What do you like best about Legito?

• User friendly front-end.

• Powerful editing module for document automation.

• Excellent customization toolkit (branding, workspaces, workflows, layouts, etc.)

• Entry-level CLM with great DocuSign integration and an excellent customizable notification system.

• Good options for configuring security levels and user access permissions.

• Excellent "Batch Generation" option for mass document generation.

What do you dislike about Legito?

• Stability ( it´s normal because the tech team is developing a lot of updates every month).

What do you like best about Legito?

The flexibility in the system. I do not need to be able to code to use the system. I like the user-friendly front-office. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Legito?

The legito platform does not have an efficient funcionality for clause-library.

Big docuemnt take to long time to load.

If user does not wait for the "purple line" in left corner, the system does not provide the correct response or give a warning. The purple line should be replaced by a time-circle in the middle of the page so user notice it and do not proceed until the system is ready. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We released a brand new Clause Library feature that allows you to centrally update clauses that are being used throughout all the relevant templates. You can find more information about this feature on our website (link below).

We are also aware that sophisticated automated documents have been subject to delayed loading times, so we have been working on new document editor enhancements to significantly speed up this process.

What do you like best about Legito?

We spent quite a bit of time doing market research on different contract automation tools and Legito stood out immediately. The main reasons for this are its advanced features in contract automation (looping functionality, bilingual documents option to name a few) as well as the user-friendly and straightforward editing side (for the legal to build the structure). On top of that, Legito's customer support is top-notch: always very responsive, always happy to think along and find the best solutions to fit your needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Legito?

I have not encountered dislikes. With the new version updates, there were some quick fixes at first, but that is natural and nothing peculiar to Legito's way of working. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Legito solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sourcing agreement system was the main area we were solving with Legito. Having an automated system where a sourcing manager would be able to fill in the necessary questionnaire and based on the input a customized agreement would be formed through Legito, is something that manages to save a lot of hours doing manual work both for the legal teams as well as the sourcing teams.
