**What do you like best about HeyOrca?**

I love the customer service that Hey Orca has. They respond promptly and professionally and provide value via email on new feature releases or coming up.

**What do you dislike about HeyOrca?**

I would say I absolutely hate how hard it is to tag people via hey orca the @ takes a while to load and many times it doesn't find the account I was looking for.

**What problems is HeyOrca solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used Hey Orca to schedule social media posts for different clients and do community management. The platform saved us time and money.

The capability of the client approval process is very helpful to be able to move our agency forward.

I don't like the fact that we can not remove a post from the plaform instead of having to do it manually.

**What do you like best about HeyOrca?**

It's so easy to create a post and assign it to someone for review. That person can then review and approve it for scehduling. I also love storing photos, UGC, and graphics with notes in the media library.

**What do you dislike about HeyOrca?**

You can't preview twitter posts. I also wish the notes from images in the media library were pulled into the caption when I use that photo so I can then edit there.

**Recommendations to others considering HeyOrca:**

If your main goal is to make the creating, scheduling, reviewing and approving process better, HeyOrca is a great option.

**What problems is HeyOrca solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's made creating social posts, reviewing/approving, viewing the social calendar and storing user-generated content so much easier for us! We no longer write/approve social through google docs.

I like that HeyOrca provides feedback (e.g. link doesn't work, character count, hashtag limit). It's also simple to use and a great tool for scheduling content. I like that it let's me tag people and accounts.

**What do you dislike about HeyOrca?**

I'd like it to include a media monitoring tool similar to Hootsuite; that way I could quote tweet and retweet content.

**What problems is HeyOrca solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me schedule content for multiple different accounts/clients on different platforms.

**What do you like best about HeyOrca?**

As the only employee of my business, I love the ease of use of HeyOrca - it saves me so much time.  I also love that it works well with Canva, and that I can post to all my social media.

**What do you dislike about HeyOrca?**

I haven't found anything I dislike yet.  They are very forthcoming about issues they discover, and very interested in my feedback.  I scheduled a one-on-one  training in the beginning, and it was so helpful and informative.

**What problems is HeyOrca solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am the only employee, and I was letting my social media followers down because I was posting sporadically. With HeyOrca I can schedule weekly posts with ease and still do the occasional spontaneous posts.

**What do you like best about HeyOrca?**

I love how the dashboard is an actual calendar. Being able to color-code each profile of my clients is a big time-saver—no wondering who needs a post. I quickly scan the calendar, and I know who needs what.

**What do you dislike about HeyOrca?**

Having only 10 social profiles per calendar can be restrictive for larger teams. However, I work on a team of 3, and we have over 70 clients across 12 calenders. HeyOrca works excellent for us. The only change we'd like to see is cross-sharing calendar assets.

**Recommendations to others considering HeyOrca:**

There is no view for seeing engagement aside from a button to view the live post. Your team will need access to the actual account to moderate comments and engage.

**What problems is HeyOrca solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HeyOrca has streamlined our social calendar planning. Being able to duplicate quickly AND then personalize posts across platforms is brilliant. HeyOrca empowers my team to structure posts correctly for Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Linkedin, and Google MyBusiness.

The ability to share calendars with clients & having them approve/revise posts within the tool itself.

Nothing comes to mind as of right now! We've really enjoyed using the tool.

**Recommendations to others considering HeyOrca:**

If you're looking for a tool that allows you to easily schedule content across several different platforms for several clients, HeyOrca makes the process super simple. I'm also very impressed with their support team and appreciated the "to the point" sales process up front — no unnecessary follow up calls, pricing is given up front with no hidden fees or structures. Overall, two months in, our clients are very impressed and love our new tool as much as we do!

**What problems is HeyOrca solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been able to do our social media strategy and planning within one tool, instead of using 2 tools plus native. It's been such a great time saver! Our clients also very much appreciate the tool.

**What do you like best about HeyOrca?**

My small team loves the ease of using HeyOrca. We'd previously tried Buffer, and just ended our contract with Hootsuite as it was too robust for what we were using it for.

HeyOrca is perfect for those with either a small pool of clients or those who can easily sort clients into small groups. We have quite a few clients, so it's helpful to have them sorted as we work them in batches. 

ProTip: be mindful of the order you first sync in clients as that's how they'll appear. If you're working on client A, you will likely want to sync in their Facebook, Instagram, etc, all in order before adding the next client.

**What do you dislike about HeyOrca?**

Calendars are the dashboard. Each calendar only supports up to 10 social profiles. Each calendar also shares assets; however, it's not possible to cross-share assets with other calendars.

**Recommendations to others considering HeyOrca:**

Do the free Zoom meeting with them. Take in the presentation, and it will be evident by the end if HeyOrca will meet your needs. Ask questions.

**What problems is HeyOrca solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The calendar view for posts is a fantastic way to see things at a glance and aids in posting out further ahead. The integration with Canva saves us lots of time. Previously we'd create the artwork, download it, and upload it again into Hootsuite. Now, we're able to pull the image from Canva directly into the HeyOrca mockup. The boosted post feature has also allowed my team to streamline paid posts for clients.

My favorite thing about HeyOrca is how simple & intuitive it is to use.

When uploading multiple photos to a Facebook or LinkedIn post it doesn't show you the layout of how they will look on the platform.

**What do you like best about HeyOrca?**

There are many things I love about HeyOrca!, one is the visual calendar. I love how colorful it is and how it helps me to identify what the status of our clients social needs are at a glance. I also love that you can collaborate within the posts, so I don't have to search through emails to find a response. 
I love that the team is so responsive and helpful. I like that they are so great at listening to suggestions and advising what their actions are to implement or even consider those suggestions. UI/UX is not easy but the efforts that the design teams are taking, sure make a world of difference in how we as social managers engage and execute our duties.
I like the ability to create campaigns or even placeholders for posts, these are very helpful in my management of content. The grid is a GIFT and is a daily "go-to", thank you for this.
I love the library! Great option.

**What do you dislike about HeyOrca?**

I really need the analytics to come full circle. There are a lot of metrics that I am unable to detail for our clients from one tool. This is essential to sharing the benefit of the investment of not only social media but the tool as well.

Any chance we can get grids for FB and LI?

**What problems is HeyOrca solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been able to reduce time going between applications to manage our clients channels. Increased productivity and visual appeal across the channels posts. See what I like for benefits I have realized, but I can further that by saying - I have used Sprout Social and AgoraPulse, as well as Hootsuite and I enjoy working in HeyOrca over any of those tools (hands down).

The time efficiency of their support team, they are very attentive and caring through all mediums. They also have a lot of insights to offer on their blogs, webinars, emails, Facebook group, and other social channels! They feel like a friend more than a service.

I understand they are a new company so there are certain platform reporting metrics that they don't currently have.

**Recommendations to others considering HeyOrca:**

It never hurts to schedule a meeting with them. They are very informative and are willing to answer questions. They offer a 14-day free trial in which, if requested they would guide you through it.

They fully understand the minor tasks that can take a lot of our time on a day to day. They are able and willing to implement those small pain points into their system to make our lives easier.

My very favorite thing about HeyOrca is so accessible support is. Whenever I have any questions, there is always a real person on the other side of the chat who answers.

**What do you dislike about HeyOrca?**

I dislike how some of the UI can feel a bit clunky. I think the menu bar on the lefthand side of the screen can feel a bit too crowded.

**What problems is HeyOrca solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using HeyOrca to schedule and post on social media. It's very helpful because we can simply move through our workflow and have our interns create posts and mark them for our approval before they are published.

Allows for seamless collaboration on social media content between our writers and editors. 
Friendly support team - they are always there to help.
Generally, we love the vibe of the company and the product!

Sometimes HeyOrca takes a little time to iron out kinks with new features. This isn't an issue once you know that you need to fully road-test new features internally before using them with clients.

HeyOrca allows us our team of writers and editors to work together to produce social media posts for clients. They can comment on post drafts, tag each other, and work together until the work is done. Clients can then go through the same process of reviewing, commenting on, and approving content.

The best part of HeyOrca is all the small features that make scheduling posts easier, like the copy tool for example.

I wish that Instagram stories could be published directly.

There are no serious problems with HeyOrca, but if there ever is an issue, they fix it very fast.

I like the fact that clients can interact with our content by approving or requesting edits on posts, which ultimately streamlines the process. I also like that we can have a dialogue directly with clients on each proposed post, as well as chat internally with the team.

**What do you dislike about HeyOrca?**

Sometimes I find the user interface a bit clunky but overall I don't have any big gripes.

We have streamlined the process and saved countless hours not having to email back and forth. Everything is under one roof and makes things super easy for us and the client.

The ability to share social media posts with clients, with multi-person approval, is a gamechanger. We also like the IG stories data.

It can feel a bit heavy on your computer/browser to use if you're trying to work at a lightning-fast speed. But if you have a new computer and good wifi, you're good to go.

Use all the features! Especially the content library.

The team working on the chatbox has been great! Plus, I had the free learning sessions with Casey Russell, who was amazing and had many awesome tips for using the system.

I have had some issues connecting a TikTok platform. However, the team are working to fix this.

The price is a little outrageous considering that it doesn't offer anything more than what cheaper/free platforms offer.

Our team loves that HeyOrca has a client facing side and an internal side. With different levels of permissions, it's much easier to make revisions to posts and have them approved.

**What do you dislike about HeyOrca?**

I've used HeyOrca on and off for years. They continually get better and their team is top notch. That being said, I think they could continue to improve the process when you're posting the same content across channels and optimizing for each.

Social media scheduling, reporting, and asset management. It also helps our team stay organized and keeps us productive.

I love the collaborative nature like the ability to have clients approve posts in a clean, seamless way. I love the grid / calendar views and layout. The ability to tailer posts for each platform is a time saver too. They make things less tedius than other softwares.

**What do you like best about HeyOrca?**

The best part about HeyOrca is the different calendars to keep track of different clients as well as the great drag and drop features. We also love the way we can easily communicate about each post internally with the team but also externally directly with the client. Having the history feature is also really helpful for accountability.

**What do you dislike about HeyOrca?**

The only thing we would suggest is to have a reel and story feature for Instagram (easier management and editing) as well as more advanced features for TikTok accounts.

It's very easy to segment our client accounts and communicate with them for each of the posts, keeping everything organized and allowing for easier communication on what needs to be done in regards to adjustments for each post.

HeyOrca isn't as robust as other services, but it is streamlined and more collaborative. I'd advise that prospects consider what's most important to them out of their scheduling platform and weigh that against what HO has to offer.

A clear audit trail so there's an understanding of when and how posts are approved is nice. It maintains accountability for client and internal teams.

I needed a solution that would allow me to post to Google My Business pages, as well as the usuals (Facebook, Instagram). LinkedIn is a bonus.

**What do you dislike about HeyOrca?**

Pricing and account structure is extremely confusing. The iPhone app doesn't seem to really do anything. There are also some limitations to what it can and can't do, but I assume they are due to what Facebook and Instagram allow their APIs to do.

**What problems is HeyOrca solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nice organized calendar now. Tagging is nice to have, especially as I build more posts. Being able to post to all Google My Business pages at once or select locations is awesome vs copy/paste/repeat.

HeyOrca is user-friendly, start to the point, and has excellent reports to use to understand your posting status.  The support is fantastic and always available.  I have been lucky enough to have Alyssa as my support rep, and she is so knowledgeable and easy to understand when explaining any feature or answering any question.  I came from another company and can unequivocally say HeyOrca supersedes with their features and Calendar options. I would highly recommend them.

**What do you dislike about HeyOrca?**

I can not say I dislike anything as of yet. But I am looking forward to the continued growth and new features that HeyOrca has mentioned will be available in the future.

HeyOrca has made it possible for me to quickly and effectively create posts for my Social Media platforms.  I can schedule a month's worth of posts in one day.  Having this capability allows the freedom I need to pursue the growth of my brand in other creative areas in terms of designing.

For the price point, there's nothing better for editorial calendars. The client approval process is invaluable. The product team is also always listening to customers to try and make improvements and add features.

The website is a little less sleek than you would expect from a product of this caliber. Functionality is great, but it could use a refresh.

HeyOrca allows us to not only gain client approval for editorial content but also schedule with geotags, tags, and first comments. In addition, they have a Biolink feature that makes linking Instagram content a breeze.

One of the most helpful tools within HeyOrca is the multi-image option. The analytics are also extremely helpful with monthly reporting.

It would be helpful if the platform could double-check correct usernames when tagging in an IG post.

A benefit we have realized is the fact that you can easily move posts and it shows up instantly.

**What do you like best about HeyOrca?**

HeyOrca has quite literally been a lifesaver. As an agency with 20+ clients on our social media plan, we needed a platform that would effectively manage clients across platforms. Creator Studio wasn't cutting it for our larger clients who required crossposting to Linkedin, Google My Business, etc. 

As a social media manager, I love how easy it is to customize content on each platform. The Instagram grid preview is such a plus as well! The HeyOrca customer service team absolutely cannot be beaten, and they always respond kindly and promptly to every question I've had, including feedback on features!

**What do you dislike about HeyOrca?**

There are very few downsides to HeyOrca from my perspective because they are constantly fixing any issues I've run into and adding features that I see are missing! I would say that being able to crosspost from calendar to calendar would be helpful, although the situation would be so rare for that to be necessary. One thing that could be SUPER helpful would be an automatic "holiday and important date" calendar on the client's calendars so that when I am scheduling content I do not miss any essential holidays or celebrations! :)

**What problems is HeyOrca solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our biggest problem was the need to crosspost to multiple platforms (i.e. Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Pinterest, Google My Business) without wasting our client's hours and social media manager's time by manually posting every day to each. The benefits have been incredible, and we've been able to essentially double our capacity.
