**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raj K. | Chief Executive Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2024

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

What stands out most about HubSpot Sales Hub is its incredibly simple and user friendly interface. Exploring the features is easy and useful. Using it on a weekly basis, the real time tracking and reporting tools have become essential for delivering deep insights into our sales success and consumer behavior.
The recent product rollout have improve our productivity. The new design of sales workplace is more better then before. Smart deal progression and breeze ai agent have automated manual follow ups.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Whole platform is excellent, the pricing structure canberather costly for startups and small businesses. The cost scales up quickly, particularly when add more seats for growing users which can make it a heavy investment for small business.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub has simplified our sales operations by concentrating our sales efforts on a single platform. Before utilising HubSpot, we struggled with disconnected systems and manual data input, often resulting in errors and inefficiencies. Automated workflows handle routine duties like sending follow-up emails and updating data, allowing our team to focus on more strategic operations. The centralised database keeps all customer information up to date and conveniently accessible, which improves our communication and client interactions.

  ### 2. HubSpot: One Place to Run Business Development Across Service Lines

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** L S. | Business Development Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

HubSpot keeps everything in one place — contact records, pipelines, and outreach all organized by product line. Breeze AI has been a game changer for building lead lists fast. The ability to manage a whole team's activity, track where every prospect stands, and upload bulk contacts saves me hours every week. It's the backbone of how I run business development across multiple service lines.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Breeze AI can lag — sometimes it freezes the page I'm on until the response loads, and occasionally it won't insert generated content into my records properly. I'd also love the ability to have two HubSpot tabs open simultaneously with Breeze running independently in each. For someone who moves fast and inputs a lot of information quickly, the response speed needs to catch up.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot solves the problem of managing high-volume business development across multiple product lines without losing track of anyone. Before having everything centralized, keeping up with hundreds of prospects across ATM processing, ACH, and property management would be chaos. Now every contact, every outreach stage, and every team member's activity lives in one place. Breeze AI speeds up lead research and contact building that would otherwise take hours manually. It essentially acts as my entire BD operation — research, organize, outreach, track, follow up — all without switching between a dozen different tools.

  ### 3. Streamlining My Sales Process in One Platform.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Khushbun N. | Senior Admission Counselor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

The best feature of Hubspot is being one platform of all sales process like I can track email, track my pipeline, scheduling meeting and having reporting tool. it helps me building better relationship with my clients and stay organized.

even the interface is also very user-friendly I could easily manage my leads and it helps me gain productivity. so basically everything at one place Lead management, Reporting, Ease of use, Sales productivity.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

HubSpot is a solid platform overall and is fairly easy to navigate, but one thing I find challenging is that some of the more powerful features are only available in the higher-priced plans. As a company grows, the costs can add up quickly. I've also noticed that certain reporting and customization options don't always offer the level of flexibility that larger or more specialized sales platforms provide.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub helps me keep all my sales activities organized in one place. Instead of switching between different tools or tracking information manually, I can manage contacts, monitor deals, and keep track of customer interactions more efficiently.

The biggest benefit for me is that it saves time and makes it easier to stay on top of follow-ups. The automation features reduce repetitive tasks, and the visibility into the sales pipeline helps me prioritize opportunities better. Overall, it has helped me work more efficiently and maintain stronger relationships with prospects and customers.

  ### 4. Efficient CRM for Streamlined Sales and Better Pipeline Visibility

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Preethi K. | Associate Sales Manager, Staffing and Recruiting, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

HubSpot delivers a smooth and highly organized sales experience that many teams appreciate for its simplicity, automation, and visibility into the pipeline. What makes it unique is how naturally it connects sales, marketing, and customer interactions in one place, helping teams stay aligned without juggling multiple tools. Users especially like the clean interface, email tracking, workflow automation, and quick onboarding for new reps. However, many growing businesses mention that advanced reporting, customization, and premium features become expensive over time, and some enterprise users feel complex workflows still require external tools or integrations. Overall, HubSpot stands out as a modern CRM that balances usability with powerful sales enablement.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Advanced reporting can be more better otherwise nothing its perfect

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot solves challenges like manual follow-ups, scattered client data, and poor pipeline visibility by automating sales activities, tracking interactions, and organizing opportunities in one platform. It has helped improve productivity, streamline follow-ups, and provide better visibility into the sales pipeline, making client management and sales tracking more efficient.

  ### 5. Useful, simple, easy, strategic, though still limiting in certain cases.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tomislav T. | Partnerships & Business Development , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2022

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

What I like best about HubSpot Sales Hub is how easy it makes it to manage the full sales workflow in one place. The pipeline view gives a clear overview of deal stages, tasks, and next steps, while sequences, templates, and automated follow-ups save a lot of manual work each week. I also find the AI features useful for speeding up smaller tasks, such as summarizing activity, drafting emails, and getting quicker context before following up with a prospect. An unexpected benefit is how much easier it becomes to keep sales data clean and visible across the team, which helps with both daily prioritization and reporting.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

What I dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub is that some advanced workflows, reporting views, and CRM customization options can become difficult to manage as the sales process becomes more complex. The core UI is easy to use, but deeper configuration often requires trial and error, especially when building automation or trying to structure data in a very specific way. I also think the AI features are useful, but they can still feel a bit generic and sometimes need heavy editing before they are ready to use. Better guidance inside the platform and more flexible customization options would make the tool stronger for scaling sales teams.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub solves the problem of having sales activity spread across too many places. Before using it, it was harder to keep a clear overview of deal progress, follow-ups, tasks, and customer interactions. Now, the pipeline view, activity timeline, sequences, templates, and automated task reminders make it easier to manage deals consistently and avoid missed follow-ups.

This benefits me by saving time each week and making the sales process more structured. The AI features also help by summarizing context, supporting email drafting, and making it faster to prepare for follow-ups. Overall, HubSpot Sales Hub helps improve visibility, prioritization, and consistency across the sales workflow.

  ### 6. Time-Saving Navigation, Flexible Dashboards, and Seamless Prospecting

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Valerie K. | Senior Exhibit Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Navigation saves me time and makes the platform easier to use. I love how we can quickly flex our reports and dashboards as we need them. Sequences are easy to create, clone, and adjust, which helps keep me in front of my clients automatically. The AI assistance is there when I need a second opinion, and Customer Support is helpful and quick to respond.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Of all the CRMs I’ve used for sales—Goldmine, ACT, Salesforce, and Microsoft Dynamics—this has been the easiest to work with, while still delivering the most robust performance. It saves me time and lets me focus on talking with prospects, while the technology warms up my leads in the background.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used to email leads one by one, but now all of that happens automatically, which saves me a tremendous amount of time. Plus, I can see when they engage and tell which sequences are performing best.

  ### 7. Getting organized is HubSpot

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Coreen H. | Administrative Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 28, 2022

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I wasn't terribly fond of the changes that HubSpot had made about a year ago, based on a pop-up window that kept coming into play and I was not able to turn it off at the time. The new HubSpot is much more improved and on point although I do notice a lag still with the assessment forms dropping into HubSpot still (and yes I am a cookie cleaner upper) Some of the new features I absolutely love is the pinned note that is highlighted in the folio, this stands out so well nobody can miss the most important thing on the page. The organization is still epic and keeps us right on point for the employees that use it. It has made it so I can work from home 3 days a week and still be right on point with our clientele.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Still need to improve the drop time for the assessments, it still lags to the point that I will add on another because I think I dropped the ball and missed the submit button. I would still love and option of a side by side pinned note. Also recently noticed that I cannot hit enter to clear space to add an address to the "Deal Description" This feature used to allow me to enter an address simply rather then have to select a spot and then spacebar through to make sure things are not jumbled.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps significantly with communications amongst our small crew. Although not all of the crew reads the notes when they do it is exceptionally helpful to keep us all on the same page.

  ### 8. HubSpot Sales Hub Makes Sales Activity Easy to Manage in One Place

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Calvin M. | Senior Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

What I like best about HubSpot Sales Hub is how easy it makes it to manage my sales activity in one place. It helps me track emails, calls, tasks, deals, and follow-ups without having to jump between multiple systems. The CRM is user-friendly, the automation saves time, and the visibility into pipeline activity makes it easier to stay organized and focused on the right opportunities.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

The only thing I would say is that the mobile app could always be a little better, but I think that is true with most CRM and sales tools. The desktop experience is strong, but on mobile some tasks can feel a little less smooth or take a few extra clicks. Overall, it still works well and HubSpot Sales Hub is a very useful tool for managing sales activity.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub helps solve the problem of keeping sales activity organized and visible. It allows me to track deals, follow-ups, emails, calls, tasks, and customer notes in one place, which makes it easier to manage my pipeline and stay on top of opportunities. It also helps reduce missed follow-ups, improves communication across the team, and gives better visibility into where each deal stands. Overall, it saves time and helps me be more efficient and consistent in my sales process.

  ### 9. Making the Sales Process Easier

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John L. | Sales Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2021

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I have used other CRMs since and it has become readily apparent that HubSpot is far superior and more efficient. Zoho is terrible

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Just keep mobile capability up to date and ahead of their competitors

**Recommendations to others considering HubSpot Sales Hub:**

Give it a try; you won't be disappointed. Also, make sure not to get frustrated at the start if you don't know how to navigate it right off the bat. There are helpful tutorials and info on the site and once you play around with it for a bit, and get acclimated to how it works it will come second nature pretty quickly.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quick and efficient dealings with potential customers, as well as current clients. Having everything on one screen, and to accurately log dealing with clients, while keeping tracking of sales and all the necessary metrics puts this so far ahead of any of the previous CRMs that i have dealt with.

  ### 10. Intuitive Dashboards and Workflows That Streamline Team Performance

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ben H. | Director of Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Everything is clearly labelled and easy to navigate. I can quickly find deals, leads, and other key items, and as a manager I’m able to check workloads and volumes. The dashboards also make it easy to understand trends at a glance. I’ve been able to streamline processes by using workflows to integrate AI tools such as Claude, which has helped improve the team’s performance. Getting everything set up was quick and straightforward with the help of Hubspot and their integration partner, and overall it feels like very good value for money.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

The menu (although clear) is rather cluttered with features that we do not use though I understand this is being worked on (from my experience using the feedback forum).

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us keep our house in order, to keep everyone working to consistent processes and improve our quality of data. This allows us to be more compliant and to produce meaningful MI data that we can use to make changes to our business and processes as we grow.

  ### 11. Intuitive All-in-One Sales Hub, But Advanced Features Can Get Pricey

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mahek Y. | Google Ads Expert, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

What I like best about HubSpot Sales Hub is how intuitive and user-friendly the platform is, even for teams that are new to CRM tools. The email tracking, meeting scheduling, pipeline management, and automation features are all integrated into one place, which makes managing sales activities much more efficient. I also appreciate the seamless integration with other HubSpot tools, allowing marketing and sales teams to stay aligned. The reporting dashboards provide clear visibility into team performance and deal progress, helping improve decision-making and productivity.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

One thing I dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub is that some of the more advanced features and automation capabilities are locked behind higher-tier pricing plans, which can become expensive for growing businesses. The customization options for reports and workflows can also feel somewhat limited compared to more enterprise-focused CRM platforms. Additionally, while the interface is generally easy to use, certain features can take time to fully understand due to the large number of tools available within the platform.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub helps solve several sales management challenges by centralizing customer information, communication tracking, deal management, and sales automation in one platform. It reduces the need for manual data entry and follow-ups by automating repetitive tasks such as email sequences, reminders, and lead tracking. This has improved overall team productivity, streamlined the sales process, and made it easier to manage customer relationships efficiently. The platform also provides better visibility into pipeline performance and sales activities, which helps in making faster, data-driven decisions and improving conversion rates.

  ### 12. Total visibility of the pipeline and automations that optimize tracking

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lizeth M. | Revenue Assurance Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

What I like most about HubSpot Sales Hub is the complete visibility of the pipeline and the ease of tracking opportunities. The automations and reminders help me not to miss important tasks and to optimize time. Additionally, the reports and dashboards allow for real-time performance analysis and data-driven decision-making. The integration with other tools also greatly facilitates the team's workflow.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Some important features are limited to more expensive plans, and the initial customization can take time. Additionally, certain advanced reports are not as intuitive to set up.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub helps solve the lack of visibility in the sales process and the difficulty of tracking clients and opportunities. Previously, it was common to lose information or not be clear about what stage each deal was in. With HubSpot, the entire pipeline is centralized and updated in real-time. Additionally, it automates repetitive tasks like reminders and follow-ups, which saves time and improves productivity. This allows the team to focus more on closing deals and making decisions based on reliable data.

  ### 13. All-in-One Client Lifecycle Management in HubSpot Sales Hub

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Margarita C. | Head of iFluence Marketing, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

What I like best about HubSpot Sales Hub is its ability to support the full client lifecycle in one platform. I can manage client and prospect tracking, email communication, outreach, forms, reporting, and analytics all in one place. This centralization makes it easier to stay organized, maintain visibility into pipeline activity, and efficiently manage both client relationships and sales processes.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

One challenge I’ve experienced with HubSpot Sales Hub is the limited visibility into sequences across users, even at the enterprise level. While I can access them as an admin by logging in as another user, there isn’t an easy way for team members to view or learn from each other’s sequences. This makes it more difficult to train new users, share best practices, and replicate successful outreach strategies across the team.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub solves the challenge of managing the entire sales and client lifecycle in a single, centralized platform. It brings together client and prospect tracking, email communication, outreach, forms, reporting, and analytics, eliminating the need for multiple disconnected tools. This benefits me by improving organization, increasing visibility into pipeline and performance, and enabling more efficient, data-driven outreach and relationship management.

  ### 14. Automated Sales Ecosystem With User-Friendly Interface

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jenom N. | Co-founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

In terms of ease of use, HubSpot has consistently maintained an intuitive UI, which makes onboarding new team members super fast compared to other CRM providers.

The integration of sales, marketing, and service tools into a single system saves time and prevents unnecessary back-and-forth when navigating from one hub to another.

Workflow automation really helps reduce the manual execution of tasks and also makes lead management easier.

They offer two seats on the free plan, which is fine for small teams and feels sufficient given the platform’s top-quality performance.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

The options to customize features are more restricted than other CRMs such as in AWS Connect.

Small businesses may not be able to scale easily because some important features are reserved for the higher tiers.

I don't dislike support but more can be provided when compared to the top competitors.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot's Sales Hub is helping us apply features that are not easy to navigate in other CRMs.

Our Sales Reps are familiar with using the platform because it is one of the oldest serving and longest performing tools in the sales and marketing space.

  ### 15. All-in-One, Intuitive Sales Platform with Powerful Automation and Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Feras T. | Sales Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

What I like best about HubSpot Sales Hub is how it brings the entire sales process into one clean and intuitive platform. The pipeline management is extremely user-friendly, and the drag-and-drop deal stages make it easy for our team to track opportunities and stay organized without wasting time on manual updates.

One of the biggest advantages is the automation capabilities. Automated sequences, task reminders, email tracking, and workflow automation have significantly improved our response times and follow-up consistency. The email tracking and meeting scheduling tools alone save hours every week and help increase conversion rates.

HubSpot’s UI/UX is one of the strongest in the CRM industry. Everything feels modern, fast, and easy to navigate, even for new users during onboarding. The reporting dashboards provide clear visibility into sales performance, pipeline health, and team activities, which helps management make faster decisions.

Another major benefit is the integrations ecosystem. HubSpot connects smoothly with tools like Gmail, Outlook, LinkedIn, Slack, Zoom, and many third-party platforms, making it easy to centralize operations without complex setup processes.

The AI-powered features have also become increasingly valuable. AI email assistance, conversation insights, and predictive recommendations help improve productivity and personalize outreach more effectively.

From an ROI perspective, HubSpot Sales Hub delivers strong value because it reduces manual work, improves sales visibility, and helps teams scale processes efficiently. Their onboarding resources, knowledge base, and customer support are also excellent, especially for growing companies that need reliable guidance while scaling their sales operations.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

One downside of HubSpot Sales Hub is that the pricing can become expensive as your team grows or when you need access to more advanced features. Many useful automation, reporting, and customization capabilities are locked behind higher-tier plans, which may not be ideal for smaller businesses or startups with limited budgets.

Another challenge is that some advanced workflows and reporting configurations require a learning curve, especially for teams without prior CRM or automation experience. While the interface itself is very user-friendly, setting up complex automations or custom processes can take time and may require technical understanding.

The platform also has certain limitations in customization compared to more enterprise-focused CRMs, particularly for highly specialized sales operations. In some cases, deeper customization or advanced integrations may require third-party tools or custom development.

Additionally, email sending limits and contact tier pricing can increase operational costs quickly for companies running large-scale outbound campaigns. Although HubSpot performs very well overall, some larger accounts may occasionally notice slower loading times when working with very large datasets or complex dashboards.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub is helping us solve several major sales and operational challenges, especially around lead management, follow-up consistency, and visibility across the sales pipeline. Before using HubSpot, a lot of our sales activities were scattered across spreadsheets, emails, and different communication tools, which made tracking opportunities and team performance difficult.

With HubSpot Sales Hub, we now have a centralized system where the entire sales process is organized in one place. It helps us manage leads more efficiently, automate repetitive follow-ups, track email engagement, schedule meetings, and monitor deal progress in real time. This has significantly improved team productivity and reduced the risk of missing opportunities or delayed responses.

The automation features have been especially valuable because they save time on manual tasks and ensure prospects receive timely communication. The reporting dashboards also provide clear insights into pipeline performance, conversion rates, and sales activities, allowing us to make faster and more data-driven decisions.

Another major benefit is improved collaboration between sales and marketing teams. Since everything is connected inside the platform, it’s much easier to align campaigns, track lead sources, and measure ROI more accurately.

Overall, HubSpot Sales Hub has helped streamline our sales operations, improve response times, increase visibility, and create a more scalable and predictable sales process.

  ### 16. Integral Optimization for Sales and Marketing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cristian G. | Revenue opeation analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I like the ease and the way HubSpot Sales Hub can be optimized with marketing and customer service. That is, the sales department is not isolated from the other departments, but can be linked between marketing and customer service or retention. Furthermore, the change has been very good because now we can connect marketing, sales, and retention from a centralized CRM, which allows us to have organized data and perform different proposed analyses. The initial setup of HubSpot Sales Hub was easy, intuitive, and the Hootsuite Academy along with the support team helped us a lot.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Although it is a tool that has many functions and is visually very well structured, I think the ease of use between contacts or the ease of searching could be improved. Sometimes one gets overwhelmed with so many buttons that one doesn't know what they are for.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub solves the entire sales funnel process, facilitates communication with customers, and optimizes customer management. It improves the connection between sales, marketing, and customer service, ensuring the sales department is not isolated.

  ### 17. Keeping Sales Organised and Teams Aligned

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew B. | Customer Success Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I really value how clearly everything is structured in HubSpot Sales Hub. The sections are intuitive, so information does not get lost or buried, which makes it easy to stay organised and efficient. I also appreciate how well it integrates with the other tools I use, allowing for a smoother and more connected workflow.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

At times, I find that HubSpot Sales Hub could offer more flexibility to fully adapt to some specific workflow needs. That said, the team has been very open to feedback, and I appreciate their willingness to communicate and suggest alternative solutions when limitations come up.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub helps streamline and standardise our workflows, which has a direct impact on efficiency across the team. It is very easy to set up and share workflows, so everyone is aligned on processes and expectations. This is especially valuable for onboarding, as new hires can quickly get up to speed and start contributing almost from day one without a steep learning curve.

  ### 18. Best CRM for Sales & Busines Development Executives

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ravi B. | Sr. Business Development Executive, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2025

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

What I like most is how intuitive and clean the interface is, it doesn't take a lot of time to get used to it, even if you are not super technical. As a Business Development Executive, I use it daily for tracking emails, managing deals, and the integration with Gmail makes it seamless.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I have noticed that some features, like advanced reporting or certain automation tools, are locked behind higher-tier plans. For small teams or startups, that can be a bit limiting.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest challenge it solved for me was managing leads and follow-ups without letting anything slip through the cracks. Before HubSpot, everything was spread across spreadsheet and email threads, and it was hard to keep track of where each lead stood. ### 19. HubSpot Sales Hub: Stellar Pipeline Management and Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anne G. | Senior Account Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I wouldn’t use any other CRM—HubSpot has everything I need, and the Sales Hub is truly stellar. The pipeline management saves me a ton of time and keeps me focused on the right priorities. The automation also works really well, letting me personalize outreach while still automating follow-ups with prospects.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

It can be a learning curve if you’re not familiar with HubSpot, but that’s because it is a powerful tool with a lot of customization. The goals and forecasting tools could be a little easier and I wish you could track custom goals in Sales Hub Professional.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool saves me time and makes it easy to do quick, personalized outreach. The templates keep my demo follow-up in one easy-to-find place, with all my links already included. I also really like the calendar tool—it’s great, and it links to all properties for my contact and company records.

  ### 21. HubSpot Saves Time and Helps Sales Reps Close Deals with Confidence

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Delon R. | Graphic Designer, Graphic Design, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

What I find the most helpful with Hubspot Sales Hub is that the dashboard showcases the current leads and harmonized on the dashboard, saves time following up. Transforming every sales representative into an excellent Performer and helps closing the deal with support on knowing what to say in the negotiation process. The ROI is increased with the ability to follow up. Onboarding is sufficient. The speed of the software running on the website is surprisingly reasonable.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

The AI provided by Hubspot, albeit supportive, gets in the way sometimes and also requires humanisation and have to do over some of the work thus feeling less like a template and more of a suggestion maker.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub is solving the sales knowing which deals are closed, canceled, and rejected all in one software. It saves me time through scrolling for minutes on end.

  ### 22. Flexible and customizable meetings: the perfect fit for our needs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ramon M. | CTO, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

The ability to set up different types of meetings—both online and in-person—to customize the information included in invitations, to change schedules, and to allow participants to request changes to the schedule—all of these features make the tool, in our view, a perfect fit for our needs.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Regarding the security section, while it is possible to set up a passkey, this can only be done on a mobile device. You should consider and evaluate the possibility of setting up the passkey for the browser being used (in the case of Google Chrome).

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having access to a set of digital tools available on a PC or smartphone—tools that enable the Sales Team at VeneHsoftw to execute and automate their tasks—is ultimately the key feature that allows the team to use its time much more efficiently, with the clear goal of improving financial results for both the department’s professionals and the organization as a whole. Effectiveness, efficiency, and better use of time: these are the cornerstones of the tool’s use from our perspective.

  ### 23. Easy-to-Use, Reliable Sales Automation with Strong Integrations and Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zoi B. | Mrs, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

What I like best about HubSpot Sales Hub is its ease of use combined with strong performance and powerful automation capabilities. The platform is very responsive and reliable, even when managing larger pipelines, which makes day-to-day sales operations smooth and efficient. It centralizes emails, calls, and deal tracking in one place, significantly reducing manual work and improving visibility across the team.

Another major advantage is its wide range of integrations. HubSpot connects seamlessly with many commonly used tools, which makes it easy to fit into existing workflows without disruption and keeps all systems aligned.

From a pricing and ROI perspective, it offers solid value, especially considering the time saved through automation and the insights gained from its reporting tools. It helps teams operate more efficiently and close deals faster, making the investment worthwhile.

Additionally, the onboarding experience and customer support are very strong. The platform is intuitive to learn, and the available resources, documentation, and support team make it easy to get up to speed quickly and resolve any issues when needed.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

What I dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub is that some of its more advanced features can become complex to configure, particularly when it comes to automation and customization. While the platform performs well overall, there can be occasional limitations when handling highly specific or non-standard workflows.

From a pricing perspective, costs can increase significantly as you scale or unlock more advanced features, which may make it less accessible for smaller teams or companies with tighter budgets. The ROI is there, but it often depends on fully utilizing the platform’s capabilities.

In terms of integrations, although there is a wide range available, some integrations require additional configuration or third-party tools to work seamlessly, which can add complexity and sometimes extra cost.

Lastly, while onboarding resources are helpful, the initial setup and learning curve for more advanced features can be time-consuming. Customer support is generally good, but response times can vary depending on the issue and subscription level.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub is solving the challenge of managing sales activities across multiple tools and processes by centralizing everything into one platform. Before using it, it was difficult to keep track of emails, follow-ups, deal stages, and customer interactions, which often led to inefficiencies and missed opportunities.

By bringing all sales activities—communication, pipeline management, automation, and reporting—into one place, it creates much better visibility and organization. This makes it easier to track progress, prioritize deals, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

It also addresses the problem of time-consuming manual tasks through automation, such as follow-ups, task creation, and data entry. This significantly reduces administrative workload and allows more time to focus on higher-value activities like building relationships and closing deals.

Additionally, its integrations with other tools help eliminate data silos and keep systems aligned, improving overall workflow efficiency.

Overall, the main benefit is increased productivity, better pipeline visibility, and more efficient sales processes, which ultimately lead to improved performance and better outcomes.

  ### 24. HubSpot will Fast Forward your Sales & Marketing Activity - But at a Cost

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nick T. | Co-Founder | Director | Frontman, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 27, 2019

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Intelligence - HubSpot Sales give you great insights into how your prospects are engaging with Doucments they have been sent (Proposals or Brochures).

Prospect Activity Timeline - Each individual HubSpot Contact activity is tracked in realtime, which includes Email Opens/Clicks, Website Re-Visits and Document activity (as above).

Record Call Functionality - You can make outbound calls using HubSpot's free calling minutes included with your plan. You can also record the calls to each prospects HubSpot Timeline.

Assigning Teams - Setting up internal teams to manage different enquriy paths cuts out a lot of manual work.

Inbox - We have used HubSpot's Inbox funtionality to combine Website Live Chat + Bespoke Chat Channels + Facebook Messenger and Watsapp. This enables us to never miss an enquiry that comes in.

Ease of Integration - When setting up advanced features up for the first time, the auto setup features and copy code buttons are great and I often breeze through what I expected to be the hard parts.

HubSpot Academy - HubSpot's Online Training Academy platform is the best in the business, both for Agencies and for Clients who are starting their HubSpot journey.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

1. Cost, Cost, Cost - HubSpot are the only CRM I know that charge on both User Seats AND Contact records. There was a huge price increase that happened when seats became chargeable. This makes Professional licences very expensive and a considerable weigh up when clients are evaluating the use case scenario.

2. Monthly Price scales up hugely based on number of contact records utilised when on a lower licence - this is another reason clients are pushed towards the professional licences.

3. Automation can get expensive. You need to opt for Sales Professional to make full use of HubSpot's automation around Lead Scoring and lead behaviour.

4. Business Insights Data can often be wrong - this is drawn from acombination of UK Companies House and the main business domain so this data is often incorrecnt and aged.

The following are HubSpot Partner Program specific Dislikes:

1. Partner Program Commission Loss - we eventually signed up to be a HubSpot Agency Partner on the basis of good commissions and collaboration with HubSpot Reps on deals. Sadly the Partner program has been eroded over time for the smaller agencies, HubSpot are only interested in the Professional licence deals, which causes a lot of cases where commission isn't payable.

2. HubSpot Reps Contacting Prospective Clients.

HubSpot is often specified by us during our discussions with interested clients, clients will check out HubSpot’s website then be tracked and engaged directly by HubSpot before I can register the lead. I have often been in discussions with clients about the right software stack for them, only to find seperate meetings have been happening which muddys the water and convelutes my meetings.

**Recommendations to others considering HubSpot Sales Hub:**

Our Clients are regularly impressed by the level of tracking available

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sales Pipeline Tracking - We tracks all of our agency deals using HubSpot Sales Starter

Engagement - Sales Starter gives email tracking which is phenomenal, an added bonus is knowing when your invoices have been viewed :) We send out all of our larger retainer package quotes using HubSpot Documents; which if used correctly gives a good idea of what objections your prospect might have relative to which page they viewed for the longest

Live Chat - We have found clients paying large sums of money for live chat that doesn’t get used often ah’hem D***t , we move them onto HubSpot Marketing or Sales Free or Starter and increase the package if it’s utilised

Remote Consultancy - We have our clients grant our staff access to their HubSpot, we can then manage the clients remotely, including publishing content, social media, amending GDPR consents, consulting on analytics, email marketing etc

UX/Conversion - When contacts are created, CTA’s and Landing Pages all have unaired references, which can be analysed accordingly, I know which CTA Unique Reference gives the strongest and most engaged enquiries

  ### 25. Helps organize leads and improve follow-ups

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Himanshu L. | Sr Digital Business Consultant, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

HubSpot Sales Hub makes it much easier to manage the entire sales process in one place, especially with lead tracking, email automation, and pipeline visibility. It brings more structure compared to juggling multiple tools.

The email tracking and follow-ups are particularly useful, helping maintain consistency without manually chasing every lead. The dashboard also gives a clear view of pipeline progress, making it easier to prioritize high-value opportunities.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

One thing that can be slightly challenging is the initial setup and learning curve, especially if you're new to CRM tools. Some features and workflows take time to fully understand.

Also, pricing can feel a bit high as you scale and need access to more advanced features. It’s a powerful tool, but smaller teams might find it less flexible from a cost perspective.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub helps solve the problem of scattered lead data and inconsistent follow-ups. Earlier managing leads across different tools or manually tracking conversations made it easy to miss opportunities.

With HubSpot, everything is centralized, and automation helps ensure timely follow-ups. This has made the sales process more organized and consistent, while also saving time and improving overall visibility of the pipeline.

  ### 26. Lightweight, Intuitive UI with Beautiful Sequencing and Real-Time Insights and great CX support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sean C. | Growth Partnerships Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I like that you can see a lot. It's very lightweight; it's simple and captures all intention. Sequencing is beautiful; notifications are beautiful as well. You get a lot of real-time information and the UI is easy to use. Customer support is amazing as well

Customer support is exceptional as well. I recently had a session with Maria Rodriguez on the CS team who walked me through a more complex workflow, stayed beyond what was needed, and made sure I could execute independently. That kind of support is rare and it reflects well on the whole product experience.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Sometimes it is a little bit confusing on the middle bar around task type and whatnot in the CRM. It's a little bit confusing to learn at first but I got a hang of it and Customer Support is amazing. The UI around the top of the table view is a little bit messy or not messy but sometimes a little bit hard to navigate. The good thing is that Customer Support is really good

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem with solving is that I need a CRM in the first place, a lightweight one that works fast and has benefited me so I can get to deals faster. It has a lot of built-in features that you think you wouldn't like but are amazing, like the dynamic sequencing, which is amazing

  ### 27. Best CRM, nerve center of my company

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Teddy P. | Co-fondateur, Associé, Directeur commercial et marketing., Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2023

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Hubspot continues to support us for the Marketing part as well now.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

The tool changed its pricing method, we had to readjust.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Today, Hubspot is the second brain of the entire sales team. We can automate the entire sales process between:
- the lead capture form
- nurturing
- appointments with sales
- conversational guides with sales
- calls, meetings
- notes
- quotes
- follow-ups
- signatures
- feedback

My teams today refer solely to Hubspot to track and improve their sales. As a manager, I can monitor developments, guide them with tools, prepare sequences, etc.

  ### 28. User-Friendly CRM with Robust Dashboard Capabilities

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Prashant S. | Team Lead Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I find HubSpot Sales Hub user-friendly and appreciate that it works like any other CRM. The dashboards provide a single window view of my data, which is quite useful. I like the email templates because they are easy to customize and allow for sending bulk emails. The AI-assisted call summary is beneficial as it gives me a simple understanding of call descriptions between leads and my team members, helping in better coordination. The initial setup was smooth, and a proper knowledge transfer was given to the IT team.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

In template sections, unable to create tables like Excel, that can be incorporated. If I have to email with multiple line items with cost etc, in such scenarios table (Row and columns) add-on can be helpful.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find HubSpot Sales Hub user-friendly, providing fine insights and reporting dashboards. The dashboard gives single window info for data parts, email templates are easy to customize for bulk emails, and AI-assisted call summaries simplify understanding of call descriptions, improving coordination.

  ### 29. More and more barriers and increased pricing for same confusion

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laura P. | Founder & Creative Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2021

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I do like that they now have support groups with a hubspot expert where you can solve your problem in real time with additional feedback from group members

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

It seems like any time we want to do something we don't have the correct level package. In order to do a simple task we would need to upgrade and spend $800 more/month.

**Recommendations to others considering HubSpot Sales Hub:**

Be prepared for a learning curve, but once set up this tool will be the central hub of your business.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We keep clients and prospects well organized and segmented. We can also now forecast much more easily than before. Everything is under one roof with this platform and this tool acts as our home base.

  ### 30. The Ultimate One-Stop Shop for Sales Teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kiran S. | VP of Sales, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I use HubSpot Sales Hub daily for managing my sales, deals, leads, forecasting, and different pipelines. I love the AI note taker feature for recording sales calls, as well as the sales intelligence forecasting. The reporting features are the best. It's a one-stop shop for every sales person, managing everything from lead creation to deal creation, follow-up automation, forecasting, and buyer persona. It helps me stay on top of my prospecting list, analyze my pipeline, ensure I don't miss out on any deals or leads, and track my numbers and growth. I switched from Salesforce CRM to HubSpot Sales Hub because of its ease of use, competitive pricing, and great user interface. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I really don't think there is anything, just could improve more on Sales Intelligence feature and Sales AI feature. I would need more client analysis data to be added in both the features.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Sales Hub daily to manage deals, leads, and forecasting. It records sales calls, provides sales intelligence, and offers excellent reporting. It helps me stay on top of my prospecting list, analyze my pipeline, and track my numbers and growth.

  ### 31. Keeps me organized without the extra work

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hillary K. | Community Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

It’s simple and actually helps me stay organized without feeling like extra work. I like that I can see everything in one place, keep track of conversations, and not drop the ball with follow-ups. It feels easy to use, not something I have to fight with.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

It can feel a little clunky at times and not always intuitive. I find myself clicking around more than I should to get to what I need. Some things also feel overly complex for what should be simple tasks.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me keep track of people, conversations, and what needs to happen next so nothing slips through. Before, things lived in different places or in my head. Now it’s all in one spot, which saves me time and helps me stay on top of follow-ups without overthinking it.

  ### 32. HubSpot Makes Onboarding New Employees Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lauren R. | Executive Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

HubSpot is really easy to use, especially for new employees.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

The free tier is great, but key sales features (automation, sequences, reporting) are locked behind higher tiers

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub is designed to solve the core problem of fragmented, manual, and inconsistent sales processes by bringing all contacts, communications, deals, and activities into one centralized system. Instead of juggling spreadsheets, email threads, and disconnected tools, it creates a single source of truth, automatically logs interactions, and streamlines follow-up through automation and reminders. This helps prevent leads from slipping through the cracks, gives clear visibility into the pipeline, and aligns teams around real-time data. The result is less time spent on administrative work, more consistent and timely outreach, stronger relationship management, and ultimately a more predictable and scalable path to closing deals or securing commitments.

  ### 33. Easy to Use Overall Once You Get Started

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rahul P. | Activation Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I like overall hubspot but gmail integration is very best thing! We use this alot in our organization testing various marketing strategy using this feature and also we are winning lot clients! Beside that Breeze is also good and overall customer support I am happy! Once I had. problem with consent mode in landing pages they really helped me!

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

For the starter its little bit complex! Most of things are easy to use but for started it could be overwhelming! Adding on this cost of Pro or Enterprise tiers as and the limitation in reporting on the Starter plan.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used spreadsheed, excel sheet before to record our customers or contacts! Now we do not have to manually enter details we have sales hub in which datas are stored very carefully and segmentation is very useful ! Also we used another Salesforce CRM that was to complex and very hard to use, Now I can or we can use hubspot with ease!

I like HubSpot Sales Hub most for its ease of use and how everything is centralized in one place. It makes managing deals, tracking communication, scheduling follow ups, and maintaining visibility across the sales pipeline very straightforward. The automation, email tracking, and CRM integration help save time, reduce manual work, and ensure no leads slip through the cracks, which makes it easier to stay focused on closing and relationship building.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

There’s very little to dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub. If anything, some advanced features take a bit of time to fully explore and set up, but the platform provides great documentation and support to make that process easier. Overall, the benefits far outweigh any minor learning curve.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub solves the problem of scattered sales activities by bringing contacts, deals, emails, follow ups, and reporting into one centralized platform. ### 35. An Intelligent employee!!!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jigar M. | Associate Quality Assurance Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2023

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

HubSpot’s AI features, especially Breeze Assistant and Breeze Customer Agent, have made my day-to-day CRM work much smoother and more efficient. Breeze Assistant helps me with everyday tasks like summarizing customer information, drafting content, organizing follow-ups, and supporting sales, marketing, and service-related workflows.

what I like most is that it saves time on repetitive tasks and helps me stay focused on the work that actually needs my attention. Breeze Customer Agent is also very useful because it can respond to customer questions using our business content, which makes customer support faster and more consistent.

Overall, these features make HubSpot feel more modern, practical, and easier to use in daily work. They reduce manual effort and give me more time to focus on important tasks, customer relationships, and business growth.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

This is totally my personal pespective i found the pricing a bit too high , i have opted for AI features so i pay the price , but if they make it a little lighter on the price that be great !!! other than that its great

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest benefit is that it saves time and gives better clarity on what needs attention. Instead of switching between multiple tools or manually checking everything, I can quickly understand where each deal stands and what action I need to take next. This helps me work more efficiently, improve communication with customers, and focus more on closing deals and building better customer relationships.

  ### 36. Powerful CRM with Room for AI Enhancement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emma B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I use HubSpot Sales Hub as a CRM for our clients. It helps me track activity and follow up requirements efficiently. I like being able to add tabs or import CSVs, which is handy for organizing information. The deal feature is useful, especially as I navigate through adding client details. The initial setup was easy because the admin handled it, making it a smooth transition from using a spreadsheet and a website. I also appreciate its integration with dialing and email, which streamlines communication.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

It's kind of complicated to understand at first. It would be improved if there's like an AI chatbot in HubSpot directly. It would be easier to ask AI to assist you in finding the information you're looking for than going to the search button which gives you a lot of options that cause confusion.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Sales Hub to track activity and follow-ups for clients, improving how I manage our CRM.

  ### 37. Powerful Features, Dashboard Frustrations

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jaime M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I primarily use HubSpot Sales Hub for streamlining our sales processes and managing customer relationships more effectively. It helps our sales team with tracking leads, automating follow-ups, and analyzing sales performance. I like that it makes it easier for us to manage our pipelines, due dates, and set automations for helping us get on top of our work. These features make it valuable as we are not losing leads like we used to because they were getting lost in a long list that we couldn't properly manage on our old system. The automations also allow us to reduce administration work.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I find the dashboards really restricting. They were a big reason why we went with HubSpot Sales Hub, hoping for better reporting on our leads and costs. But the dashboard filters can't be locked as global filters; they reset all the time and can't only be applied to specific reports within the dashboard. This means setting up reports for different divisions individually, which is tough, especially because HubSpot was pitched as a tool that offers amazing insights but is lacking due to these dashboard limitations. Also, the initial setup was extremely challenging because of integration issues with Simpro and the misleading guidance from our HubSpot partner.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Sales Hub to streamline sales processes and manage customer relationships effectively. It helps our sales team track leads, automate follow-ups, manage pipelines, and due dates, and analyze sales performance, preventing lost leads and reducing admin work.

  ### 38. A Powerful and User-Friendly Sales Platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sebnem A. | Product Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

HubSpot Sales Hub stands out for its ease of use and intuitive interface. It makes it simple to manage contacts, track sales activities, and keep all customer information in one place. The email tracking, task management, and pipeline visibility features help users stay organized and follow up with prospects more effectively. Overall, it improves productivity without requiring extensive training.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

While HubSpot Sales Hub is a powerful platform, some advanced features can be difficult to fully utilize without additional training or higher-tier plans. Certain customization and reporting options may also feel limited for users with more complex requirements. However, for day-to-day sales activities, the platform remains highly effective and reliable.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub helps us centralize customer and prospect information, making it easier to manage relationships and track sales activities. Before using the platform, important details and follow-ups could be scattered across emails, spreadsheets, and different tools. With HubSpot Sales Hub, everything is organized in one place, which improves visibility, saves time, and helps ensure that no opportunities are missed. As a result, our team can work more efficiently and focus on building stronger customer relationships.

  ### 39. Works well for our team, great support, decent updates

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 22, 2024

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

The Hubspot team has been making some great module changes in the past couple of years that are improving the overall use of the software, including object interfaces and workflow streams. Support is generally great - low level support from the team is helpful, and our CSM is essential, especially for use-case changes.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I still wish there were more in-app callouts for individual users when major system changes happen, especially for users that don't log in every day. Pricing is difficult - there will be one thing that is locked behind an entire module paywall that would make a difference to the team, and that can mean we just aren't able to get that feature at all.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hubspot solves many issues around interfacing business databases, and allows multiple teams to worth within the same structure in order to share information. The access tiering also allows us to not only limit sensitive information, but keep the interface cleaner for those who are light-touch users.

  ### 40. Customizable, Reliable, and Surprisingly Simple

Customizability, reliability, its complexity, and at the same time simplicity!
Also, Rubost API capabilities and integrations are awesome.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

To be honest, support and sales are not always well-trained on the actual capabilities of the platform.

There were many times that we called and asked for a solution, and the answer was either completely irrelevant, a cold “No, it’s not possible,” or a push toward another package that did not really fit our needs.

What was frustrating is that after a bit of struggle and our own investigation, we often found that there actually was a decent solution already built, or at least something clearly prepared and thought through by the HubSpot design team.

For example, as a landscaping company, we really wanted to run the business in an address-oriented way. At first, it seemed like that was not possible. I spoke with sales multiple times, and there was no obvious solution presented to us. In the end, we did our own due diligence, realized that upgrading to Sales Enterprise would give us access to custom objects, and basically sold the higher package to ourselves because it was actually the logical solution for our business.

So in that case, we were the ones acting like the knowledgeable salesperson, understanding the platform well enough to justify the higher price tier because it truly solved our problem.

And you know what the next pitch was after that? Marketing Enterprise! Which is completely irrelevant to us at our current stage.

In summary, I think it would help a lot if sales and support had a deeper understanding of the actual capabilities across the platform. They should try to put themselves in our shoes and tailor a real solution to our business, instead of just blindly offering more packages and trying to maximize the contract value without really considering what we need.

It should feel more like dealing with us as a B2B business with specific operational needs, not like a B2C retail sales process.

Also, on the product side, I wish the UI were a bit more customizable. For example, it would be nice to rearrange custom object cards more freely, customize CRM ribbon icons, and generally have a bit more flexibility in how pages are structured visually.

And please stop sending reminder emails to deactivated users. There was a reason behind those deactivations!

Overall, considering everything, you are doing a lot of things well, and I appreciate the work. Please keep it up.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a reliable database! which means everything. Also, we are trying to connect all of our other software to it and make it a true Hub!

  ### 41. Solid CRM choice with lots of flexibility

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2021

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

No major update to my review, but Hubspot continues to work great, with the biggest factor being it's flexibility and ease of use for generating reports and monitoring activity.
Hubspot overall thrives on customizability regarding what kind of data you wish to track and act on (i.e., custom properties). Considering my particular business has a lot of unique features to it, we use many custom properties and track things perhaps differently than a typical SaaS company would. With Sales specific functionality, I do like that it comes with many options already built-in, such as easy call logging and tracking via mobile, easily connect meeting links, and so on, without a specific need to use the marketplace to find other apps (but that's always an option). They have a great support team.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

No change here. It continues working well, but you have to always remember to keep data clean

**Recommendations to others considering HubSpot Sales Hub:**

Be ready to understand that the different pieces of Hubspot are separate tools that work together but are still technically independent - so don't go into every area of the Hubspot interface (sales, marketing tools, support stuff, etc.) expecting all data to show the same info in one place as sometimes it just doesn't work that way.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My sales team needs to work. I need to be able to make reports and see the data relevant to our activities. Hubspot is a pretty affordable tool that makes excellent reports and is flexible. Therefore, it does what I need.

  ### 42. All-in-One CRM Convenience

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** christopher b. | Sales Associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

HubSpot Sales Hub is an AIO CRM tool that allows us to stay on top of our prospects without needing to go to multiple different websites to track the lifecycle of a customer

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Well many of the features are appreciated, I think HubSpot suffers from trying to do too much. There's many features that are completely useless, and some that WOULD be great but they're buggy / poorly developed. They also frequently re-work the UI which makes it confusing to navigate.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub is our source of truth for prospects and customer journeys. It's solving our problem of tracking how prospects are funnelling through our pipeline and assisting us in closing future deals faster. It's also helpful to give us reminders of who needs to be reached out to.

  ### 43. Streamlined Sales Management, Room for Learning Growth

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Louis P. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I really like how easy it is to create custom dashboards in HubSpot Sales Hub, where I can easily see where my deals are and what stage they're at, allowing me to quickly access communications. It's great for both my manager, who can see my pipeline for long-term planning, and for me, as I can easily see where I stand in terms of probable profits for the month, day, or calendar year. The initial setup was relatively easy, as I just went through the client list to ensure that the information was current.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I feel like the basic sales training only touches on a tiny amount of the capabilities of HubSpot Sales Hub, and I feel like I am not using it to my total capability.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Sales Hub mostly for client tracking & deal management. It provides our business with a unified understanding of activities and deals. I love the custom dashboards for easily tracking deal stages and accessing communications. They also help my manager and me with long-term planning and profit insights.

  ### 44. Centralized Sales Context and Slack Alerts That Keep Our Team Aligned

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vicky R. | Customer Marketing & User Experience Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

HubSpot Sales Hub gives you a solid foundation for managing contacts, companies, and contracts in one place. For a lean team handling renewals and expansions, having all that context centralized is genuinely valuable. The Slack integration is a standout feature for us: automated notifications triggered by specific actions keep the right people informed without anyone having to manually chase updates. Once our team had a few experienced users and someone with revenue operations experience, the platform really started to deliver. The depth is there if you have the people to unlock it.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

The learning curve is steep. For a small team without dedicated RevOps support, getting up to speed takes real time and effort. A lot of the platform's potential goes unused simply because there aren't enough hours or hands to configure and leverage everything it offers. It's a powerful tool, but it's built for scale, and smaller teams can feel like they're only scratching the surface.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it primarily for renewal and expansion tracking, executive business review prep, and keeping contact and company data organized. It's become the source of truth for anything contract-related on our customer success side. The Slack integration helps us stay on top of triggered actions without adding manual overhead, which matters a lot when the team is small and everyone's wearing multiple hats.

  ### 45. User-Friendly HubSpot with Amazing AI and Fast, Helpful Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nerissa G. | Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

What I like most about HubSpot is how user-friendly it is for marketing professionals. With other CRM tools, I often find them hard to understand; they come with millions of options, which can make it overly complex to find what I’m actually looking for. On top of that, HubSpot’s AI functionality is absolutely amazing. When I ask questions, I don’t feel like I’m talking to a bot, and it genuinely helps me solve my challenges without needing to escalate anything to their support team. And when I do need support, they’re great to work with and very fast. Overall, I’m happy to be sailing on the HubSpot boat again.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

The only thing that comes to mind is the pricing difference between the starter package and the professional package. It's an insane increase (from €20/mo to €880/mo which makes scaling for a smaller business quite challening. It would be great if there was a package in between.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can easily create my own reports, get a clear overview of how my campaigns are performing, and share these insights with the wider business as well.

  ### 46. Sales Process

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Meri G. | Sales Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Hubspot helps us to bring ongoing optimization to our sales processes to run them as smoothly as possible!
It is easy to use, friendly support team who get back in a reasonable time to fix our issues. There are so many 3rd party software that we can integrate with Hubspot. There are so many advanced workflows that we use for automation to reduce the manual work of our employees and hence boosting the productivity. We run it on a daily basis.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

probably more functionality in the pro subscription, for example, IVR for calling

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We organize the whole sales process via Hubspot, starting from reaching the prospects via email or calling, scheduling meetings and keeping all the records on the prospect timeline. Creating reports to analyze the data. We create contacts, and accounts as our prospects' profiles, maintaining all necessary information there. We close deals there, integrate invoices for existing customers. In short we are able to track all the customer journey via Hubspot.

  ### 47. Enhances Organization but Needs Streamlined Tabs

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John A. | Business Development manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I enjoyed the talk-to-text feature on the mobile app for HubSpot Sales Hub. After visiting a client, I just open up the app and talk to the microphone, making it very straightforward. I also like the simplicity of it, referring to it as a 'simple stupid method'. Additionally, the initial setup of HubSpot Sales Hub was very straightforward.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

There's a few too many tabs of ZIP code and business types, and it's a little wonky and clunky when I'm trying to enter these things. I wish there was just a form that you put in the company address, ZIP code, all in one location instead of putting it in different line items.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub keeps me more organized and stops me from handwriting notes. It's very straightforward.

  ### 48. Automation and Integration Champion, But Setup Was Challenging

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ash S. | Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2020

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I really like the automation tools on HubSpot Sales Hub. They are the best tools on the platform and ensure seamless task creation, tracking, and execution. This allows our sales team to handle high volume inquiries efficiently. The reporting tools are also impressive as they let us track efficiencies, particularly relating to individual team members and revenue trends. The integration with critical marketing channels means we don't have to do any manual data entry. Plus, the reporting dashboard is a great feature for tracking individual and team-wide performance and observing revenue trends. These features have made our processes more efficient and have helped us in making strategic decisions by quickly reading trends.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I wish there were more native integrations that don't require third-party services like Zapier, especially without additional costs. Being able to integrate directly with marketing channels and other CRM or human management systems without significant costs or third-party involvement would be beneficial. Additionally, setting up the foundation was seamless, but migrating data points using a third party was difficult and costly.

**Recommendations to others considering HubSpot Sales Hub:**

If your team is at capacity and you want to save on time and resources, HubSpot can achieve this. You'll also be able to streamline a lot of processes by using its extensive integration network.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub integrates marketing channels, eliminating manual data entry. Its automation tools streamline sales processes. The reporting dashboard tracks performance and revenue trends, enhancing efficiency.

  ### 49. Feature-Rich and Flexible Sales Hub with a Clean, Easy-to-Use UI

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sean D. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Feature rich with great flexibility for a number of use-cases, from simple and straightforward enterprises to broad and complex organisation, I'll be surprised if what you need to achieve from a sales/marketing management perspective can't be done with HubSpot Sales Hub. The UI is really nice, it makes digesting the various features and tools nice and easy, even for users with a little less technical know-how. This makes implementation easy, including integrating with external tools.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

One of the pros is just how feature-rich it is, but this can also be something I found a bit frustrating in the past. The initial onboarding is great, but that falls off when it comes to setting up more advanced features of Sales Hub. While setting up something new, for example, it can sometimes feel a bit unclear what you'll achieve by going through the various steps and what affect that will have on other parts of Sales Hub. I think just a little bit clearer documentation, which is country-specific, would be useful.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me manage my customer relationships with a light-touch approach for my needs. I used it to keep track of business deals, progressing through a simple pipeline. I have integrated Sales Hub with some other applications I use which has been really helpful in managing information related to customers and projects I work on. It benefits me by giving me a single source of truth when it comes to CRM and business development.

  ### 50. HubSpot Sales Hub Streamlines Deals with Organized, Easy-to-Use Tools

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

What I like best about HubSpot Sales Hub is how it keeps everything organized in one place while still being easy to use. The email tracking, pipeline management, and automation tools make it much easier to stay on top of leads and follow-ups without things slipping through the cracks. I also like that it gives clear visibility into where deals stand and helps streamline communication across teams. Overall, it saves time, improves workflow efficiency, and makes relationship management feel much more seamless.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

One thing I dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub is that some of the more advanced features and reporting tools are locked behind higher-tier pricing plans, which can make it expensive as teams scale. It can also feel a bit overwhelming at first because there are so many tools and customization options, especially for newer users. Additionally, some automations and workflows can take time to properly set up and optimize.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub helps solve problems around lead organization, follow-up management, and sales workflow efficiency. Instead of juggling spreadsheets, emails, and multiple platforms, everything is centralized in one system, making it easier to track conversations, monitor deal stages, and manage client relationships.

It also helps automate repetitive tasks like follow-ups and reminders, which saves time and reduces the risk of missed opportunities. For me, the biggest benefit is improved organization and visibility — I can stay on top of outreach, better manage partnerships, and make faster, more informed decisions without workflows feeling scattered.
