise is easy to integrate with our existing internal systems, and the syncing process is very reliable with quick webhooks. It fits well into our existing workflow and saves a lot of manual effort. The support team is also very responsive and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Lokalise?**

There might be a bit of learning curve when navigating around the web dashboard but just a day of exploring it and the APIs makes it very easy to use.

**What problems is Lokalise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lokalise makes it easier for our localization team to manage translations on their own side, without always needing tech help. For us in the tech team, it is simple to sync those translations into our internal systems. This saves time and makes the app localization process much faster and smoother.

 ### 4. Clean, Fast Interface—But Customisation Is Limited by Permissions

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Translation and Localization | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Lokalise?**

I like the clean interface and the loading speed

**What do you dislike about Lokalise?**

The customisation depends highly on the permissions we are given (e.g., I cannot customise QA settings or create a glossary for consistency) and there is no option to display blank spaces as symbols.

**What problems is Lokalise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to collaborate in localisation projects in real time

 ### 5. Effortless Translation, Quick Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Canan .

**Reviewed Date:** December 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Lokalise?**

I like how Lokalise is very practical and allows translation into many languages with just one click. It helps to translate paywalls and onboardings, which expands our market range. I also find it really useful that Lokalise helps to iterate faster and fixes typos. The quick response from customer support when I encountered an error was impressive.

**What do you dislike about Lokalise?**

I encountered an error today, the error was about editing the keys. UX/UI parts can be improved.

**What problems is Lokalise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Lokalise to translate our apps easily, which helps expand our market range. It's practical for translating paywalls and onboardings in many languages with one click, iterating faster, and fixing typos.

 ### 6. Very intuitive and fast for translations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sandra C. | Freelance Translator, Proofreader, Content Writer, AI Evaluator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Lokalise?**

Lokalise is very immediate and intuitive, also providing AI suggestions that can be useful and which I have often appreciated. It is simple to use and especially in long projects, it helps save a lot of time and optimize work. Furthermore, I greatly appreciated the ease of initial installation without any issues, Lokalise worked perfectly right away and it has always been easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Lokalise?**

I find it very efficient, there is nothing I don't like.

**What problems is Lokalise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Lokalise for translations, finding it immediate and intuitive. The AI helps with effective suggestions and allows for frequent corrections, saving time on long projects and optimizing work.

 ### 7. Nice UI but AI Localization Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Malcolm F. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Lokalise?**

I like Lokalise's nice interface. Setting it up was pretty easy.

**What do you dislike about Lokalise?**

The AI-generated localizations just don't work well. The formatting is often weird, especially with line breaks. It doesn't often understand placeholders or where to put them. Sometimes some words are missing.

**What problems is Lokalise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lokalise helps me localize.

 ### 8. Easy-to-Use Tool for Day-to-Day Translation and Documentation Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Lokalise?**

how easy it is to use the tool for day-to-day translation tasks and the management of related documentation.

**What do you dislike about Lokalise?**

The tool’s interface isn’t always very intuitive, or it can be difficult to find certain things.

The translation of documentation, notifications and other related documents pertaining to our company.

 ### 9. Collaborative Hub with AI-Powered Solutions

I like the collaborative features of Lokalise, as they allow me to work with engineering, marketing, and the product team. I also like the new pro AI solution that Lokalise has implemented.

**What do you dislike about Lokalise?**

Some operations can not be done in bulk

**What problems is Lokalise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lokalise solves the problem of having a centralized repository for all my translations and translates from English into 14 languages.

 ### 10. Exceptional Support & Effortless Lokalise Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ruan d. | Senior Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Lokalise?**

EVERY time I had a question for the Lokalise support team they were on the ball and assisted me promptly. Does not matter if it was a big issue or a small one they take ownership of the task and follow through with it. When it gets to the end of day and the problem has not been resolved they will hand it over thoroughly and the next person seamlessly continue on the task. Well done to all the Lokalise support people!!!

Getting the integration between our porjects and lokalise up and running was a breeze. Their API is well documented and easy to follow.

**What do you dislike about Lokalise?**

Lokalise is working on improving their Workflow section and I would really like to see more capabilities added.

**What problems is Lokalise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are automating the process by making use of workflows and seamlessly create tasks on new keys that are added to the repository.

 ### 11. Best TMS with Intuitive Interface and Strong Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rebecca d.

**Reviewed Date:** January 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Lokalise?**

I appreciate Lokalise as it's the best-in-class TMS among all the options I reviewed. I like the wealth of information available, the support, and the interface, which makes it a great tool.

**What do you dislike about Lokalise?**

Once we'd eventually gotten access to Lokalise, I wasn't really sure where to start. I feel like our onboarding person could have met with us earlier - or we could even have gotten a starter pack.

**What problems is Lokalise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Lokalise as a string repository to make our localization processes more efficient for our crypto app.

 ### 12. Localise is one of the best CATs I've ever used!

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jagoda K. | Translator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Lokalise?**

It's very intuitive, easy to use, it offers translations from three different sources and incorporates tags and placeholders in them. They are usually good quality and are easy to implement. Customer support responds quickly and is very helpful as far as they're able to. I use it almost daily, sometimes weekly and I love going back to it!

**What do you dislike about Lokalise?**

I wish it was mobile-friendly, because right now I can only work on PC as the desktop mode on my phone makes it impossible to edit text because it zooms all the way in every time I try tapping the text to move the cursor. This is the only thing lacking!

**What problems is Lokalise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes translation so much easier and faster for me!

 ### 13. Good App! recommended!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Diego D. | Product Owner, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Lokalise?**

Lokalise helps distributed teams to be up to date with the translations. It has a simple interface that makes easy for multiple roles to use it. The tagging for the keys is good to keep all keys under a initiative easy to be filtered.

**What do you dislike about Lokalise?**

I believe it could have a way to display all the open requests for a given key. Then see the request and open it.

**What problems is Lokalise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Translate the words and sentences for a big company needs to care for context and even legal issues. Lokalise help us a lot on have a separate translation workflow from Dev Team that when completed, is easy pulled up and integrated to the system.

 ### 14. Excellent support, good integrations but with areas for improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 27, 2024

**What do you like best about Lokalise?**

What I like the most is the customer service, because they always respond very quickly and are very friendly. And they usually find a way to solve the problem.

**What do you dislike about Lokalise?**

I miss more robust integrations with Prismic and HubSpot, and something to improve is the management and capabilities of the translation memory, which is very basic.

**What problems is Lokalise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Lokalise to manage all our workflows.

 ### 15. Lokalise is a good tool that in most cases meets our needs

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elena M. | content localization manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Lokalise?**

1. translation memory management
2. process management with task opening etc.
3. management of many different languages.
4.Customer support is great.

**What do you dislike about Lokalise?**

1.It's not very easy to do searches. I often extract the strings in Excel and run the searches there.
2.Linking strings is useful but not being able to see all the strings linked to a particular string is a big limitation. This way I can't safely delete a string.
3. string searching across projects is minimal

**What problems is Lokalise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has been extremely helpful in managing the process from designer to developer to translator. The handling of our translation memories and the retrieval of existing translations is also excellent, allowing us to maintain consistency and quality.

 ### 16. Great tool for managing translations for an organization

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in International Trade and Development | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Lokalise?**

This tool really helps our organization to centralise all translation activities across different projects. We were able to move from several excel spreadsheets or online documents to a centralized page. All contributors know that they'll find the texts to translate there with proper explanations, help from machine translations and also efficient as previous translations are recommended. It has become a must have tool for all our translators and their daily activities.
From a project management point of view, it is really easy to import new keys in bulk and create the translation tasks for contributors.
We also used it to integrate it with several web applications that export translations to keep everything up to date.
Last but not least, they have an amazing support team that helps on a fast an efficient way.

**What do you dislike about Lokalise?**

Sometimes we are hit by some of the application limits that there are (for instance, automations, users, etc...), they are a bit low and we have to request increased limits.

**What problems is Lokalise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lokalise helps our organization to centralize all translations required into a single source of truth (web, marketing, product...)

 ### 17. Simple and User-Friendly Editor

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Valentyna P. | Localization Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Lokalise?**

Simle and user friendly editor, smothenes of inegrations for apps and web translations. Support is instant and helpful, feature requesting is realy working

**What do you dislike about Lokalise?**

Some more advanced QA settings would be amazing as sometimes I need to work forbidden or sprecial symbols

**What problems is Lokalise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Translation management, in-context translation, process automation

 ### 18. Lokalise makes localization less intimidating

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Lokalise?**

The filters, tags, and bulk actions make my work a lot easier! I like that translation memory can be edited. Deadlines are easy to update, and search is really great once you understand all icon buttons for things like "exact match" and "case sensitive."

**What do you dislike about Lokalise?**

The UI for comments and replies - I wish the reply button were more prominent. We keep adding separate messages in response to each others' comments, and if the reply button were more prominent, it would be easier to keep a conversation in the same thread.

The integration with Zendesk guide could be more robust. For example, I would love to be able to import only articles whose translations were flagged.

**What problems is Lokalise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us manage the translated content for our application. This makes it so much easier for the large number of customers who speak that language to engage with our application.

 ### 19. Lokalise is a great tool!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Lokalise?**

The user interface is very straightforward, making it easy to navigate. Collaborating with linguist teams is always a smooth process, as there are few questions when we are onboarding new team members. Lokalise offers a wide range of features and plugins, which helps our team work more efficiently and stay well connected with the development team.

**What do you dislike about Lokalise?**

The UI on the Projects page could benefit from being more detailed and better organized, with additional viewing options. Currently, you can only choose between seeing all project details or a simple list, which feels limiting. It would be helpful to have options like blocks or groupings to make navigation easier. As it stands, I often have to manually search to locate certain projects.

**What problems is Lokalise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lokalise has transformed the way we manage translations across our products. It has helped us reduce manual hand-offs and provided everyone with complete visibility into both progress and quality. Thanks to its integrations and automation features, our localization workflow has become faster, more consistent, and much easier to scale—especially given the number of brands and websites we oversee.

 ### 20. Simple Tool, but Slow Chat and Delayed Feature Support Hold It Back

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Lokalise?**

The back office part to edit string is easy to use. Fast inner translations. Spelling checks and fixes reco

**What do you dislike about Lokalise?**

They have prooven that they took too many time to support new features.
The answers from the chat are too slow.
The cli tools is not well documented

**What problems is Lokalise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Translations / lanuguages managements + export

 ### 21. Effortless Translation Management with Flexible Options

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Lokalise?**

Lokalise allows my team to easily manage translations of the product, including incremental translations and handling special translation cases, provides different translation options, from automatic to manually done by native language speakers and verified by translation team

**What do you dislike about Lokalise?**

The individual comments don't have an attention indicators. So if there is a red indicator with number of attention comments over the comments button, I can't easily find which comments require attention in the comments section.
I don't see the details of the translation order (like price and details of the ordered services), even in the payment confirmation email there are no details.

**What problems is Lokalise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously we had to deal with different translators for different languages using multiple project/tools, Lokalise is consolidating all the translation tasks into the one project with unified tools

 ### 22. Intuitive and easy to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katie N. | LCM Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Lokalise?**

It's quite intuitive and easy to learn to use. I love the figma plugin.

**What do you dislike about Lokalise?**

Sometimes the strings aren't automatically verified which leaves some values coming through as blank in our CRM platform.

**What problems is Lokalise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to communicate in multiple languages without speaking the language, it helps us reach a large audience and create personalised content.

 ### 23. Great experience so far!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jurgen V. | Principal Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Lokalise?**

Clear interface. Great features. Wonderful support. The AI features are very powerful and fast.

**What do you dislike about Lokalise?**

Have not found anything that we dislike so far.

**What problems is Lokalise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lokalise allows us to translate public facing interfaces into 19 languages with automated workflows and high quality translations.

 ### 24. It is indispensable for me in translating for the websites that I am subscribed to as a translator

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Taha A. | Computer Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 14, 2023

**What do you like best about Lokalise?**

Freedom, teams meeting to share ideas, following up the translator with reassurance on him from one day to the other. Just I love it

**What do you dislike about Lokalise?**

Nothing at all, I hope it stays the way it is

**What problems is Lokalise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem was in translating some applications, They used to come with wrong, incomplete or sometimes no translations, but after we Accession the translation team through Lokalise, things became much better.

 ### 25. Powerful tool, a bit rigid

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sam H. | software dev, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Lokalise?**

Lots of features, fits our usecase MOSTLY

**What do you dislike about Lokalise?**

The UX isn't the best. Our usecase might be a bit niche, but there are a few views that aren't as interactive as they could be. E.g. I've just pasted in json content to update a load of keys. Why can't i lookup which file they'll go into? I have to go look for the filename and paste it into the file path at the top

**What problems is Lokalise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

add the keys, let the client make the translation for their local language/usecase

 ### 26. New way to manage content

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Lokalise?**

Seeing all your strings in one place with full context is a game-changer. It gives me more visibility and control over live product content than I’ve had before. The interface makes it easy to navigate across projects, and I’m just starting to explore some of the more powerful features like branching and tasks.

**What do you dislike about Lokalise?**

There's a bit of a learning curve at first — it took me a while to understand how things like keys, branches, and screenshots work together. Some of the documentation could be clearer for content designers rather than engineers. But once you’re set up, it’s very efficient.

**What problems is Lokalise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lokalise helps us centralise and manage all our app content in one place, which has massively improved visibility and reduced errors. Before, content updates were scattered across teams and tools, with limited oversight once something hit production. Now I can review, update, and localise content in a controlled workflow. It's helping us ship faster, with more confidence, and better collaboration across product, design, and localisation.

 ### 27. A no-brainer for any localisation project, small or big.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Games | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Lokalise?**

What I like best about Lokalise is its ease of use, and the project/key/tags structure: be it for me (administration and localisation) or my technical team, there's close to zero friction in our daily use, and scaling from a small project to a big one is so easy that it's not even a question. Lokalise's AI localisation tools are now increasingly powerful and efficient, and they've become essential to my workflow, along with human localisers.

**What do you dislike about Lokalise?**

A recent redesign changed some highlight colors of the UI, from clear red/purple/orange to different shades of blue, with no possibility of switching it back. I really liked the previous colors, as they were really helpful to navigate the UI, and the new ones make it unnecessarily hard to distinguish some elements, such as empty vs non-empty keys, which actually affected my pace and enjoyment of the platform. Not a dealbreaker, but I hope they switch it back!

**What problems is Lokalise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lokalise is closing the gap between every part of the localisation process: from project management, to sharing the keys and assigning them to parts of the code, to the actual translation part. It makes us save hours and it's actually pleasant to use it. The key, project, and tags structure make it really easy to scale your project from a few keys to a hundreds or thousands keys. Lokalise has seen constant evolutions, almost all in the good direction, the recent AI push has simply made it a no-brainer to use. Furthermore, the platform is extremely flexible and reliable, and I have never lost any translations or anything like that, despite using it daily.

 ### 28. User-friendly solution that makes translation management smooth and efficient

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Lokalise?**

Lokalise is intuitive and easy to use, even for users without a strong technical background. The interface is clean and well-structured, making it easy to navigate and manage translations across multiple platforms. It offers numerous possibilities for me as a super user to work with API integrations, both our own and preset ones, as well as filters, tags, and more, for setting up translation tasks. However, translators and reviewers don't need to learn the solution in-depth to work on their translations. Customer support has been fast, friendly, and helpful whenever I have had questions.

**What do you dislike about Lokalise?**

There’s very little to complain about. If I had to point out something, I'd say that maybe some advanced features or configuration options can feel a bit hidden or require extra digging through documentation, but I think it is normal to need to look into that to set up more complex functionalities.

**What problems is Lokalise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lokalise helps us manage translations across our different platforms (Web, Android, iOS, and internal tools) in a structured and scalable way. Thanks to Lokalise, we can centralise all our content, collaborate easily with internal and external translators, and ensure consistency across languages. Especially the possibilities to add context through descriptions and screenshots is a big plus for us, as we are working with a complex solution which requires a lot of context knowledge for translators. This helps us reduce the risk of errors, and improves the user experience for our international user base.

 ### 29. Simplifies Translation Workflows, Even for Big Projects

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Banking | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Lokalise?**

It makes the translation process much simpler, even when working on large projects.

**What do you dislike about Lokalise?**

Nothing special, but I’m genuinely happy with the current implementation.

**What problems is Lokalise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lokalise has helped us centralize the translation management for all the different projects we run on the same platform. In addition, the platform is user-friendly enough to allow our collaborators to work together there smoothly.

 ### 30. Very good support team

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gyorgy G. | Senior Android Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Lokalise?**

My team had some issues with the AzDo integration and re-integration. The support team was very responsive, Karla helped me not only by pointing out the misconfiguration, but also gave advice regarding the workflow best practises. This help was what we needed for using Lokalise in a productive way.

**What do you dislike about Lokalise?**

Not a dislike but maybe an improvement: it would be useful to provide errors messages when a Pull Request could not be created for some reason. So we dont need to contact the support.

**What problems is Lokalise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Internationalisation in mobile apps.

 ### 31. Cleared a bottleneck in our process, removing translation aspect from our daily problems

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jakub M. | Release manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Lokalise?**

Filters and status allow us to scope quickly, and the API enables various small integrations that help us move faster. Amazing customer support.

**What do you dislike about Lokalise?**

There is a couple of edge case scenarios we sometimes go through that are inefficient or behave simplistic. An example of such a case is using two GitHub repositories (app ui and documentation) in one project.

**What problems is Lokalise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Extracts area of translation out of development flow. Less effort on engineering.

 ### 32. Great app, great support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Lokalise?**

Lokalise support is quick and always solution-oriented

**What do you dislike about Lokalise?**

They are constantly improving their system. I do not see anything I do not like about Lokalise

**What problems is Lokalise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lokalise is handling our translations very well

 ### 33. Automation for translation management - automate everything or just the elements you want

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessica G. | Head of Localization, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Lokalise?**

- Set it up once and integrate well, then you are all set for a continous development cycle.
- The tech setup is easy to understand
- Localization will become a painless process - maintenance is at a minimum for engineers. We only ever touch it when new content is being added.

**What do you dislike about Lokalise?**

The interface is crowded for translators, if they make it less crowded (with focus mode) the miss important information.

**What problems is Lokalise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Target language content is only managed on Lokalise - developers only need to take care of source. Everything else is handled, re-integration of target language content is seamless and regular and fast.
Never any file management required.

 ### 34. Very helpful system that streamlines the translation process

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Transportation/Trucking/Railroad | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Lokalise?**

- Ease of Integration with Azure DevOps
- Tasks make it easy for translators to work structured and in parallel with the development team
- Easy to use because of Batch actions

**What do you dislike about Lokalise?**

- UI loads for very frequently, making the experience less fluent

**What problems is Lokalise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamline translation process by:
- Having translators work in parallel with the development team (dev team is unblocked)
- No developers are required to update translations
- Making translations more consistent and of an higher quality
- Make it easier to support multiple languages and introduce new ones
- Translators have an easy UI to work with instead of via Excel

 ### 35. Best localization tool we've experienced

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maximilian S. | Head of Product, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Lokalise?**

Simple integration and easy to use interface is way ahead of competitors. Flexibility in adding machine/AI translations whenever needed is really cool and reduced our costs a lot.

**What do you dislike about Lokalise?**

There is nothing major I dislike about Lokalise - sometimes a small feature I would need is missing, but nothing really important.

**What problems is Lokalise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Provide our software in multiple languages with few resources and language proficiency

 ### 36. Quick and Easy Integration, But Occasional Slowness

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Commercial Real Estate | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Lokalise?**

It's fast, user-friendly, and the integration has been smooth so far. The features are also convenient to have.

**What do you dislike about Lokalise?**

At times, the application can be rather slow; for example, adding a new key might take longer than expected.

**What problems is Lokalise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Lokalise, we no longer need to manage localization keys separately on each platform. Now, we can keep everything centralized in one place.

 ### 37. Outstanding Support That Makes a Difference

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Lokalise?**

Support services and API documentation are helpful

**What do you dislike about Lokalise?**

UI is sometimes a it tricky to understand

**What problems is Lokalise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping our multilingual ECommerce site with translations in multiple locales

 ### 38. Apt platform for translation needs with multi solutions.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tabinda I. | Language Localist - Freelancer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2023

**What do you like best about Lokalise?**

It provides prompt in side panel with similar segments reducing the effort to re-translate segments. Also, it suggests appropriate options which other leading search engines might be using, hence one could refine their work to beat the competitors.

**What do you dislike about Lokalise?**

It could auto-populate similar text in all relevant segments.

**What problems is Lokalise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AI Integrated model helps as the system prompts the apt version of translation. It even provides few other translations used by competitor search engines.

 ### 39. Good product and excellent customer support!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lasse M. | Engineering Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Lokalise?**

My favourite thing with Lokalise is how quickly they reply to my inquiries.
There is seldom a need to reach out, but the few times I've done so the response times has been quite impressive.

Overall the product delivers exactly what we need; and we need quite a few things.

**What do you dislike about Lokalise?**

No real down sides. Our setup is relatively complex with backend, frontend (web/android/ios). Android has a lot of resource files in a lot of gradle modules which makes everything with localization a bit hard, but our current workflow which includes Lokalise works very well without too much friction.

**What problems is Lokalise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need a good way to provide our millions of users using a number of different locales with decent translations. We have our own translations/copywriter team.
It also needs to integrate with our various CI pipelines and GitHub flows.

 ### 40. Great translation tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karthik V. | Senior Software engineer and Technical Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Lokalise?**

1. The integration with language models like Google translate, Deepl, Microsoft Translator and also AI.
2. Customer chat support is outstanding.
3. Custom locales

**What do you dislike about Lokalise?**

An option to restore deleted keys apart from snapshot would be great since for some critical systems Lokalise might be the single source of truth for content and pulled dynamically.

Mistakenly deleting the keys might mean, the UI/UX is broken.

More flawless integration with headless-CMS like Contentful.

**What problems is Lokalise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have our product is more than 36 Markets. Lokalise is the only tool used to maintain all the content with translations. In fact it is currently also used as a CMS and it works.

 ### 41. Easy to use with multiple colleagues and I never fear to lose any progress

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Games | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Lokalise?**

I enjoy using bulk actions and the AI tool to optimize workflows. Whenever I am missing a feature or something is not working as expected (which rarely happens by the way), I contact their support over the chat, and they are always very friendly and help me fix any issues fast. I use Lokalise every day as I write all the texts for our game.

**What do you dislike about Lokalise?**

There were two outages in the last 3 weeks. Up until this point, I rarely had any issues with Lokalise.

**What problems is Lokalise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy access for all our translators.

 ### 42. Very powerful tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Natasya A. | Product Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Lokalise?**

It's customisable and easy to track things, there are feature to customise things. It's easy to do bulk action and monitoring.

**What do you dislike about Lokalise?**

Sometimes the features are hidden or too small to realise and only if you know you know. Need learning curve at the beginning.

The figma plugin is not good when not set up correctly, its ability to add hidden key and placeholder key ended up to cluttering the main keys list.

**What problems is Lokalise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Moving database from google sheets to Lokalise. Easier to create new keys and track old keys.

 ### 43. Very professional, intuitive and helpful tool for translators

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Milan P. | Translation & ASO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2022

**What do you like best about Lokalise?**

I like the user interface, as it is intuitive, easy to use and contains a bunch of helpful tools for making my job as a translator easier, such as access to the translation memory, able to see previous translations of the same or similar phrase, and also, the thing that is very helpful is the ability to see screenshots and comment sections which the client leaves which reduce the time I have to spend guessing what the source text meant.

**What do you dislike about Lokalise?**

I noticed a couple of bugs while working in Lokalise, but these are workflow bugs and not feature or functionality bugs that hinder me from delivering a quality translation. For example, the ctrl+enter function does not confirm the translation.

**What problems is Lokalise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Speeding up the translation process, enabling quick and quality communication between me as a translator and the client and it enables me to have an insight into the context of the source text in the form of comments or images/screenshots (extremely helpful). Also, I am able to ask questions and upload documents.

**Official Response from Federica Macri:**

> Hello and thank you very much for providing your feedback! Sorry to hear you have experienced some bugs, even if minor ones - we would still love to have more details about them. Please, feel free to reach out to support@lokalise.com and let us know what went wrong!

Many thanks again for being a loyal Lokalise customer.

 ### 44. Great tool for Product Localization

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chiara S. | Senior Localization Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2024

**What do you like best about Lokalise?**

With Lokalise AI I can get good quality translations that take into account 100% matches, my style guide and the glossary. So the reviewers just have to focus on making the copy sound more natural in the target language and ensure consistency througout the project :)

**What do you dislike about Lokalise?**

We could push further the quality of Lokalise AI and automated LQA to help Localization teams track quality and support reviewers in their proofreading work.

**What problems is Lokalise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lokalise is solving the problem to translata Product keys because it's specifically designed for software localization. With the API integrations currently running between Lokalise and other CMSs, I can cut manual project management times by a lot.

 ### 45. A great platform to handle your software translation projects! And it got beefed-up with AI goodies!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gabriel Alejandro C. | Freelancer, Internet, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Lokalise?**

It's pretty straightforward, quick and easy to use.

It allows for great communication with the management of any translation projects.

It allows to track the advancement and changes on every single aspect of any project.

And now, it even has AI powers to make it quicker and easier to use.

**What do you dislike about Lokalise?**

Probably the fact that sometimes you just get some notifications about projects you can't work on. Maybe that's the project manager's fault, but you still keep getting these emails from Lokalise.

It doesn't look as good or easy to use in mobile.

**What problems is Lokalise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping my project managers to handle the translation of huge pieces of software seamlessly and simultaneously across many languages and dialects.

It's cost-effective.

Now with their AI integrations things tend to be quicker.

 ### 46. Great platform to mnage translations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rasa . | CPO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Lokalise?**

The best thing is Figma Lokalise plugin that allows me to push the keys from Figma designs to Lokalise. The screenshots are added to Lokalise and give more context to the translators on the context.

**What do you dislike about Lokalise?**

It is not easy to hide or show certain keys only to specific locales. Which means I need to hide keys manually or pay for the translations that I will not support later

**What problems is Lokalise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it for 11 languages. Makes the translations management for our app quite easy.

 ### 47. Great tool for translation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michel Douglas G. | Analista de Sistemas Sênior, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Lokalise?**

I find the way of translating using various AI techniques very objective. The Translation Memory is also widely used by our company.

**What do you dislike about Lokalise?**

Some bugs with translation memory, it accepts incorrect translations and then starts replicating them for all the keys.

**What problems is Lokalise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I didn't understand the question.

 ### 48. Very easy and intuitive

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dawid P. | Senior Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Lokalise?**

I really like how easy and fast Lokalise is.

**What do you dislike about Lokalise?**

Creating filtering rules is a bit cumbersome

**What problems is Lokalise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps with translations to many languages. We are using translation branching model to check whether localisation is correct before it can be applied on production.

 ### 49. AI Localisation Ally

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Romain D. | Product Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 19, 2022

**What do you like best about Lokalise?**

I love the AI automation that automatically translate my keys when created.
I like all features related to key management, project management, integrations.
Our tech team really liked the i18-ally for VS Code which helped turn legacy hardcoded text into translation keys.
The customer support is always available to help

**What do you dislike about Lokalise?**

I like the glossary feature but it could be improved to be more helpful when translating. I hope they update it soon to the same level of other translation key management features.

**What problems is Lokalise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves many struggles when delivering a user experience in different markets and languages. Every company moving from spreadsheet to Lokalise should see a huge increase on the quality of the experience and the collaboration between teams.

 ### 50. Great Features, but Some UI elements should be more intuitive

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Lokalise?**

Robust localisation platform so far. I have a been using if for several months now and it's performed well so far

**What do you dislike about Lokalise?**

Still get confused about some UI elements

**What problems is Lokalise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows for a better management of UI strings from our products
