The platform is highly effective at analyzing large amounts of data and turning them into clear and valuable insights for identifying areas of improvement.

**What do you dislike about Keatext?**

In some tables, when the character count is too high, the name text gets truncated and it becomes impossible to view the full information.

**What problems is Keatext solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By analyzing a large volume of data, the platform provides valuable insights into overall user sentiment, making it possible to identify specific improvement areas through targeted filter sets.

I appreciate the professionalism, advice, responsiveness, and speed of Keatext. Additionally, the personalized support offered alongside the service platform allowed us to benefit from a turnkey service without any intervention on our part.

I use Keatext for the automatic processing of hundreds of customer comments submitted each month, which facilitates classification and taking improvement actions.

**What do you like best about Keatext?**

Keatext is easy to use and enables me to drive to insights quickly. With its opinion/sentiment assignments, Keatext saves me a ton of time--not just by automating the scraping and aggregation of data, but by actually "understanding" the content it analyzes. Keatext enables me to create impactful analyses and visualizations that help my clients understand the topic (and help me look cool in front of my clients). Keatext is not cheap but the value it delivers outpaces its price. I cannot say enough good things about the Keatext team -- they always go above and beyond for me, even though I am a very small client. I would (and do) recommend Keatext to anyone.

**What do you dislike about Keatext?**

Some areas within the tool are a little clunky or less intuitive than I might prefer. Some additional overall/macro-level analyses would be helpful.

**What problems is Keatext solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keatext helps me solve the problem of needed to understand analyze large amounts of text (e.g., company or product reviews).

**What do you like best about Keatext?**

We used Keatext for an analysis of a high volume of app store reviews. With a condensed timeline, we were able to easily see groupings of themes and understand relationships by digging into the individual data and correlations. The dashboard gave us different ways to slice the data for analysis and determine where to focus our recommendations and further exploration. The onboarding was thorough and very accommodating to our specific needs, and we appreciated the excellent customer service experience throughout the term of the project.

**What do you dislike about Keatext?**

If we had more time on the project we could have further updated the models to improve the accuracy of the analysis we were seeing but I would have liked a simple way to correct groupings of themes more quickly.

Analyzing large set of unstructured qualitative data to identify product opportunities.

**What do you like best about Keatext?**

Customer service is obviously a big focus of the team and they offered us training and regular meetings to make sure we were getting everything out of the product during our 14-day trial. The team's patience and guidance was outstanding as they sought to make sure we understood the power of the platform.  The platform has a great focus, especially the way the analysis was framed into topics and opinions. However, what really stood out was the use of 4 larger categories other than simple sentiment that framed the information an opportunity each topic and opinion pair represented. We weren't able to really use it to import more data over a longer period but the features that showed trending of a topic or opinion between two time periods looked promising.

**What do you dislike about Keatext?**

Could use more trend reporting across periods and clearer ways to tag situations that need focus.  The use of the data was clearly focused on helping analysts find actionable information but reporting for individuals that need a distilled version of what the comments say was harder to formulate.  However, the mentioned the ability to create dashboards that might have made it more beneficial for that but we didn't get to that need before our trial ended.

We used the platform to identify stressors and successes for our clients while transitioning through the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic.
