The customer service provided for the service is quite good. 2. The plans are competitive and reasonable and a bit on the lower side. **What do you dislike about Kingmailer?** 1. There is less variety in the type of plans supported. 2. There could be more options provided and customization should be provided on per customer/client basis. **What problems is Kingmailer solving and how is that benefiting you?** 1. We stumbled on Kingmailer and got great support setting op our account from Navin. The service works way better that sendgrid. Where we had issues with sending mails to hotmail and sometimes sending was blocked, we have had no problem with Kingmailer. **What do you dislike about Kingmailer?** Reporting could be a bit better, but when we have an issue we just ask support and they help us. **Recommendations to others considering Kingmailer:** Just do it! **What problems is Kingmailer solving and how is that benefiting you?** Transactional emails. Because we do many ecommerce websites now, this is a must have service! ### 6. With a fantastic user experience, it is very quick to use. You may use this program to develop low-cost email marketing strategies with high sales prices if you're short on budgets or resources. **What do you dislike about Kingmailer?** Their free edition only contains a limit of 800 emails. It’s very economic. We cannot expect as much as some for this purpose. Putting this factor aside, with this software and neither advanced features we should not anticipate a great deliverability pace. **What problems is Kingmailer solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's a fantastic tool in general. It is a relational email solution that provides a web SMTP mail server for companies. They have a free edition that makes it easier for us to test their service. The configuration was very quick, and it was very easy to build a strategy as well. It took a few moments to get it all up to speed. ### 7. Once it's set up, I can just forget it and be sure that it'll work. **What do you dislike about Kingmailer?** We haven't been able to attach files to mails sent with Kingmailer. **Recommendations to others considering Kingmailer:** If you're frustrated with Sendgrid, this is the one you want. **What problems is Kingmailer solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using Kingmailer for our e-commerce clients where email delivery is absolutely critical and have not once have complaints about missing emails. ### 8. Great stability and options. Nice prices too. 5 USD is a good price **What do you dislike about Kingmailer?** Bad support, and terrible information on the website. They "offer" a trial, but don't say for how long. In a footnote on the site it is said we start with a free account with 100 emails month. But after all, there is no free account and the trial expires when they want. I had a 12 hours notice and after that i had my account suspended. 12 hours!!! After contacting the support their own email bounced back. They said they had no interest in free accounts. Nice service, but the info should be improved as it led me into mistake. I'll keep my client's domains in Mailgun, that with all their flaws are way more reliable than kingmailer at this point. **What problems is Kingmailer solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was looking for a mailgun alternative. Kingmailer had everything to fill that need, until they asked for payment and suspended my account. No deadlines given in any email or site info ### 9.
