**What do you like best about Feedbackly?**

Feedbackly provides highly detailed analysis and segmentation of the data based on several parameters: and the most useful of them all - emotion! This allows of a highly focused analysis of small changes.

**What do you dislike about Feedbackly?**

The search functionality can be a bit confusing at first, But after a while you get used to it and make a great value out of it. Also, it's impossible to attach video media which can limit one's ability to collect data on surveys fully.

**What problems is Feedbackly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Feedbackly allows me to create surveys and collect data easily; As a TOC analyst, I need a lot of customer feedback to improve the response time and quality and ensure our team is doing our jobs right.

**What do you like best about Feedbackly?**

Feedbackly works on tools and a foundation on cxm management. How are customers satisfied or will drop off whenever things go through the process of sales upto payment

**What do you dislike about Feedbackly?**

Things to be improved is that it should be mobile and tablet proof for the website, as it is now only SAAS driven but not integrated into the desktop software that I have.

**What problems is Feedbackly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Please make sure that there is a stand alone integration of the software that uses synchronization on the cloud so that it is more flexible and works as it currently is.

It's user interface is very easy, I love how instantly I can create a good survey under some time and launch it. It is a great platform to view the real customer experience in words. Feedback is necessary for development

I think the platform can get better and it lacks few features especially its not mobile friendly and most of times since mobile is handy most of them give the surveys from mobile.

**What do you like best about Feedbackly?**

Feedbackly is a great customer feedback tool! It's super easy-to-use and very user friendly (in my opinion). If I had to select the best feature about Feedbackly it would be related to their analytics & survey tools. You can create a surve instantly & have it sent out through a variety of channels. The price is great for small business owners & has ALL of the features that you need compared to other feedback softwares.

I personally recommend Feedbackly to any business owner that is looking to scale up & manage their clients more efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Feedbackly?**

The only complaint that I have is the lack of mobility features & formatting. If you open a survey in mobile viewing, the formatting of graphics is wonky & not very appeasing to the eye. Would love to see more improvement in this area.

Feedbackly helps business owners manage their clients by providing simple, customizable surveys for any need. Small or BIG, you can create the appropriate survey to meet your business needs & enhance the overall client experience. This has been specifically useful for our support team to gather customer support on developmental issues within our tech company.

**What do you like best about Feedbackly?**

Engaging surveys, key performance indicators, net promoter scores, customer journey analytics, and root-cause analysis will give you the answers you need to the questions about your customers' behavior and emotions and the factors that drive your sales.

**What do you dislike about Feedbackly?**

Because it can be inconvenient to get to a computer, it might be possible to cancel orders with a mobile device. For me, it hit while I was on vacation.
Somewhat cumbersome website in terms of ease of use.
Confusion and difficulty in using the search and directory are commonplace.
There is no place to upload videos of any size or length. Surveys are restricted in scope due to the absence of this function when dealing with non-digital media.

The superior search quality has been invaluable to me, particularly in preparing for meetings with clients. It's a great tool for learning about available software options.

**What do you like best about Feedbackly?**

Having the option to capture customer emotions through various parameters is pretty good. EVI score helped us greatly upsell premium plans to our existing client base. I also liked the option of collecting feedback from various channels using one single product.

**What do you dislike about Feedbackly?**

The pricing is a bit on the higher side. It's designed more for enterprise customers who can take value by collecting feedback from multiple channels via their large customer base. So far the ROI has been positive, but for a startup, the pricing is definitely on the higher side.

We were looking to collect customer feedback through various channels, including online + offline stores. We wanted to automate the journey and upsell/cross-sell products to our happy customer base.

The way it allows organizations to keep track of direct customer feedback, causing a direct impact on KPIs , marketing campaigns, and overall customer engagement and relationship building for success

I wouldn't say is a dislike, we would just love to have a smoother integration with other CRM  solutions out there, but that would be a plus. As long as the core service works so well there's nothing else I could think of dislike

On these Covid/PostCovid times in which you can't even see the expression on your customers, having the ability to retrieve their direct feedback on their journey through the business has been fundamental to catch up on the improvement points and providing top-notch service

I think Feedbackly made it very easy to analyze and visualize visitors' feedback. I used it to create charts and graphs for my presentations. And it also comes with many useful features out of the box.

**What do you dislike about Feedbackly?**

Currently, integrating Feedbackly with desktop and mobile applications takes a bit of learning. And it is quite a process. I wish it comes out of the box with many one click integration processes with many other platforms.

Feedbackly was used to ask visitors of our websites and applications about their experience. And we use those surveys to analyze the customer's pain point and we come up with the way to improve our products from those analysis.

**What do you like best about Feedbackly?**

I like feedbackly for a few reasons. One, it is super customizable, which I enjoy when I'm trying to solicit certain pieces of constructive advice from my customers. Two, I think it measures variety of data depending on what you need from the survey so you can get a lot of tangible information to then act on.

**What do you dislike about Feedbackly?**

Hmm - I would say the thing I dislike is that it took me a bit of time to figure out how to craft my own custom customer survey. I love that you can do that but I felt a bit slow the first few times I used the tool, which isn't necessarily a point of feedback on the software but worth flagging either way.

**What problems is Feedbackly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think that Feedbackly opens a direct channel between yourself and your customers to directly solicit feedback about your product. There is no nonsense in the interaction, it solicits the data you want depending on what you customize and sends it back in a tangible way.

If you want to collect some feedback from your clients, this option is ideal because of its attractive design and user experience as well as its robust statistics tool.

**What do you dislike about Feedbackly?**

It would be nice if there were a possibility to cancel orders using a mobile device because accessing a laptop can be challenging at times. I experienced it because I was on vacation.

The great thing about Feedbackly is that making a custom survey form is a very simple process. I can make a good survey form in under half an hour. We can readily process the results thanks to the report's useful info.

What I like best about Feedbackly is the simple fact that it is the only question-based feedback I have ever taken that asks how you felt.

**What do you dislike about Feedbackly?**

Downsides to Feedbackly for me were the lag time on the questions, but it was new for Grainger so i'm sure the bugs have been fixed.

Feedbackly is literally the only one asking customers how they actually feel about any of their experiences, most just ask if you would return or if you would recommend it to a friend; they ask how it made you feel.

Feedbackly allowed us to track and capture our customer's emotions through multiple platforms/channels/integrations in a single place. It offers various parameters to track which helped us improve our customer engagements and KPIs.

We didn't try other products as a comparison, so nothing as dislikes from feedbackly. Yet we hope the pricing of the platform could have been better as it suits big enterprises and fortune 2000.

Unlike other tools in the market for CXM, Feedbackly has a modern user interface. The look and feel of the survey design forms and also the possibility of customizing the customer surveys is highlight of product.

**What do you dislike about Feedbackly?**

Lack of interfacing capabilities with other systems. We are predominantly a Microsoft product usage organization. Getting responses and analytics from Feebbackly to our Dynamics Sales and Service applications was tedious. This kind of integration is out of the box in tools like Customer voice.

**What problems is Feedbackly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were using Feedbackly for designing customer satisfaction surveys and gathering analytics on the responses for the same. The emphasis on the customer emotion tracking, made this tool quite empathetic and we miss this feature on the tool we replaced this with

I tried this long back but still I remember this product which was something like unique compare to other product, Nothing much and also design was pretty good   .

Need some improvement as we all know there is lot more competitors in this area so needs to improve this like user experience and speed and some extra features may increase its value

I wish I could use feedbackly on an Android. I dislike that it's only available on an iPad.

This is a useful software for businesses to track their customers' emotions with the objective of improving service. This has a huge potential for using analytics to increase both product visibility via effective marketing strategies and increase revenue via increased sales.

**What do you dislike about Feedbackly?**

It is somewhat expensive and hence may not be affordable for small businesses. I would also like to know more about their data protection protocols for security purposes. It is not very clear to me yet as I have not used this service myself.

Creating a custom survey form with Feedbackly is really easy and quick. I can create a good survey in under 30 minutes. The reports are also detailed and helpful.

Mobile version could use some work; not as easy to use and the designs aren't mobile-friendly.

The tool follows automated techniques for gathering the feedback that makes it unique in its segment too. Also taking feedback manually is hectic and very political deal so this solves that.

there is a difference between what customers said and what their intention was so this is where the tool may not provide accurate info. although it is solving the problem it meant to.

It helps to understand the customer emotions much better and thus increases the customer retention rates. The emotional experience and EVI is a nice feature as it helps to understand which emotions help to convert more revenue.

The pricing model is monthly but the responses are billed yearly which can even be monthly. This would help to be calculative and proactive in utilising the tool to the extent.

It helps to increase the customer retention and conversion rates. The CRO is one of the most benefitting feature that feedbackly provides.
