I'm frequently on my website (backend) as an Admin and this is very easy to navigate . **What do you dislike about JBoard?** Seeing how many folks have looked at my open positions is great but not seeing why individuals have not completed the application and applied is a bit annoying. I do have my job board connect with Google API for jobs and this has helped out tremendously.
